Ive been using this mail service for a few years now and have been very happy with it. This time I stopped into their local office and picked up a package and they were very prompt and courteous. Good experience.

I used to think this was a great service until I got two bouquets of flowers accidentally delivered there after I closed my account. They told me I couldn’t get them and they were “probably” thrown out. The person on the phone was so rude and not compassionate at all. I would NOT go with this service if you have anything of possible importance that may be accidentally delivered after your account is closed. In business sometimes these things happen. Too bad they don’t handle them like decent humans. 😢

We travel in our RV so this has become our mail and package address. Scanning contents of mail is very helpful and reduces need to have much mail forwarded to another address.

Signing up was SO EASY online, and following up with live customer service rep was fantastic as well! I highly recommend this company for the services that they provide, and at a very reasonable price. Im moving to Mexico and keeping my permanent U.S. address with Physical Address for ever!

Pretty cool to have a Mail box place that you can use like your actual address. They are really nice there and are always helpful when it comes to getting you your Mail and making sure everything is going good. Conveniently located as well.

I do not have a business in need of your service but I think you are definitely filling a needed nitch in todays world. Unfortunately I have run into a business who leads the customer to believe that this place is their office. When in search of the particular businesses office because of the misdeeds of the business, they can not be found.your service is excellent, it is the misuse of the service that is frustrating,

I receive dozens of spam email in my personal account daily, and some of them have 304 S. Jones Blvd #1878 Las Vegas, NV 89107 as a picture link on the bottom. Clicking on that link takes me to a sketchy website to unsubscribe my email which I know is a trick to tell the spammers its functional. PhysicalAddress do you recognize that mailbox and suspect anyone using it may be doing anything illegal?The spam includes stuff like Fat Buster weight loss, unclog the fat weight loss (same website and same product) and Croatian wrinkle cream spam but website offers a Biblical recipe for pain relief. I cant do much from my end, I report the spammers to their ISP but it keeps coming :-(
