Outstanding in every way. I can’t praise this place enough and how they helped my daughter develop with confidence, kindness, and confidence. I highly recommend Victory Martial Arts for anyone who cares about the development of their children and even for adults. I read a few reviews of others that couldn’t be farther than the truth. I’ve never once seen or heard anyone yell at anyone; ever. I can’t believe the lies people spew. I give my highest recommendation to this martial art’s school. I signed up my 2-year-old daughter for the year and she receives outstanding teaching and support. Everything I’ve encountered has been real positive and this is a top notch martial arts school with kind, caring, and just good people running the show. A big thank you for all your efforts. I went in with high hopes. I was super excited to get my almost 4 year old in martial arts. He has never been in pre school or around other kids other than family. He went to a total of 12 classes. Unfortunately the last class he went to he had gotten yelled at for laughing and talking and not understanding to stay still. The first class a teacher stood in front and guided him but after that nothing was explained to him as far as anything like this is what we do and when we do. He was just thrown in there. He was offered a private class when I asked to cancel but it had already been over a month since he had been there and everyday I would ask him if he wanted to go to martial arts he would scream, “ No martial arts” presumably because he was yelled at. I really want him in martial arts but he really needs somewhere to be able to focus on him and teach him the basics or we can try again when he’s older. I do have an issue with the large cancellation fee. The few months we paid the family price of $200 although none of us went but him, for one person it’s $150. To cancel it they informed us it would have to be switched to a month to month and it would be $200 but I really wish I was offered a monthly plan to start or I wouldn’t have to do this. I believe we had already made up with the difference for the $200. I reached out and informed them I wouldn’t be able to pay the entire $200 but they said they couldn’t hold it off more than a month. I feel like this is an overcharge considering all payments received for 12 classes and the reason for cancellation.

Victory has made such a huge impact on our daughter! She has confidence, respect and pushes herself out of her comfort zone, consistently, to better herself. The life skills they teach, are priceless for her life currently and future. I am so proud she is learning leadership skills, that help her be a great example to her peers and people around her. I would recommend for all children to at least take some classes to be exposed to what Victory has to offer!

The best place to register your children so they can learn skills that last them a lifetime. My son has been attending victory for a year now and the change I saw in him is great.All the instructors care about the children and push them to be the best, and for me, the most important thing is that I leave my child with people I completely trust.

My girls love going to Victory Martial Arts in Shadow Hills! Even as we moved to a house closer to a different Victory, they begged to stay at Shadow Hills because they love Mr. Chambers and all the instructors there! We love seeing the welcoming smile of Mr. Clodfelter!We feel like we are a part of an extended family whenever we are at Victory Shadow Hills! We not only learn to defend our life with the techniques we learn, but we also learn life skills which are all helpful in shaping the future of our next generation.I would definitely encourage and recommend to everyone to come and try and see the difference.

This is a wonderful martial arts studio! A very warm, yet disciplined group fostering growth and a positive attitude. Leadership and encouragement are promoted during the course of training. Our son loves it!

Victory and the staff is a family of inspiring men and woman, full of integrity and heart. Its life and leadership skills that are taught, are skills that our community needs. If all children were taught these skills at a young age, we would have a stronger, more respectfully and honorable society. We are truly proud to have our family call Victory our home.

I go here basically every day.I started at the Boca Park location, and loved the instructor,Mr. Chambers. He had to move to this location, and I followed him to this location! ALL victory instructors are AMAZING! Victory REALLY is my 2nd family! I love the place, and the people SO much! It breaks my heart to read the bad reviews, which if you wrote one, I highly recommend to try again! I love all the Victory schools, and if this location doesnt work for you, there are many others all across the world!

Excellent school with a great community of families. Martial arts are taught with age appropriate considerations, while remaining challenging so students are challenged to constantly grow and improve.

I enrolled at Victory Martial Arts in April of 2012. It was my first experience in any kind of martial arts training. The techniques and flexibility required in Tae Kwon Do are very demanding especially for a beginner like myself.I find that Mr. OHara and his staff are very understanding to this fact. These are experts that have been training in martial arts for years and I am so appreciative that all of the teachers especially Mr. OHara do not get impatient at all with me. In fact, they are very encouraging and have the ability to explain concepts to me in ways that I understand much more easily.I am 44 years old and have earned my blue belt. I plan on earning my black belt. Its never too late to challenge ones self with a new goal. I highly recommend Victory to all!Bryan Duffy

Mr. OHara runs a positive and professional martial arts school. My son has grown so much since he started taking classes 8 months ago.

This place is all about money. I am ONE OF THE VICTIMS. BEWARE of this place, ONCE YOU SIGNED UP, THEY WONT CANCEL.My 3 year old had an orientation with Ms. Jester. He was crying in the middle of the orientation. Ms. Jester assured me, he will be fine after 3 classes. So I signed up was asked to pay $100 upfront. First week, my son wouldnt get out in the car whenever he sees the building. Second time, same thing, hes kind of terrified every time I pulled up in front of the building. Third time, I parked at the side of the building, still the same, he knows where we are going and he was screaming and crying. So I talked to Ms. Jester about the situation and told her I wanna withdrew my son and will wait for another year. She told me to call their main office in Florida, gave me the name of the person and the contact number. That person told me that their office is not authorized to cancel, only the local office. She said she will talk to Ms. Jester and will give me a call. After that, I never heard anybody from Victory Martial Arts anymore. And they kept billing me monthly. So I mailed a certified letter to get their attention. They ignored the first letter. I sent another one, and finally got a call from Ms. Jester. She gave me an IMPOSSIBLE thing to do so she can help me. She told me that they will only cancel if I can bring my son in their class. Did she understand the situation? My son is TERRIFIED AND WONT GO INSIDE THE BUILDING!!! How in the world would I have him attend the class if he wont even get out of my car every time he saw the building. This is just another way of her saying that they wont help. Ive never experience a WORST customer service like this place before. Theyre all about collecting money. My son never attended a class, and until now they are billing me monthly.DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. Do your research. This was one thing I failed to do and I regret it.
