Quality work and very profesional which is something rare these days. Called many other companies whose customer service was horrible. VIP answered all my questions right away. I texted pictures of what I wanted done and they gave me prices right away. I contracted them to install glass on 2 bathrooms and they arrived on time to measure and again on time to install. Couldn’t be happier with their work and their customer service is top notch.

They were quick to respond and did a professional job. The worker was clean cut, wore safety equipment and was kind and courteous. This company is trustworthy and does a good job. They were within their quoted service times and offered a variety of easy and convenient ways to pay. I had a double pane E window with a grid in the middle. They made short work of it. Its like my window never was broken!! They were about half the cost of those big companies that advertise, which made me wonder if they were too good to be true. They are good, and they are true. We called 5 companies to come out and measure for a large walk-in shower enclosure, all 5 came out and measured. Of the 5 only three got back to us. most likely due to the complexity of a 6 foot radius on our shower. One of the three did not want to do the install with clamps as we wished. Of all 5 Adrian of VIP Glass took the most time measuring, double checking, and explaining. Admittedly we were a little challenging as to our design and our specificity of hardware. The day we called to tell VIP to go ahead, they scheduled us for 7 days out. 6 days later they came out and again were very meticulous about detail and shared every step with us. We couldnt be more pleased, excellent job. We confidently recommend.
