Siegel Suites Twain IV is the best Siegel Suites in town. Staff is courteous and friendly, they do their best to make sure that the property is a community by hosting special events for the children in the area on holidays, often time s going above and beyond for tenants. They quickly resolve issues with a rental. If you need a new place to live and grow, definitely give Courtney a call to see if they have anything available, shell make sure you get exactly what you need even if it takes a few calls.

Hello Twain 4 I just want say u guys r good at keeping up with all ur hardship n cleaning the best spot close to everything u need n school we’re nobody can’t stop coming to ur office I love all the staff most of all maintenance n supervisor there really hard workers n always making everything reasonable n happy keep up don’t ever change i will b coming soon so good there’s one for me

They have really nice rooms that are large rooms and they are doing a good trying to keep it clean.Ivey the manager is very helpful.

My wife and I stayed at Siegel suites Twain IV for about a year. During this time we had a wonderful stay until we had to ask maintenance to fix our first issue. Their was a roof leak which started to develop into which would later be two holes in the bedroom ceiling. We asked them to fix it and after getting corporate involved a nice gentlemen by the name of John Mills whom made himself seem like the good guy and fixed our ceiling in the room and repainted. They neglected to fix the roof and therefore caused the ceiling to collapse on the next rainstorm. We collected pictures and renters insurance paid to move us. This was two months working with a faulty roof. The entire time the excuse for why it was not being fixed was because the contracted they normally use was not available, of which by Nevada law your required to remedy uninhabitable living conditions within fourteen days. We were moved to a temporary unit of which we were now having to pay more. Our shower did not work and had no running water. I went to the office and asked them to fix it. They said we will have it fixed in forty-eight hours. We never heard from them. I went in to check the status and it turned into them telling me if I report anymore problems, they would have me evicted. Then when we went to move out I was assaulted by the property manager Ivy (Twain IV Manager) of which I had to file an official assault and battery report. Courtney (Twain IV Representative) has some serious attitude issues. Janice was very nice though, probably the only staff member that had any respect for people. All in all at the end of the day I moved on because of greedy corporations like this that allow mold and roaches as well as crack, meth, and pot dealers to stay here. Just stay away from this company. There are plenty of other weekly rental that will treat you with more respect. I hope this helps the few that stick up for themselves. If this review is kept up as an honest review there are pictures on the google posting to support these atrocities.

Been here a year, my youngest daughter has asthma but they want me to walk to the main pool by the office to take her swimming in 100° heat because they refuse to open the pool that you can see from my window!! They didnt open it last summer and gave multiple lousy excuses and its already started with the lame excuses this summer.

Decent place if u dont want a contract .for 6 to 12 months..month to month

I love this place it holds alot 0f good staff n hard workers they do what they can to keep our property happy for mr siegles to be happy n our boss is so great hes really good at managing everything keep up with everyones the best way he can love it
