We had an early flight into Vegas that was well before my check in time. We made a booking online the day of, then headed to the location. It was a smooth and easy check in process. Grace was so sweet and helpful. She even called us to make sure everything is ok and theres no issue with the unit. They allowed us to check-in earlier than the usual and the place is good and well-maintained.Totally saved us the headache and hassle. Absolutely recommend this company. Thank you so much.

I made a reservation as Im meeting some people for work. When I got there, everything is so clean. The place is great as it was advertised. The one who took care of my reservation is great as she was very helpful with my concerns and inquiries. Its a well deserved 5-star!

I stayed here for approximately four months when I first moved to Las Vegas for work. It was a perfect solution for me, as the location was incredibly convenient for everything in town, and it was pet friendly. This is a popular area for temporary residents, so you get a lot of people coming and going, but you also have permanent residents, and I never had any issues. The area is also gated off with very good security, so I never felt unsafe. I would recommend it.

Im a traveling nurse and contracts are always changing. They worked with me and I truly appreciated it. Condo was in Henderson- great location. Super safe and close to everything else. I worked downtown Vegas- 20 minute commute but worth it.

Called Friday and left a message because I needed to get into a place asap. Couldnt even be bothered to call me back. Its now Monday evening. Obviously, spend your money in Airbnb. At least those people are responsive!

This is our second time staying in an apartment booked through 702 Housing. Our unit, in the Flamingo Palms, was located across the street from the Rio Hotel and very convenient to access the strip and I-15. On both visits, the unit was very clean, and contained dishes, pots, pans, etc. We felt very safe, as it is a gated complex, and the security guards can be seen frequently walking / riding around the complex. We would readily stay here again for any stays in excess of 1 month.

702 Housing is PERFECT if youre looking for an extended stay community in Las Vegas. The location is close to the strip and within easy walking distance to the Palms, Rio, and Gold Coast casinos. Plenty of easy shopping close by as well. The unit I stayed in was great. The security guards provide excellent service too. Adam provides EXCELLENT customer service should you have an inquiry and he made the application process a breeze. I cant wait to go back and I live in Australia..!!!

Condo was just exactly as advertised - all furnishings were furnished. Just needed to bring my suitcase and move in

I stayed in one of there condos just west of the strip for almost a year for work. They had everything I needed in the apartment ready to go. When maintenance issues arrived they had someone usually out that day or first thing the next day. As someone that had never lived in Vegas it was a great comfort knowing that I was in a quite gated community. Pricing is a little on the higher side but having all of the utilities and cable/internet included it’s not a bad deal. If I go back I would be more than willing to rent from them again.

Really classy! My wife and I went to Vegas for an expo for our business an didnt want to shell out a ton of cash for a hotel (we werent there for the slots hehe).So glad we found 702, basically gorgeous luxury condos, ready to go. Very close to everything but still able to get work done.Would recommend to anyone taking an extended business trip to sin city!

Recently relocating to Las Vegas, this place was awesome. Lease by month, price at a fraction of hotels, rooms are large with WiFi, TV and cooking option. You have a stove, you have your own laundry. Very protected, with high security. People are warm, friendly and we didnt have one problem. Adam Sanchez took our e-mails and answer in minutes. Place was exactly as in picture. We rented one of the Seven Hills area condos for two months while our granddaughter was in the NICU at Siena and UMC. We were very pleased! The neighbors were wonderful. The property was safe and well-maintained, and any minor maintenance issues were promptly dealt with. We recommend 702 Housing .

I would highly recommend 702 housing. The renting process went smoothly. Everything was as advertised. A couple maintenance issues were fixed right away. I would use them again!

We are currently spending our second winter here rather than at our home in the cold northeast. You will not find a quieter, more secure, nor better located community in Las Vegas. If you do please let me know so I can check it out! The grounds are immaculate and the units are exactly what you see in the pictures. You are less than 4 minutes from the center of the Las Vegas Strip (with green lights) (Las Vegas Boulevard & Flamingo) and going west just minutes away from shopping, post office, bank etc. etc. etc. One monthly check pays for everything, no BS and no hassle. Last year there was a minor leak with our kitchen plumbing (non-emergency) and it was repaired within hours. No problems at all this year and weve been here since early December, its now 2/3 the way through February.

I traveled into town, last minute. Their site said they take last minute bookings. I got a call about 5 minutes before I was supposed to check out of a hotel I was in, telling me they had a system error.When I tried calling them, no one answered the phone.Then, I got a message on Facebook with no apology saying they were refunding my application fee and I was left stranded with nowhere to go.Do not count on this company. They will let you down and wont try to make it right. Bad business is bad business and this is a bad business.
