If your looking for a nice clean place to stay this is it. You have sonia at the front desk and she is amazing. Nice helpful and will work hard to take care of you. If you need maintenance Andy, James and Josway are great guys who will take care of anything you need. Absolute professionals! We could not be more pleased!

Unfortunately my 1 year old, wife, and I were rudely waken up out of our sleep by security in the middle of the night and forced out of our room onto the streets on our first night here. We had to pay for a motel 6 for a night till we could speak to the office. When we spoke to the office they would not give us any explanation of why we were illegally harassed and kick out of a weekly we just paid over 1400 for 3 weeks. Just a shoulder shrug and said must of been something we did. I spoke with John there Gm and still no explanation or at least an apology. Worst experience ever in life especially for my wife who is pregnant and my 1yr old son. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION

I moved in a month ago and this siegel suites is way better than my last one. The laundry room is wayy bigger, the people are friendly and the service is speedy

Staff does not give correct information, extremely unprofessional. Called prior to arrival for a weekly stay, when girl at front desk was explaining pricing a woman came out from the back informing her they are only doing bi weekly stays then went back into the back. Didnt even have the professionalism to speak to the client. Cant trust people that give you different information.

Ive been here for a while now and I have to say theres not much I can complain about. Yes the place is a little old. And theres a train track. But the staff fixes everything I need the same day. The bug guy comes every so often or when you need it. (Ive never had problems) The ladies are very very friendly. Security every night walks the entire complex, floor to floor. Checking for suspicious activity. And honestly, its the best bundle for the best price. Its the perfect place to rebuild your self and get back on your feet.

I do not recommend them theses people is trying to with hold money after my dad caught a stroke and now I have to go to a higher level, security is poor Crack head walk thru there all night of the hours they do have roaches badly they do not work with people at all I like boulder location and the MLK LOCATION

Been here for 3 weeks now... the floor and couch, bathroom were dirty when I got here...the toilet was dirty however after throwing a blanket over the couch and a good clean.. it isn’t a bad place for what it is..if your in between places or out of town and are used to being in the city (shady folks, loud noise) it’s honestly decent I have seen 2 of those little roaches but notice it’s usually when I leave the door open or have a window open too long if your clean your space will be clean Is my motto...living room also has hardwood floors and I have the bigger TV can’t speak on the older rooms.. overall if your not too picky and you come from out of town like me and your getting more permanent place within a month check it out budget suites is also down the street outside looks a lot more presentable

Yes this place is in the hood however they have better security here than the luxury community I lived in.There are no leases so if you start trouble they will kick you out. Apartments arent great but there is enough room for 2 people. We are clean but have had roaches for months. After pest control coming a few tines I rarely see one. Office staff and security are great.

Not too bad. Neighbors fight sometimes but the trains are louder. Never had an issue with anyone in the months Ive been here. There is some sketchiness going on like 24-hour entry notices to put a magnet on the fridge. I dont want the magnet, and you dont need to come into my home to give it to me!

This place is in a good location and the front desk staff is very polite its quiet the train can get noisy but theres no noise other than that the people living here are great and a joy to visit with the bad things are the maintenance is terrible you have to wait months just to get simple repairs done and some things never get done I had to dispose of all my food in the refrigerator because it does not work some people are going without air conditioning and they are not repairing them they are more concerned about remodeling empty units then maintaining the ones that are occupied and making them money I have not met the management but told she is not good I am happy with Siegel but disappointed in this property

Decent place to stay for the price. No bugs. Although it is located by the train tracks and its noisy quite often because of that. However, despite that, its not loud enough to wake us.

I love this property! Been here for months now and dont regret a day. Much quieter than the high price Strip hotels and much cheaper. It makes a long stay in Vegas a lot more affordable than I ever dreamed. 5 star service and staff at a 2 star price. Whats not to love?

This is 1 of the worst places to stay in Las Vegas. They have a serious roach problem and they dont care. I have been here 8 months and they never sprayed once I have asked. They were basically without television for 2 months with no straight answer on its repair or replacement. I was told there was 150 pet deposit but when I went to pay it they called it a non refundable fee. I already had the dog though. The last straw was I received a letter from management saying that my 14 son could not play outside unsupervised. Not kid or pet friendly oh yeah after the pet fee the also raise your rent by 15

Not too bad for the price. You will have to thoroughly clean everywhere, but so far so good.

