All the bad reviews I read about this place are on the front desk staff. Is it the front desk staff that you tell your problems to? No. So why would you give a bad review for the business? The doctor is who you want to see, and it seems that they are receiving good review, but no one would know because of all the bad reviews.

Dr. Saleh has been my doctor for 5 months and Im disheartened to see him go. But he was an amazing person! Very kind and encouraging in his work. Made me feel welcome and heard!

The front desk people are incredibly unprofessional and unskilled in their job. That’s not to be rude or anything but these people have no idea what they’re doing and they are not equipped to properly manage their tasks of their positions.That being said it’s only natural for that to happen when you have an owner like Nicole running the place. She is the most unprofessional, low class, disrespectful person who lacks integrity and respect for other human beings.The things I overhear while waiting for my appointments are absolutely insane. Nicole likes to create appointments for people and then not even show up to the office. The front staff disrespects the patients who walk through the door.It’s obvious that she did not get into this industry to help people she thought it was a quick way to make a buck. Nicole is a fraud

I was assigned to Dr.Saleh my first appointment and he had just arrived to join the team himself. He is such a caring and compassionate man! Ive had no problems with scheduling at all been going for about 5 or 6 months now. Saleh always works with me the best he can. I finally feel heard 🙏

I had countless issues with the front desk staff, mostly katie I think her name was. They rescheduled my appointments several times only days before my scheduled date. I always planned my appointments around work, so that was super inconvenient. There were two times where they told me the wrong appointment time over the phone and called back to change it again. One of my appointments was pushed back several times in a row to the point to where my prescriptions ran out and I could not get a refill without seeing my doctor. I called them urgently asking for help and was not given a return call. This is a dangerous game to play with someone with a mental disorder. They also cancelled my appointment all together once without notice. No wonder mental health is ranked so poorly in this state. Youre going to keep losing people at this location.

Kelly Bucalo is AMAZING! I have spent years with terrible psychiatrists and therapists and Kelly makes it all worth it. There have even been times when I ran out of medicine on the weekends and she makes sure that I get it and dont go crazy hahah. I feel incredibly comfortable and well-taken care of here!

Nicole is literally a life saver. After never seeing a psychiatrist before and realizing I needed one after recent trauma, I found her and I thank my lucky stars. I had a virtual appointment with her for our initial appointment due to covid and from that moment on her support has been amazing. I needed extra assistance on a particular night and I emailed her directly, by the next morning she had called me to talk in detail with me about what I was feeling and quickly did her “magic” and has gotten me back on track within 24 hours. I will never be able to thank her, or say enough about her. 5 starts just isn’t enough.

Nicole Vaughn is a genious who cares. Her staff has improved immensely.Thank you guys.

Would give a no-star rating if I could...Upon making my appointment the receptionist was very unprofessional over the phone. She had mixed up my appointment and scheduled me in someone elses date.She immediately called back to make sure that I understood the situation.When I got to the location I waited in a lobby with just the receptionist until she got up and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for doctor KAM.She told me I was in the wrong place its a different office.(deep breathes were the coping method)Found the right office, filled out an encumbering amount of paperwork that I never got to finish.Dr Kam seemed almost bothered by me in her office.All tension aside. I spoke respectfully the whole time.Discussed my behaviors, only to find her mock me with some special voice.I was very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experience. I let her kno that I was not really tolerating her attitude. And she asked if I wanted to leave. I left. No referrals.....

I have been coming here for 2 years off and on appointments and IDK why it’s so hard to get through anyone at 830am? They make it very good for Covid usefulness of continuing service but Really it takes 2 weeks to get a call back or reconfirming any appts and also I was never told a co-pay so I’m wondering when I actually stop by they would hit me with a bill. They charge for FMLA request.

