1 star is too much I went ordered my daughter a necklace with her name pendant I paid 1000 they told me her necklace would be ready in 4 days it took them 3 weeks I spelled her name 5 times wrote it in capital letters they still spelled it wrong it took them 2 weeks so of course it was not ready for her sweet 16 after that I had to call and call no answer I took her necklace back to be fixed they tried to say I didnt pay when I has my receipt that said paid and the receipt from my debt card that was stapled on this place has poor service needs to be shut down

I bought a chain from the salesman and decided I wanted a pendant to go with it. The salesman asked which one and I told him loud and clear “The Star of David” he asked me to repeat myself (3 times) and finally he opened the case but then he grabs the star and balled it in his fist (trying to hide it from me) the he points to the Virgin Mary pendant and asked if I wanted it. I replied no, I would like the Star of David sir. Reluctantly he sold it to me. I guess he wasn’t a fan of black Jews or he wasn’t a fan of black men. Whatever the case was, you guys will not get my business. Hate comes from the heart and I felt it seeping from his pores.

Total rip off. Bought my wife a tennis bracelet for Christmas and one of the diamonds came out. When I went to get it repaired the owner said it was our fault the diamond came loose! He refused to fix it without paying hundreds of dollars. I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life

The owner is a con artist. I paid a nice hefty deposit for my daughters bracelet 10 days before Christmas, and when not hearing from him in over a week, I reached out to no avail. I called him again and he said he had bad news and that he couldnt do the bracelet at the price we agreed on and that I could come to get the deposit back at 8 pm which left me basically with NO shopping time to find another bracelet. I ended up getting the bracelet due to no other stores having that style and the nightmare continued after purchase. The bracelet was too big and when we took it back to get links taken out, he charged me 150 and his jeweler tried to strong arm me out of the links. When I wouldnt give him the links he was yelling and cussing and it was just an all around terrible experience. Norm is the gent I would beware of. He is extremely conniving.

One star is a star too many. Had them make a custom piece, promised to deliver the product exactly as requested- went to pick it up and it wasn’t correct. They tried to charge more for the corrections to be made. It was a hassle. Finally got it right and walked out relieves but irritated. A few months later I had dropped off jewelry that had been gifted to me (that came from them) to get fitted and fixed because it was missing a part! Texted a week later and was told I could “buy my jewelry back”...what? It was literally a gift to me. When I went into the shop they would not give me my jewelry back. I was later told they had taken it upon themselves to sell it. Never go to them, they’re scammers! I’ve called BBB and am waiting for them to handle it. Hopefully all the crooked things that they do catches up with them.

Biggest rip off ever! I spent $400 and the jewelry faded after wearing it a few times. Then they would not replace it and I had to make a police report . They are playing a VERY DANGEROUS GAME MESSING WITH PEOPLE MONEY 😠

RIPPED OFF! I paid 140 to have a diamond that was missing from my ring replaced here. They took me upstairs and got me the diamond and took me down to their store to have a man put it in. He seemed in a hurry that day and I watched him as he did my ring. Apparently NOT a good choice as I noticed the work he did and the diamond missing not long later after I paid for this. I went to the store last night and showed them the diamond was missing and they denied doing the ring. Stating that I was making it up. What a insult to my character. Ive always been a honest person and I felt they should honor their work. And the guy right away says they dont guarantee their work and showed the ring for the man that did the work and he denies it right in my face. And they feel youre suppose to suck this up. NOT. I warn you not to have this place do your rings or any work. Especially if their is no guarantee unless you got money to just throw up in the air and waste. I left this so called business feeling like they could care less and yes we ripped you off and we dont care attitude. I am going to take this to the BBB and also court to get my money back. Let them do this in front of a judge and see if they got that same non salobbbb attitude about it. Im not letting them rip me off without a fight now. Especially if your a woman beware of this fly by night company. I think if I was a burly guy or a man they would of went about this differently. This place is a RIP off!

I went into this store looking for wedding bands for my husband and myself.... we found my husbands immediately. However, it took a little longer with mine. I found a ring that I liked, however it was in yellow gold. I was hesitant on purchasing because of this, then the salesman says.. We can make that ring white.. he said we can dip it, every jewelry store has to do this. So I was like... hmmm alright. Then we will buy it. Spent $2600 that day on my ring and a band. I was not once told that the playing they dip it in would wear off and the yellow would show through. I have had my ring dipped like 2 times already and that was with a fight, and saying that Im to ruff on the ring. Give me a break... I now refuse to wear the ring because its turned even more yellow and even blotchy. Im so dissatisfied with this and wish that I wouldnt have been mislead just to make a sale. I wouldnt buy here.... they are smooth crooked salesman until after the purchase and then dont want to make things right.