Most of the staff at this location are pleasant and helpful. The manager however, is a different story. Her attitude is atrocious.Along with that, the rooms are infested with BED BUGS! I was bitten over 100 times and have the pics to prove it. If you know anything about bed bugs, they are extrememly difficult to get rid of and yes, they do bite. This location should be entirely vacated and fumigated. They have a guy that comes WEEKLY if thats any indication of how bad the problem is.Get out your bug spray and after bite if you stay at this location!!

Just a complete nightmare of a place to live. There is little to no security and management does little to nothing to prevent it. Gas is siphoned from the residents cars on a nightly basis. Doors on every apartment look like they have been kicked in and the locks can be bypassed as there is 1 inch gaps on the doorjambs. Maintenance is lacking throughout the complex and garbage is pouring out of dumpster because of the can collectors who dump it to gather cans in the trash.Upon moving into the place, there where numerous hidden fees which made the rent for a 2br apartment over $1300 a month. The rooms are sparsely furnished with cheap furniture and half the lights are without any bulbs, and when I inquired about some bulbs, I was told that they dont supply them. The place is disgustingly filthy - just walking in the living room for 5 minutes turns my socks PITCH black. The air-conditioning failed the first day the temperature rose above 85. After waiting 2 days for a person to arrive to fix it, I discovered that the unit installed was, and this is not a lie.... 37 years old. As the compressor was blown, (there was an inspection sticker on the unit stating the last time it was serviced was 33 months ago) they needed to replace it. This took another 2 days with temps now exceeding 100 outside and 90+ inside. The unit they installed was an ac unit which was rated to cool an area less the half the living space. The air vent on the top of the unit turned out to be a lamp shade covered with aluminum foil!! Complaining to the inept management after 6 hours of running the New AC unit resulted in a visit by a guy with little to no English comprehension and as it turns out was the same guy who sweeps the parking lot!Complaining about ANYTHING only results in threats of eviction. The laundry room actually covered my clothes with black oil stains, and the pool was cleaned by pouring several cases of household bleach into the water and now smells more like a laundry room than the laundry room does. The only positive thing was the quality of weed being sold. RUN. RUN FAST AND RUN FAR!

First: the day we moved in we didnt come to the room until about 11pm as we were moving our stuff out of our old house and into a storage, but when we got here our door wouldnt unlock and a strange man opened the door. We looked confused as ever as he started to explain that he and his woman had broken in. They had drugs on the couch and were waiting for their friends. A couple that had coincidentally been right behind us walking up the stairs. They left and we called security who took forever to come. They told us that the mans name was Mr spoon and that he regularly breaks into their rooms. It took them 3 days to finally fix the door.Second : the room smelled like dogThird : they didnt clean any part of the room before we moved in. Not the bathroom, not the carpet, not the refrigerator, nothing.Forth : the woman in the office is very rude and unhelpful.

Seigul Suites is the most despicable Nasty weekly available in Las Vegas. When I stayed there my bathroom backed up with sewage and they tried to clean the rugs. Not only is that a violation of the city code. But it is something a slim lord would do. DO NOT RENT THERE

Roach infested, key doesnt work right, dirty filthy carpets (wear house shoes), dirty walls, old dingy cirgarette hole filled beds( bring your own mattress covers, the ones provided arent good enough), bad lightingbring your own bulbs or lamps, the rooms are dark), mixed matched furniture, cable tv wont work because its missing hdmi cord, tv remote not programmed, train behind building makes thunderous noise throughout the night, apartment reeks of cigarette smoke, did I mention roach infested, its like that movie Joes Apartment. We have only been here 3 days and the first night the bathroom floor was covered with water, from what I have no clue. I had to use my towels to soak it up( it took 3 to do so). The carpet was also damp the first night upon entering. It took me quite awhile to clean the unit. This place is very unsanitary, and the location is not a family friendly environment. If you can, please read reviews of places before you spend your money. Walk through the unit before committing. The Budget Suites on Polaris are better, you may pay a little more but you may be more at ease.

