I hired this business to install 4 deadbolts on 4 separate doors. He called me about an hour before our agreed appointment date / time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. This business is not just a locksmith. Theyre security professionals too. Upon arrival, Moshe asked me some good questions regarding the reasons for my project. He reminded me to include a strike plate for added security. I had read about strike plates when I was researching similar projects. However, I wouldve forgotten to mention it when he was here. Good thing he did. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Moses and his team a few times. Theyve done a deadbolt replacement, reinforced the door jam by installing a plate, and replacing a mailbox lock. The original lock and door handle on my unit were a good 15+ years old and he updated them to something thats gonna last. We called Moses, after getting quotes from 2 other Locksmiths, that wanted $20-$30 to come out and give us an estimate. Moses gives free estimates. Locked the keys in my car trunk. Called my insurance and they contracted to send Moses out to pop the trunk or get me a new key. Insurance said if they made a new key I would pay the $160 fee and the insurance will cover the service call. Moses was able to get the trunk open with a key we found under the car carriage. Then he charged me $214....an argument ensued and after waiting for 3 hours for service I paid him $200. I am 70 years old and Moses lied to me. It was just a service call and the insurance company was going to pay that with nothing out of my pocket. They scammed an old women out of $200 but this review and the calls I made to my insurance company maybe will teach them a lesson.
