John is not customer friendly and came off rude/pretentious as if he doesn’t have time for his customers. I live not even a mile away from his center and will be driving further to handle my business with someone else.

Noncompliance with Covid safety regulations across the board; no masks and beyond capacity...far beyond. Also a fire hazard with large boxes blocking egress. Will never be back.

Tried to sell 2 $20 cafe rio gift cards which they said they do 50% on. Get their and they check the balances all is good and then the guy pulls some bs and says he can only give me 6 dollars for them because they dont have oin numbers. Guy didnt even know what he was talking about. He must have been on the phone with the manager or something getting walked through step by step. Anyways i lost 30min of my life just to get low balled by someone who wasnt even sure how to do what hes paid to do. Dont go here its horrible.

Me and my wife have been going here since 2 years now and the service is always GREAT!!! they are very nice and helpfull and i would not go anywere else cause they are the nicest people i have dealt with.they always ask if they can help you with anything and the costomers that come in seem to love them as well!!! i have reccomended all my friends and family here.
