Jess was absolutely amazing! She helped me put together and order a vinyl banner for my daughters high school graduation. All messages I sent regarding this purchase were answered very quickly, the banner was delivered in a very timely manner, and the quality of the finished product is excellent! I was given a proof before it was printed and my requested changes were made exactly to my specifications. Ive been happily shopping at the Providence Mailing & More for many years.I am ALWAYS leaving the store with a big smile on my face. The customer service here is simply incredible. They greet you when you walk in the door (quickly learning your name upon repeat visits). Their smile is larger than life.Shopping here, you get the feeling youre more than a customer.They have terrific shipping services with the Post Office and Fed Ex, but they also have mail box rentals. All with very competitive prices.Mailing & More has notary services, copies/printing, and all the in-betweens.Its wonderful the Providence has this little shop right here in the community.

This was my go to mailbox place when I moved to Vegas. My plan was to take my business to a UPS Store nearby out of convince and distance to my house when it opened up, but the staff here is always so friendly, extremely helpful and quick with processing packages that I had to stay. One employee in particular, Brooke, always goes above and beyond to ensure Im getting the cheapest most efficient shipping prices possible. Cutting down boxes and making everything fits properly. Not sure anyone at a bigger chain would be as helpful. It would be more convenient for me to go elsewhere but I stay here for the customer service

This place is convenient to my home so I go here often. Before I knew about this place I was drive a far distance to go to the Post Office and wait, wait, wait in lines. Whenever I come here to drop off a package, I am greeted with a smile and spoken to and that’s no matter which employee is there for the day. The prices are reasonable and even if there is a line, they work effectively to keep it moving. You can do most anything here. Buying stamps, sending off your package through USPS, Fed Ex or just about any other carrier get your Pass Port, get a P.O. Box or fax. The parking is plentiful and they are always open. What more could you ask for?

Theyre negligent towards customers, overcharge for packages, and do not properly know their regulations, nor can they assist you with international shipments . Mailing and more lacks professionalism, and I highly DISCOURAGE anyone to use their services unless you want your money stolen from you. I would suggest to avoid going through 3rd party companies unless you want to go through this mess!

This place is awesome. I had some delivery Discrepancies and I was unable to locate my packages that I shipped from their company. I was really upset about the situation. However Alex advice to contact the main office. At first I thought they were giving me the run around. Until I spoke with Neal. Neal You’re an amazing 😉 person and we need more People like you in this customer service business .Yes we got off to a rocky start but you made me feel at ease after speaking with you even though I was giving a a lot of attitude you stayed professional at all times and a man of your word .Thank you for being patient with me and locating my packages 📦 💯😊

Very disappointed with the service we received from this place. My mom tried to ship a package to Mexico through DHL and we though it would be a good idea to go through Mailing & More since they are a DHL Authorized shipping center, huge mistake. For some reason they were not aware of the regulations and packaged multiple electronics into one box which is not allowed and our package NEVER MADE IT OUT OF LAS VEGAS. When we called Mailing & More all they could say was “We didnt do anything wrong” and took absolutely zero accountability. We paid $363.35. Finally, we had to get DHL involved and even had a representative from DHL call Mailing & More to let them know that the tracking number was going to be cancelled due to incorrect packaging and that the service could not be provided the way Mailing & More attempted to. I had to recover my package from DHL the following day when DHL called us to inform us of the situation. We asked for a refund and were told by a employee of Mailing & More ( I think her name was Flo or Flor?) that we would recieve a refund in 5 days, we DID NOT. After that, every attempt we made to contact the manager we got a different response, first she wasnt available and would call is back, second it was her day off, third she was on lunch. Each time getting told she would call us back and never did. Finally, we disputed with the bank and ONLY THEN did they take the time to respond to the dispute, to which they said “all sales are final”. I am very disappointed in the service we received here as well as the customer service. We have made every attempt at resolving this with Mailing & More but have gotten nowhere. Very unfortunate considering we enjoy supporting local businesses. Will be in contact with DHL to file a complaint for this “authorized shipping center”, BBB, and small claims court if need be considering we have documentation from DHL showing the service was never provided. Please do your research before using this company, they had no problem taking our money and taking no responsibility for it. Again, we paid $363.35. I see from other reviews that they like to respond acting like they actually want to “resolve” these type of things but as you can see I have gotten nowhere trying to reach them. If you actually wanted to resolve this leave me the phone number of someone who actually wants to resolve this and wont give me the runaround when I try to ask for the manager.

