I had a horrible experience with this company this morning. The technician came out to fix my window and when he left I had to leave as well to take the children to school. I come back and look at the work and realize at the bottom of the glass there is a small hairline crack in it. I called the owner and he said he spoke with his technician and he said that when he left everything was up to par. it was not. The owner in turn told me his technician was correct and would not listen to me. He wouldnt even attempt to rectify the situation.

Our business recently used Gold Glass to replace the glass on our door. They came out right away. The man who replaced the glass was serious business. He replaced it so fast and was very clean and professional. The prices are very reasonable compared to other businesses. I would definitely recommend this business for glass repair.

We had a rock go through our sliding glass door at 5pm on a Saturday. Gold Glass came out right away to fix it at a reasonable price. I’m so thankful for this company.

We called this company to give us quote on installation of shower glass and replace a broken door glass in our 4 Million dollars home. They came 2 times to take measurements and gave us price that we approved and they promised to install it in one week, but they never came. I called them them several times and they never returned my calls till I got to talk to the rude owner who told me that he decided not to do the job.

Really happy with this company. They came to my location quickly and did not gouge me with pricing. Fixing a broken window is not always a fun thing to do, but JK Glass made it quick and painless.

They come within an hour because they really stick ot to you. Highway robbery. I wouldnt be surprised if they are the ones that broke the glass. I had my glass changed 2 years ago, 3 x in one month and I have receipts for $175 same time of night 10 min easy job. Now they want $350 because they can. No one else has the glass. If you want to be bent over with no lube call these guys. Never again. I am going to buy the glass wholesale and keep several in the back in case anyone else in the shopping center has the same issue. I should open a competing glass comoany and blow these guys out of the water.
