THEY ALSO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS AND GIVE YOU A GOOD EXPERIENCE TOO !YES I WILL AND ALWAYS HAVE FOR ONE YEAR GIVE THIS PLACE A THUMBS UP AND I TELL EVERYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE !

Terrific service! Emily G. was a darling. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. I was staying in the hotel for the evening so having a UPS right down the hall was very convenient. I didnt have to worry about parking or directions. Perfect experience, A+++ staff!

The person who helped me today was not only friendly, but super helpful. She didn’t try to gouge me for taping a small box shut and went out of her way to make sure all 3 of my packages were good to go and reinforced the other. It was such an opposite experience from the store on Maryland Parkway, which was awful, that I paid an additional $5 just to ship it! That’s service, that’s what you get when you go see Emily!

Go to a free standing store!! This location is a JOKE! It’s inside a hotel and apparently they charge $5 for a “handling fee” and I was only dropping off a package that was already paid for! Not to mention the chick working there was “out” when 3 diff ppl arrived to do business there when the hours are until 6pm! It’s just some dumb broad working so you’re at her mercy for when she wants to take breaks. Ridiculous.

I have used before and will again. Great Service. Yes they charge to drop off and such, but remember catering to a shipping crowd and Vegas Convention Center. Easy to be abused. Worth it to be in Hotel to save time and hassle.

Refuses to ever answer the store telephone. Highly unprofessional.

Needed to fax my new marriage certificate to my company for insurance purposes. Emily G. was super nice and helpful, in and out in 5 minutes and very reasonable on prices.

This is a private UPS Store inside a Hotel. They charge 5-10$ even if u have a free return Label.Total ripoff. Go to FedEx. Its not far away from there.

By far the worst UPS store I’ve ever stepped foot in. The customer service is non existent m. Then untop of that they charge $5 to print a UPS label....what? They will never get my money.

Ridiculously high “handling fee” for pre-labeled UPS packages. If you have a UPS account and are just looking for a place to drop off your pre labeled packages avoid this location.

U must pay to drop off a package even if its already pre paid the hotel charges an additonal fee.. just a heads up

Was told that although my two packages were postage prepaid that I had to pay total of $10.00 to drop off packages. Wont use them again.

They closed at 5:20pm on Friday, they suppoused to be closing at 6:pm. Not too accurate with time.