Went in today to check my company mailbox and found someone elses mail in my mail box. So I go to the counter to return the mail. Come to find out they closed my account. The lady at the counter said they sent me messages and voicemails but when I showed her that I didnt receive any calls or messages from them in regards to renewing my lease she said there is nothing she can do. I was there to collect checks that I had been waiting on for 30days to receive now i cant get paid for any of my jobs that I did because then sent back to sender and now I have to wait a whole nothing 30days for my checks to be resent. At this point all I can think is you are missing with my livelihood. So I hope the manager reads this and can make it right.

Time and time again Neil and his team have the BEST price and the BEST quality in town. Most recently they printed 425 journals we needed. I came in with a regular card/envelope on 7/9 and asked the black-haired girl with glasses and fake nails if she could tell me how many stamps I would need to mail. (I also had a sleeve full of custom-made stamps I had come across / found). The girl picks up the sleeve, looks closely at one of the sets of stamps and says Well these [$.39 stamps] are actually expired so you cant even use them, they say 2006 in the corner. I say okay, well what about the others (as there are a TON of custom photo stamps in the sleeve) and her response They would have to scan them. (And those ones say $.39 on them as well, so I didnt understand that response). Unhelpful again. I ask if she can tell me how many Forever stamps I could apply then. She picks up the envelope (for the first time) and says Honestly, because you can feel theres obviously something inside, itd be considered a package so like $4. So..no scale involved or what?...At this point Im done talking to this incredibly unhelpful girl, thank her, and leave. I go to the POST OFFICE. While in line a woman is coming down the line to help. I tell her Im just there to find out how many stamps I would need to mail this card and that I was just at a Mailing place and the girl told me my stamps were expired. She feels it, and its contents as well, tells me $.76, looks at my sleeve of stamps and tells me theyre fine to use, tells me I would just need to put 2 of the $.39 stamps on it and Im good. A $4 guess versus 2 $.39 stamps..Hmm.. And its a shame because Ive been helped by a different girl with braids in the past and she was super helpful..

I had 46 pounds of shred and they took it. Im so happy. I called ahead and they were friendly and professional. So glad they are in Providence. I use this business often for my mailing needs.

I found out about Mailing and More sometime last year because I had to pick up a UPS package. Since they are closer to me than the USPS, I decided to go there today. To my surprise, the cost that I normally pay at the PO was a bit higher. But Neil, a courteous, friendly and very helpful representative suggested another mailing option which was cheaper, but added a day to the delivery. Really, that wasnt a problem and a great benefit to me because the alternative was a savings. He went beyond what I expected. It was worth going there and most of all, I really appreciated his help.

Don’t even think about it. Completely dropped the ball on an order I asked to be placed on May 10, in order for me to get new business cards for my new company before speaking at a major event. Find out on May 30th the order was never placed, 2 days before I leave for event. No apology, only blame me for not communicating, even when email clearly says to place the order. Had to find a printer in Henderson who could deliver an above and beyond product overnight to fix this debacle. No empathy. No apology. No understanding others needs. Never getting my or my family’s business again, and they do work for my spouse. Not anymore.

WHICH STILL EXISTS!!!! If you were in the same price range as your competitors than he would have purchased a label. FYI YOUR EMPLOYEE GAVE HIM ONE OTHER OPTION AND IT WAS FOR $132 TO BE EXACT LMAO LIKE THATS ANY BETTER. I put the measurement in my original review so others could see what the package size was. Its not extremely large lol it’s the size of a door wreath not a refrigerator. And not enough to warrant your overpriced shipping options***If you need to purchase shipping go anywhere but here. USPS just changed their online pricing for labels so it’s cheaper for me to go to in person to get a label. I consistently ship the same price boxes however if I purchased it online it now costs $45 if I buy in person it costs me $22.50 at the post office. The usps postal service system was down one day and they recommended going to this place for a label. My husband went in and was quoted $160. That’s right $160! He was told that due to the government shut down pricing changed and that balloon pricing is now in place. Ummm excuse me? How long ago was that?! My box is 3lbs in weight dimensions are 22x18x6. Thanks but no thanks. Ended up going to Office Depot on N Durango and guess what? I paid $22.50 no balloon pricing there. Worse case scenario I would of purchased online for $45 and save myself $115. Do not go here unless you have money that grows on trees. My husband also dealt with a girl with dark hair and glasses.