Siegel has some decent spots in Vegas, unfortunately this isnt one of them. Not far from the strip or a great locals casino The Orleans

A fairly decent place with wifi, cable and other amenities. Only problem is a train goes by every 15-30 minutes making it hard to hear the TV.

OMG. Where do I start? At first glance the property looks nice, at first glance the apt seemed pretty decent and the employees seem pretty nice. AT FIRST are very power and key words here. When I 1st moved in cat hair covered all of my furniture. The very 1st day I called the front desk and told them this, instead of giving me another couch they sent a lady who took the cushion off the couch, put it on the floor and attempted to vacuum it off, that took away 40% of the cat hair then she took a broom and swept another 20% off. I had to put a bed sheet on he couch where it stayed until I left. The furniture was broken up, they took the broke furniture and never replaced it. I let that go as I planned on getting my Owen furniture anyway.On to the roaches...yea Ill talk about the roaches before the crackheads. Ill make the roaches fast and swift, the same way they scurried across the walls. 1st night after coming back from getting cleaning supplies 2 roaches greeted me as I walked in. They didnt even run as if I walked into their apt. I killed them and I was so anxious to call the front desk the next morning. When I woke up to call Im greeted by a couple more running across the floor. They sent a guy to spray, said they were putting us on a spray list and I havent heard from the guy since. If you like roaches this will be paradise for you.Crackheads, OK this didnt happen on the 1st night but the 1st week. As Im taking my trash out 3 guys and a girl are in the back smoking crack and one had a band around his arm as if he was just shooting up. People constantly ask if you want crack or where they can find crack. If youre a crackhead who loves roaches this wouldnt be paradise this would be heaven for you; Pure bliss. If you sell crack youd make a killing at siegel suites tropicana. I wont speak on the use of needles lying around the property because I didnt see them being used with my own eyes. Im only saying what I personally witnessed. The maintenance guy Mick said yes, crackheads are there as if it was normal living. No place Ive ever stayed were infested with crackheads and if they were they were discreet about it. Hence, you dont have to hide your crack here.The staff. I will say Ebony is a sweetheart and she is by far the most professional out of all the people there other than that...The most unprofessional staff Ive ever seen in my life. How could them controlling money and where people sleep be legal? Mick the maintenance boy is a liability and hes probably the reason Im going to sue this company and for that reason I wont go into many details but I have a 5 min video of him doing acts that could have this place in hot water. I think her name is Synthia I forget her name but shes the asst manager. Shes a nice woman I wont lie but she lies and knows how to work the system. Her lies is what did it for me. She lied about how much I had to pay. I paid that amount and she turn around the next day saying it was more. Ebony didnt hear her say this so she went by what the liar was saying. If youre waving money in her face, she has your full attention any other situation or problem she runs in the back and make Ebony take care of it. After her lies got her caught up I went to my apartment to make plans to move immediately. I went outside of my apt on the phone and she sends her big black ugly boyfriend outside in attempt to intimidate me. Lol, shes so professional. She also tried to intimidate my roommate with her boyfriend or who ever he is. It didnt work. After all of this, the roaches, the crackheads the lies to try to swindle us out of more money I was done. I called and told them I found a new place and I was leaving that trashy place only to find out we couldnt get our deposit back because we didnt stay 30 days. My roommate got upset said he wasnt leaving until we got our money and gangsta Mick tried to fight him. Yes, physical fight. Its all recorded no exaggeration. The most ghetto place ever. After all this I said the hell with the deposit.DO NOT STAY HERE. YOULL REGRET IT.

I gave it 3 stars because i liked my 1bd room. It was clean, didnt see any bugs. BUT i couldnt leave my room. Too much crime activity outside. Scarey pimps that would give me hORRibLE dirty looks as i would walk by with my son. A crackhead that kept asking me for first, some water, then a cigarette, if i could charge his phone then had the audacity to ask to come in my apartment. I had to get brave and shoo him off like an annoying fly. After doing so, just about every guy outside was flipping me off because i didnt befriend the crackhead. I only stayed a month and wouldve loved to stay longer but they really need to crack down on the activities that go on all around that complex. This was the Tropicana location.
