Excellent service. Great prices and friendly, helpful staff. Ive been a customer for two years. The owners of this business do a great job and I can highly recommend renting a mailbox here. I get a lot of packages and the email notification service (you get an email when either mail or packages arrive for you) is really useful and saves you wasted trips to check your mailbox. Being able to get my mail outside office hours is also a great help. I work out of town sometimes and have also used the mail forwarding service which has always worked well with good communication. If you need a mailbox or shipping service this is the place.

I have used Alpha Mailbox for happily for years now. (Definitely should have submitted a review sooner but after my recent experience it was a must)My original reason for choosing Alpha Mailbox for my mailing services came down to value and convenience. Of which they won out by leaps and bounds from all others in my comparison. Their polite and courteous owner operator staff make the daily visit a pleasure. The ease of access to from 95, the ability to shop for groceries, pick up dry cleaning, supplements and even a sub all without having to change parking spots works out perfectly.It wasn’t until recently speaking with the new owner (Dominic), (don’t worry all of the same great staff is still there) complimenting him on how great the new renovations looked that some small talk turned to why I felt it necessary to write this review. When you have a chance to meet Dominic you will instantly notice that he does not carry a native Vegan accent, but one with a bit O English flair. After confirming that he came from the UK, I inquired why he and his family moved to Las Vegas? he answered “The American opportunity”. I then asked him if it was a legal hassle to become an American business owner coming from England . He briefly shared the rigorous criteria to stay legal and compliant. After learning this and seeing his dedication to his customers along with his passion to building America and giving back when so many are taking and tearing it down resonated deep with me. It is so refreshing to find a business owner/business that is committed to offering not only a superior service but an an ongoing personal experience. I encourage anyone who needs all of the business services (shipping, mailing, digitizing, notarizing, etc…) that Alpha Mailbox has to offer to use Alpha Mailbox, you will not be disappointed!

They never answer the phones, always closing earlier than posted and they return your packages too fast. Like after two days. Cmon.

I have used a private mailbox at this location since moving to Las Vegas in 2001. The present management is the best yet. I receive an automated text message as soon as I have mail in my box or a package from any carrier is received. My mail is available to me 24/7/365 and I really like that. The protection of having a mailing address that is different from the address where I live is more important than ever since I often use a valet parking service. Now, if a valet looks in my glove box for a home address on my insurance or registration, all they find is my mailbox address. Much safer! I highly recommend Alpha Mailbox and its staff. They are friendly and always helpful.

We needed Alpha Mailbox for several months as we transitioned from the Wet Coast to our new home in Vegas. The staff were always polite and the few times we needed some accommodation they were extremely helpful. Out of all the pieces of mail delivered for us, we only once received a letter intended for another mailbox. Thats exponentially better than the usps service at our new Vegas home, were I get a piece of my neighbors mail on average once a week. They have other services including a notary at the location, and after hours access is a huge bonus. For the price you cant go wrong.

Picked up Wish orders. Cheaper for local pick up vs home delivery. Employees were friendly. This was my first time doing local pickup. Employees helpful.

The poor girl tried to copy my fliers a month ago & kept messing up to say the least. Grandma warned this is why we may have to shut down & @ the end of the day they gave me the couple extras but still messed up ALL MY TICCETS to the show (not to mention told me it was one price then at the end it went from 10 cents a page to 25 cents because it was color which they knew..) & I didnt want to complain again because grandma was already slamming things around 🙄🤔 yea #thatpart

Really nice to do business with. Im always in a rush but they always get me in and out quickly. Big parking lot and always a spot within feet of their door. Dominic and Vanessa are really helpful too.

Dropped in on Saturday as we need an address for our club. Really friendly place, cost $120 for the year to rent a mailbox, although they offered a virtual service for $99 per year. No additional fee for 24 hour access. In and out in 10 minutes! Also saw a sign in the window saying that they will fax resumes for free for unemployed, thats a brilliant thing to offer.

So disgusted with this store. The lady who works in front (Christina) has a very bad attitude. I liked the lady before her... It never ceases to amaze me how people only have a problem when something directly happens to them. There were Black customers being harassed in the store by a racist and instead of addressing the situation she brushed it off. It was brought to her attention and also the Managers attention. She was in the store as it happened but the excuse was that she was so busy she didnt hear the racist remarks...so it wasnt her problem to address. Shes a Black woman herself yet she didnt seem to understand or believe why the customers were upset about the lack of response to stop the racist, disparaging comments the man made in the store about Black people.The Manager made up excuse after excuse for her lack of action and deflected the situation onto the customers getting upset. I believe she just wanted to ignore the situation and only became upset when the other customers were upset by her lack of action.I myself was shushed, told to be quiet and to go stand on the other side of the room because I asked her what happened. I was treated rudely when I asked about the situation without yelling or becoming upset. I told them that was uncalled for. I had to speak with him outside as to not upset his apathetic, careless employee and became dehydrated in the heat talking to him and explaining why the handling of the situation disappointed me as a customer of many years. After speaking with the Manager it didnt really matter in the end. Just a waste of energy.Both of them are in denial about the poorly handled situation. Christinas rude, defensive, nonchalant attitude about the situation was disgusting. The Manager had no problem with it. Hes an enabler with a poorly trained employee. The situation could have easily been diffused by telling the man to be quiet or leave just like the Manager said to me when I was simply trying to find out what happened.If you fail to address customers being racially harassed and disparaged in your store dont be surprised when people get upset by your lack of care and you loose business. No one should disrespect anyone in the store and that includes you and your employee. Its a two way street. After over 8 years of going to this store I know to take my business elsewhere. Just like you expect to be respected so do your customers.* Even though the manager was also not present hed rather believe all the customers who were harassed were imaging things, lying and were upset for no reason at all. Just bullying your employee because she was so lovely and nice and caring towards them. He doesnt care about customers being harassed in his store, only if its staff. Christina has a terrible attitude. I seen that personally first hand and I was told to be quiet and talked to like trash by the manager for asking her what happened. When I asked her what happened I wasnt loud or rude. She can be very dismissive, snarky and rude and I see why she feels alright about ignoring customers, being rude and not handling situations in her store. Because her Manager allows it. This will go over his head Im sure but if you ever have a problem at this store for any reason just find another location. Who wants to try to explain customer service to people who make excuses for their lack there of.

So I recently went to Alpha Mailbox to ship some gift cards for my sons birthday having my doubts of course bc past Post Office and Ups experiences...Already had a stressful day traffic, shopping, and long lines just overall a rough day. I walked in the store and was instantly greeted Hello.? how can I help you. Followed by a big smile from the owner... I was very pleased no wait time fast service i felt at home with this small business. They assisted me in what i needed excellent prices friendliness very clean store overall I felt loyalty.. Open on Saturdays 10am to 3:30 pm and parking is super convenient. So Jack H before u say more lies about this company enjoy your mailbox service and outrageous lies else where.... So before reading these reviews experience it for yourself. 👍😉😉
