I left a message and Craig returned my call. He was able to give me a quote based on my measurements of the window. He set an appointment for the next day then sent a confirmation text regarding the time and amount. The next day I received a text that they were on their way. Junior arrived punctually and was extremely professional. He finished the window replacement and it looks GREAT. He represented his company well and was a pleasure to deal with.

We had vandals shoot out a bedroom window with a BB gun. I contacted several residential glass replacement companies late in the afternoon. The glass was a non-standard size but Craig was able to get the glass and have it installed just 3 days later. They try to get more for less

Had a cracked window and every company wanted almost $300 to come out and fix it the same day. This was the first company I have found that could do it the same day if I brought the window to their shop and it cost me less than $150 and it was a large window. They were super helpful not only when I called, but also when I dropped it off and placed the order, but even when I picked it up a couple hours later. They were even helpful with questions I had about other windows in my home, explaining why one was opening the way it was, and physically showing me the difference between low-e and regular glass. This is a great shop with a family friendly atmosphere. I brought my kids with me and I didnt have to worry about it being unsafe or have any concerns while there. We have a large house with lots of windows that have bad seals and I now know I can have these guys replace individual windows much cheaper than hiring somebody to replace all the windows at one time. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended

What a class act company! We had a home on a golf course that was 48 hours away from closing on the sale of the home. Naturally a golf ball came sailing through a window.
