I am giving this location 5 stars for customer service. The front desk staff here are absolutely worth every star. A lot of other places like this have openly mean and nonchalant employees. From start to finish Candee and Cindy were the most helpful ladies I’ve spoken to all week. The room is spacious and clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. I couldn’t ask for more on such a short notice !

Dont. Ive been a resident for three months. If I have an issue the Loud Mouth Dike/Butch little person, whom is the supervisor. I would describe as incompetent in regards to customer service. A member of the staff unlocked my door when I didnt answer due to not knowing who he is. I felt unsafe and when expressing my concern was dismissed and told to call the cust service office.Today I wake up to no water at 9am, no notice. I am belittled when explaining my problem and being cut off an given an explanation that I am not asking for. You cant talk and listen at the same time. If you want to effective, Listen more talk less.

Looks meh, but neighbors mind their own business and Ive lived here for 4 months and not a single car has been broken into. I lived in Summerlin for 4 years and Ive seen 3 cars broken into one of them was mine. No tweakers, just kids and families.

We have a couch bed thats old. I bleach it every other day. I went into the office to ask for a plastic to cover it. The old lady gone say no we dont supply it. Which is a lie! They supposed to give you a cover to put on the bed. You dont know who was the last person who slept on it. So they dont get no high stars.

I give them LESS THAN ZERO.I am currently living here.They have the nerve to call this Renovated DO NOT MOVE HERE!Im currently living here. Ive had no hot water from day 1. Im stuck . Moved all my things in & the 1st night. No HOT WATER, NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. Also will be calling the Health District.

First and foremost ms. Candee is a lady not a man so you all can keep ur rude comments to yourselves she is the best manger there will ever be in my eyes she has turned this place around fast everyone loves and respects her and if you dont you should. If you know her then you no she is fare if you dont then keep ur comments to yourselves its that simple. We love you Candee always theresa and keith

For some strange reason, I get the feeling that all of the 5/5 ratings are from people who work there.

The pictures on here were very misleading. I thought it would be a decent place but I was wrong. Do not make the same mistake I did. This place is so disgusting. There was blood on the mattress all of the furniture is stained and very dirty. They claim they cleaned it before we got our key but it looked like it had never been cleaned. I cleaned it in hopes I could make it decent enough to sleep in but every surface made my rag black. It smelled like cigarettes. My husband was in town for training for the week so we just needed a place to sleep but even after cleaning it, we still couldnt sleep there. We ended up not even staying there one night because it was so gross. I turned my key back in the next morning but they kept the amount I payed for the whole week and said they dont give refunds. They did offer to transfer my remaining money to another location but I have no desire to deal with another siegel suites again. There are some decent places in the area but this one was the worst.

Beware!! The Candy Estes guy is actually the manager at this property! Kind of convenient, how he leaves a 5 star rating! My tires were stolen off my vehicle and Candy tells me to get out of his office after I simply inquired about security being on the property! Stay away from this place and the butch that runs it!!!

Things have definately changed here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and nicely furnished. Its quiet, except for the occasional squeal of laughter of children playing. Its a great place to call home!!

This place charges you a refundable $50 deposit then after room cleaned and better then move in they day sorry you cant get your money back. It is loud and crackheads all over place security makes you feel unsafe. You want a safe place not a place that you will never sleep at. Dont go it is bad on all levels plus roaches crawl.

The staff is nice and friendly. There are roaches here. Every unit has them. There was a huge fight next door where a lady threw a rock through the window. The internet isnt worth paying for, not even to check emails. This place is in the middle of a highly urban neighborhood although there is a police station pretty close. There are people hanging around outside, lots of ladies of the night etc. I would only recommend this place to locals who know the area.

I still live here today and I plan to jeep living here your rent goes very far here guys I recommend it to everybody

These apts are a mess. There is a missing section in my apt they never fixed, there are roaches every where. The front office is giving away keys to other people apt. The front office is running scams on our rewards points. They switched my reward number so I cant receive no points and I been here for a month. These Apts are a rip off. I need a discount or something for I have to go through.

If you have children this is definitely not a safe place!

Nice new studio+ 819 a month cant beat that everybody saying bad things i havent seen 1 roach other things may take place outside of the apartments but hey thats everywhere no escaping that far as the apartments tho lovely price may be a little steep but think about no utilities free cable come on people stop complaining and learn to appreciate

Possibly one of the worst places I lived in Vegas, with all the roaches, drug dealers, drunks, homeless people going to peoples doors asking for change, emergency vehicles coming almost every single night after a brutal fight, the list just goes on, hell, even the security guard quit his job because he couldnt handle the crazy people in the hood, and now for this new ownership, raising the hell out of the prices, I just cant handle the stress anymore, had to move out ASAP, its not worth the rent AT ALL.For your own safety, do not live here regardless of any reason. Once you move in anyway, you WILL regret it.

If you have the choice to live on the street or to live at Sierra Vista Square Appartments, try living on the streets.The Compassrock Real Estate Management Company has made it quite clear that money and profit far out weigh maintaining any decent standard of living, because this place is a cesspool filled with degenerate low lives.

My very first time in Las Vegas....I rented a room online with Sierra Vista thinking it was going to look like the showroom model online and when I got there and signed the paperwork and the front office gave me keys to the room the following pictures is of what I walked into...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THE ELEVATOR SMELLS HORRIBLE AND FEELS UNSAFE AND WORST OF ALL THE WIFI IS VERY BAD I DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL!!!

One thing I don’t understand about the single suites that why is the pools Close to the people that stay at siegel suites.
