100/100 stars if I could. Orell is the man you need for your key services. I’m not from Vegas and called this spot when I locked my keys in the car. He was honest, straightforward and most definitely will put in effort to make sure you get your keys asap. Highly recommend 💪🏾

I gave 2 stars because Joey truly started service for me very prompt and friendly. I needed a backup key fab for a 2013 528i BMW. The high price was understandable but but not to work after spending more than $300, isn’t. It didn’t work all the time and only portion functional. Called back and reported the problem Joey responded quickly but still had a problem and it stopped working at all. Then I called again but he didn’t show up as promised. I tried multiple time and he’s not responding.I’m sure he’s a good man and I wish he either truly finishes the job he’s been paid for or admit he can’t do it and return the money. That’s what a good professional business does.I know, 2 stars can be generous in this case.

Locksmith came out to rekey two vehicles for which keys had been stolen. Locksmith explained that he was changing the locks by 1 number which would render old keys useless. We recovered stolen items which included old keys. We tested old keys for this particular vehicle vs. new keys and BOTH worked to open vehicle and start vehicle. Called to address this with whatever lady represents the company and was told you got two new keys, they work, whatever. Work we asked for was not performed, yet we were charged as if it was. Basically cut 2 or 3 new keys on both vehicles and charged us upwards of $600. Asked her to either come out and do the work, or refund some of the money. She wouldnt answer in either way. When I threatened to dispute charge she got nasty and hung up. Completely unprofessional.

Be careful of hidden fees, taxes, and charges with this company. Would not recommend due to rude and poor customer service from phone operator and technician. Completed job well done in 15 minutes to cut car key and program car key FOB. However, on the phone he said the cost would be $150.00 and I agreed to price. Did not mention service fee and other charges which came to total of $184.00. Became argumentative and rude when I asked technician to maintain agreed price. Also I had to tell him not to physically lean his body on my vehicle ( expensive luxury car) which surprised me and came off as disrespectful. Technician did not wear a face mask or shield of any kind during entire process and interaction.

Called around. Nobody else could do a newer vw key thati called. He got it done in under an hour and saved our day

I needed to get a family member into my house because i unfortunately sent her the wrong key. I called and within 25 minutes they came out to help. It was great service, like above and beyond to get the door open because we have extra security locks on the house through an amazing company called Vivint and my mistake cost me but I am SO super grateful 24 Hour Locksmith came through. Thank you so very much! I highly recommend!

1 year update: changing my review - the key fob is no longer working and we’ve changed the battery multiple times. I called to see if they could help and they won’t even look at it. Would have been nice to work something out to save me spending another $200-$300 somewhere else. It might be a simple fix and I wouldn’t even know. Plus, their answering service/experience is really unprofessional now. Not sure what happened with them.Original review: I dont know where to start! Very fair prices, and fast service. Everyone at king key Locksmith is very courteous and great! I like to go there to top it off, they have the knowledge. After searching everywhere to find a copy of a key in an old lock-box, I was hurt. I took the key and they found a key that worked! I locked myself out of my home and called King Key locksmiths, I was told that someone would call me back in a few minutes and couple minutes later I did receive a called by a mobile technician and he stated he would be at my residence 20-25 minutes he showed up within 25 minutes. So far so good he then started to say for this type of lock and because the key goes in to lock sideways it’s gonna cost $225. To unlock plus a Service charge. Took the Tecnician 2-3 minutes to unlock my door and said I’ll make your bill receipt and I’ll figure out bill with service charge. In the end I was charged $225 for unlocking my door and $120 for service charge to total $345 I feel grateful they unlocked my door but I also feel like I was overcharged and I will not use this company again and will not recommend themSincerelyOvercharged

Great service! I lost my key and got locked out of the house because I couldnt unlock my Maine door, so I contacted King Key Locksmith and they arrived within 20 minutes. They unlocked my door shortly. There were very reasonable prices and the technicians were very professional.

Lied about pricing. Never quoted me. Super high rates and left dirty shoe prints all over the floors.

After no help from roadside assistance we still needed the key out of the trunk..the rental agency advised me there was no spare key and needed a locksmith 🙄.. thank God we called a guy that referred us to King Key! very confident and professional from the first call.. On time and worked quickly on an emergency re-key at my business. finished the job quickly and efficiently. This would have been a 5 star review except, When I called I asked how many keys would be provided for the quoted price and was told 4. When the Locksmith arrived he asked what i was quoted and he responded he could only do 3 keys. at the end after the job was complete he then informed me he could only provide 2 keys.

Unbelievable company; I hired them through HomeAdviser; I wanted to re-key my home and was quoted $80 including 3 extra new keys. A very young man from Israel came out and in addition to making a mess in my garage, he put my front door lock inside-out. He first tried to give me a bill for $ 250 after he was finished. Of course I told him no way. We finally agreed that i pay these robbers $ 180.00 just to get rid of him. He worked out of his car.On their invoice they have LOCKSMITH SERVICES; no phone and no address on their invoices. I saved their invoice

The tech was able to get me back inside my flat at a very low rate compared to what others quoted me. Of the two other companies, I spoke with, neither were as professional and fairly priced as Advanced Locksmith. Id like to thank the tech for the exceptional service he provided.

