The guy working was so nice! I was sending a package and he offered to try to make it fit (after making sure it wasnt fragile) into a flat rate envelope so I could save 7 bucks, and it fit! He saved me money and was so sweet, Ill definitely be going back for any of my mailing needs.

The only other post office near me is always too busy and crowded, so this Postal Pros is the best alternative. It costs a little more than USPS, but staff is friendly and helpful, the store is very tidy and organized. If you have a lot of postal errands to get done during the Holiday rush, this Postsl Pros is a nice alternative to other busy Usps office.

These guys are all about the customer service. Dont ever go to the post office again!! I had actually sent some certified letters and then misplaced my tracking numbers. They helped me recover the tracking numbers and even sent me confirmation of delivery.
