The woman who was working here today was so nice and incredibly helpful. Comfortable place to wait if there are people in front of you (only one was in front of me) Feels like she takes the time necessary for whatever needs we may have.

One stop shop for all your shipping needs. Laura, the owner, has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the mail delivery industry. I only intended to purchase a box when I first walked in, before I knew it she was packing, taping and shipping my package off for me. There arent many places like Mail Zone left. They have just earned a life long customer. Thanks again Laura for all your help.

Stay away!! The new owner cancelled my contract on a whim and BANNED ME FROM THE STORE. She refused to hold my mail and claims it will all be returned to sender. The old owners were amazing. The new owner (as of 5/18/2018) is impulsive and unprofessional. I am happy to get a new mailbox elsewhere. The professional thing to do would be to HOLD MY MAIL for 7-10 days, as the US Post Offices will not allow me to put in an order to forward mail. Private mailbox companies are *not* eligible to have mail forwarded. Sadly, the new owner was completely unaware of this. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I have been a costumer for almost 3 years and the previous owners were wonderful. The new owners don’t give a damn. I flew in from Utah on a Saturday and waited an hour after they were suppose to open to pick up my mail and no one showed up until 11am. I had to change my flight plans all because one of their employees stumbled in super late. The only reason this location still prospers is because of their exclusive LV Blvd address, but make no mistake about it; the previous owners worked their butts off to make this a great business, while these new owners simply bought it up and are disrespectful of mine and your time.EDIT: MailZone just replied to my 1-star complaint, stating they reviewed their cameras and always had staff during their normal business hours, of which I call BS and will not pinpoint the exact time I was out there waiting after catching an Uber from McCarran airport. Nor am I using my main Google account, considering there are more than a few previous customers that have been banned from their store simply for expressing their honest opinions about the subpar service these new owners provide.3 years I have been a customer at this location and I was saddened to see the previous owners go, but in no way did I anticipate the PATHETIC service the owners provide.They. Do. Not. Know. How. To. Run. This. Business.
