Juan arrived promptly that day. Had to order a replacement pane from the Midwest. It came in early. J & J repaired and replaced the broken 6 foot by five foot window. They cleaned up all the glass. (Very heavy.). Told a couple of jokes and left. The price was not bad either.

Juan and his team at J&J Glass installed a shower enclosure about 6 years ago. Thats 2190 days of happiness! Love it every time we walk into the bathroom. I feel like we live in a high end spa.

Our bedroom window blew out during a wind storm. Juan came out right away and took measurements and gave a fair estimate. Did a great job on the installation.

I was told I would get an hour notice before they arrive. I get a call starting he is already at my house. I let the guy know I need an hour notice. He says oh it wasnt written on the paperwork and that he can come back in an hour. Well, the entire day went by and not even a phone call. Dont waste your time like I did.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. After booking our first appointment and no one showing up, we re-scheduled. The second appointment I was left ignore without and consideration of a call or apology. Would not recommend working with this company.
