Great place to be in Las Vegas. Its close to everything. Affordable. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. Others have shared ghost stories from the past, but Karla and her team are...ON IT! It gets better here by the day and were pleased with our decision to move here.

Giving this place a couple stars. Yes, its nice all bills are included with your rent, but too many problems. Been without hot water for almost 2 months,yep 2 months!!And they keep insisting its getting fixed,only takes a day to put in a new water heater.Never before has any place I lived gone this long without hot water, they have not even given us tenants a discount for the inconvenience..At least they should pretend to care about us and living conditions ..

Apartments are cheap, $620, and include utilities. Renters insurance is required (only like $20 a month). Pet rent is $25 a month. These are basic, small studios. I have been a tenant since Dec 2017 and I have had several problems. Within the first few months of moving in, I had both my kitchen sinks flood with some black liquid from the people upstairs (maintenance plunged their sink first, BIG MISTAKE) and my toilet overflowed overnight, damaging my bed. There is a gap between the baseboard and floor. Before I moved in, they didnt even bother to replace the linoleum, which is curling up in the kitchen and bathroom, and has holes in it. Neighbors are nice but at all hours they will play music. I have always had issues with roaches and bed bugs. Aside from the cheap rent, I regret moving here.

I love living here because it’s reasonable and all bills are included in the rent. Plus, Mayra’s an awesome landlord so it just makes the whole experience even better.

Ive been here for 3 years, I like it because its cheap, its close to downtown, and the landlord has been so helpful and great! The only thing that bothers me are the recent rentals with kids. These apts are not big enough for families. Theres no playground or anywhere for them to play and run safely, so the kids run up and down the halls screaming at all hours. But I do enjoy living here. Ive made some great friends since moving in.

We lived in apt 70 the one bedroom for 8 years last 7 months we were flooded out by there cheap plumbing then we got bed bugs guess who they blamed us never had bed bugs before the plumbing cracked and broke in our bath room areas

Love it.Many changes taking place.Managers great as well as maintenance.

Reside here and big changes are taking place.

Would not tell any one manager new who stould the scooter we head in back she did not tell us tell the person was movde out it feel like she was on on it she should have let us now so we could tell the policy she let the person get away with it

It’s cheap but I have problems with my sink toilet and roaches I regret living here now because my neighbors have bed bugs and they act like they don’t when they had people living with them and said they been biting the neighbors are coo people but they argue to much slams the door and gets into with each other I can’t really get comfortable here because roaches so I can’t bring stuff in