If you need to be serviced on the weekend keep in mind that most businesses will be busy and take that time into consideration. Fast good customer service. A bit pricier than other companies but very smart staff. Got my new keys in no time. :)

Was quoted a $15 service fee and $45 for the unlock over the phone. Guy showed up and said it was $185!!!! He opened right away but misleading a customer who has no other option like that is an awful way to do business!!!

BEWARE.. This company is operating as several business .. You call one company called King Key and they were very rude, gave me a very high price of $250 to change 4 locks 2 doors. Then I hang up with them and call City Locksmith- I spoke to a Joey he said he was King Key, while speaking to him I get a call from a mike, he said he is with Reliable Lock Smith, Here is all I know, when it comes to the safety of my home I do NOT recommend going with a company that goes by several names and doesnt know one from the next. Are they insured? He LIED and said he was another company, If you call them you may come home to an empty house. They may be robbers in disguise

I got locked out of my car. I called a few different places and this company had the fastest response time. They came out in 10-15m and got me back on the road. I highly recommend them.

On point and straight up. No extra fees or special charges. Guy popped my lock in like 25 seconds. Guy on phone was cool too.

I lost my key and got stuck in a really nasty and uncomfortable way. When my friend told me about this company and I called them accordingly. Surprisingly their technicians took very little time to get there. The guy replaced the old lock and put a new lock on. I thought he would spend a lot more with the new lock, but surprisingly he set the new lock for a very small price. I thank them for getting me out of this hassle.

Recently bought a truck and only had the key with a chip in it. Called dealerships about getting 2 keys with built in fobs (purchased on Amazon) and the prices they gave me were outrageous. Called this locksmith and not only did he cut and program 2 keys for me at 1/3 of what dealerships were asking, he was done in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly as well. Highly recommended and they will get more of my business and friends as well.

I had parked my car offsite for the airport for two weeks and lost my key fob on the east cost while on vacation. Found this service and connected with Joey when I came back. We did not have a good experience. I called when my car locked with it running. I was told he would be 30 minutes and it was about an hour and a half before he arrived. When he got there he was very rude. At the transaction he requested that we pay with cash. Of course he didnt mention that he was cash only with the initial call. That would have been nice to know. I would not recommend using King Key Locksmith.

**Received Very Poor Service from this Business. **Tech in Maroon Caravan came out unprepared and did not have correct key so had to wait for tech to go to shop and come back with correct key.Paid $130 for service and my passenger side door is now missing the Door Lock due to the tech.I keep getting a run around that the part is being ordered for over a month now.

Our ignition wouldnt turn on our Honda element. We were stranded 29 miles outside of Las Vegas in Primm Nevada.He came out promptly and was able to rebuild the key tumbler and have us on our way in 15 minutes..It was a little pricey but he saved our vacation.

Yesterday I needed to get my truck rekeyed & this was the first place I contacted to come out & do the job so I can get back on the road. The guy showed up quickly & did the job pretty fast, but 250 for 2 keys a rip off.

The guy that fixed my door almost broke it. Do not listen to their quote over the phone. It cost me $100+ over what they quoted me. The guy didnt know how to put on the lock, he tried to tell me that my door wasnt aligned right, so I told him to take off his lock and the door shut perfectly. Hes a lock smith that didnt even know how to put on a lock correctly. Then he didnt know what to do when I told him its his lock that doesnt fit. He was not friendly at all. Very bad expirence, I will not being using their services again. I would look for other companies before going with these guys.

I called king key and Joey showed up within 15 minutes as promised. He did the job fast and cheap. Nice guy no surprise he has so many great reviews on yelp.

One star rating is to high for this horrible company. We locked our keys and money in our car in the Linq hotel and casino parking garage. We were quoted an arrival time of 15 minutes or less. It took the guy nearly 2 hours and numerous phone calls to get to our location because he didn’t know where the Linq was. He then vastly overcharged us for barely doing anything to help after arriving well after the quoted time with no explanation or apology of any kind. If you’re in a bind avoid these people at all cost. There has to be a better company that actually knows what they are doing.

The reason why i had to call a locksmith and the first company i call was king key and a mistake the reason why i jad to call a company up was my wife ended up getting Robbed and carjacked we ended up getting car back 3 days later and the keys were gone and we had no spare key so first they charged us almost 400 the guy did the job we only jad half the money and all was explained and approved with the boss job got done car started amd they got the money and two daus later we would pay the rest when we got are insurance money well a couple hours later the guy comes back breaks into the car and steals the ECU unit we go to leave the next day and car wont start and see the key isnt taking the key we call the king key and they tell us they came back and took it out because there boss said to we tell them thats against the law and that wasnt the plan a day later guy comes out to put the computer back in the car and he does bit this time its broke now and he just leaves with taking are money we call back and are numbers are blocked now with no answers we did a police report and now waiting i would never call this company again never never never
