Awesome experience. I called 4 different repair places - one told me my windshield needed to be replaced (without even looking at it they said it was over $950), the second quoted me 50% more than Glass Doctor for the same repair, the 3rd never returned my call and then I called Glass Docter. I spoke to Bryan and he was amazing. We made an appointment and he did great work. Professional, courteous, and most of all a true craftsman. I am very pleased and I would highly recommend.

Amazing service by Preston and his staff. Extremely fast turn around with his special order on the front windshield. We were concerned on trying to locate a windshield for our vehicle because the vehicle is becoming harder to find but he quickly located one. Preston was honest about the different quality on the glass and made sure he got us the best quality and the matching OE similar molding as well. His team was very professional, on time and very communicative. I ended up taking a bunch of his business cards so I can hand them out at my work to get him more business! Excellent customer service is very hard to come by nowadays and sharing business opportunities is what will help our economy grow again. Thank you guys for taking such well care of us!

They are amazing!! Very nice people had a great conversation with them and I asked if I can watch them work on my car because I love watching this type of stuff and they let me and taught me a few things about my car that I didn’t know. I definitely recommend anyone to come here !!He’s one of the dozen who can work on a FerrariAND he is one out of 3 mechanics who is able to fix the window on a Lamborghini sooo he’s a skilled master !!!

Great service! Preston and his team at Glass Doctor exceeded my expectations in the replacement of my antique curio cabinet door glass insert. They communicated with me through the process and even with multiple delays due to manufacturing and COVID-19. I know this isnt their specialty so I appreciate even more their level of care and customer service. I would highly recommend them for any glass repair or replacement.

William was our technician and he was super courteous and super fast. Only took about 45 minutes for replacing our rear windshield and we spent the entire time chatting with the receptionist and watching the national geographic channel. It took no time at all and no hassle. 10/10 experience. Would break my window again for William.

When I called in I spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice, personable and knowledgeable. This company went above and beyond to help me with a broken window. Daniel fixed my window. He was awesome, even called me instead of ringing my doorbell in case my son was taking a nap. They made things easy. Thank you.

Preston was amazing. I was on a roadtrip and my rear window broke and called from CA trying to find someone who had the glass for my car in stock. Preston did and was available for us when we got there. It took about 45 mins and he was clearly upset. The car window looked great, but he said he had bad news - that a neighbor company had smashed their AV equipment into the car and made a very small (nearly unnoticeable) dent in my 10 year old car (that had many scuffs on it already). He said he would not charge us for the work (or would pay for bodywork). He was beyond ethical and I even offered to pay part of it and he wouldn’t have any of it. He didn’t have to say anything and I would never have known. I have nothing but positive feelings for this company. It is hard to find such ethical people in this world and I recommend supporting them.
