The key making process was easy and fast. The only problem was the issue with having to mail keys to my home, I will have those made elsewhere if I need them right away. Otherwise the machine is great!

It seemed like a no-brainer. I was a little surprised at how expensive it was ($6.50 including tax) but it was convenient so I was okay with the price. I was NOT happy that the key didnt work, even after a bunch of fiddling with the padlock. Since its just a kiosk, I dont have a simple solution to fix the key like I would at Home Depot so I have to wait for customer service. Not worth the convenience.

I put my key in the slot, was told what it would cost, paid with my credit card, waited a few minutes and out came my key. And, it works in the lock. What could be easier. I was at the grocery store anyway so I was saved a trip to a hardware store. Great service!! Thank you.

$220 for a 5-minute job period was told 5 minutes it was more like 30. I will definitely sign up for AAA