Dr. SALEH IS AMAZING, great Doctor.HOWEVER- Office staff is not good. No matter my appointment time I’m always waiting 15-40 mins.Every time I call and get Kathryn or Chris on the phone my experience is atrocious and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a healthcare office.I had to wait for a prior authorization and the office never told me when it went through, making me wait an unnecessary three weeks for my prescription when they said they would let me know when I can pick up my medication. No apologies from them. They threw off my medication snd they couldn’t care less.Now yesterday Nicole, “the owner”, made me an appointment at 930 this morning and she made my appointment with HER instead of my doctor, Dr. Saleh, and it is currently 10:02 am and she has not even came into the office yet...?? Why would she make my appointment for 930 if she doesn’t come into the office. I’m complaining to receptionist Kathryn and she literally ignores me. I asked her what is going on and she sits there and acts like she can’t hear me, I speak louder and she rolls her eyes and says I don’t know what to tell you. lmao like who does that?? The receptionist is supposed to have certain skills...de-escalation, management, communication skills, as the face and voice of the business, you would expect the owner give a bit more concern.I’m still waiting and it’s 10:25 am my appointment was at 9:30 am and she isn’t even here yet!??? This is so ridiculous this appointment was made because they had messed up so many times and asked me to make an appointment and then they do this? They don’t care about you. They act like you are the problem when they really create their own problems and reject responsibility.No integrity at this office aside from Dr. Saleh, he is the only legitimate person here.This office has done nothing but waste my time. It’s honestly so surprising I have never encountered such inconsideration from an establishment.

Dr.Saleh thank you for everything you did for me he is such a wonderful person and helped me with some personal issues I had at my job definitely recommend seeing glad he joined the team!

Dr. Kelly Bucalo is the single best Dr. experience that I think Ive ever had in my life. Not once did I feel rushed or talked down to in our conversation. She is the most patient and thorough Doctor and is REALLY good at listening and giving you a level of comfort that is just unmatched. Her intake skills are incredible as she made sure that I was able to really explain everything I was feeling, even when it was challenging, so that she had all of the information that she needed to guide me. She also treated my husband and son with the utmost respect and included them in our conversation as it was important to me that they were with me.From the front desk staff as we walked in, to the medical staff who took my vitals, the experience was comfortable, calm and seamless EVEN during this pandemic.I cant say enough good things about this practice and I am so SO thankful to continue my appointments here. If you are considering an appointment here, I would highly encourage you to make one and not to waste your time and energy anywhere else. If you live far, its worth the drive as it is at least a half hour away from us and worth every minute.

Nicole is the best Dr ive ever had.She truly helped me and went above and beyond to help me.not many Drs would personally follow up to help you but she does.she is one of the only Drs that really help, listen and motivates you.

I absolutely adore my therapist. The people at the front desk are always so helpful, they go out of their way to help.

I took off work for two hours so that my son can have his first therapy session with Celeste, we walked in at 9:07 and minutes later we were told that we were no shows and that we needed to reschedule as If I have control over traffic. I know the stereotype, I know the importance of being on time so we weren’t on CP time if that’s what you were thinking. Celeste was highly recommended, no thanks I’m good, my son will continue to see Nicole V.

Waited over a month for a therapy appointment. Could only get a virtual appointment but the therapist missed the appointment entirely. Also when you call to make an appointment, the appointment queue doesn’t even work.

This place was amazing, the front staff was very helpful, and Nicole took her time with me to understand my concerns. I didnt feel pressured or rushed in and out of the office. Great place and I recommend them to everyone I know!

I dont trust this place I talked to him three times on the phone about my first visit and they never not once brought up that I had a $40 copay so when I got there they hit me with it oh its 40 bucks I told him goodbye

I was a patient of Nicole Vans for 8 months. Every month, I was offered a new and different medication even though I was reporting that my current medication was working. I began to question Nicoles motives in presenting these very strong antidepressants despite my happiness!... One day, I decided to trust in her judgement. Once a month for two months, I took an injection in the arm of Abilify. A strong antidepressant of some sorts, that she said would help me with another medication that I was taking... into my second month I began having trouble swallowing. I told her about this and she apparently had no idea why this is happening. After an extensive Google search I found out that it was in fact a serious side effect of the medication and to cease immediately. I presented this information to Nicole, and told her I would no longer take the medication. In result, she gave me an ultimatum: either to continue to take the shot, or pay out of pocket for a drug urinalysis screening to, make sure I was taking my other medications effectively...?¿ I declined! Ha! Shove it lady. LOLObviously this was in spite of messing with her Big Pharma Incentive program! LolBut seriously, all Im saying is beware and do not let a psychiatric nurse push you out of your healthy boundaries.
