Because the staff were very helpful and kind. Michelle T the front desk is the epitamy of a beautiful soul. And shes just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the I side. I love her. Id recommend d this place for sure 👍 👌 😀 😄

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and my experiences has been very pleasant. The sisters I think, well they look like sisters are very nice. Erin always help me with my issues. I mean sometimes its takes a min because of issues ahead of mine but thats anywhere. And Jamie always calls my kids in the office for donuts every week which is so cool. I would like to add that I always see Erin checking on one of my elderly neighbors alot and Lawrence I think thats his name is always picking up trash keeping it clean around. I love it here! The staff here is very helpful and friendly (shoutout to Erin!). We were checked in and all set up in 30 minutes, and the apartment is perfect for myself and the two others that I live with. The pool is cleaner than I expected it to be, and the laundry facilities are close by and easy to use! My only issues lie with the minor roach problem that pops up every now and again, and the damp smell that the apartment has. Its nothing a can of Raid and an open window cant fix!

I have no complaints.. everyone is helpful. The front office staff are friendly, professional. The property is clean & quiet. There is no riff-raff hanging out. We have security and seems to me as everyone keeps to themself. My unit has all new flooring, appliances... I have no issues or complaints. Maintenence staff are always busy keeping up with all they have do, so when ppl complain about bugs well if you clean and keep your surroundings clean there would not be these so called issues. Consistency breaks-resist-antcy... and so I say to those people and you know who you are...by keeping yourself clean and your surroundings clean and then you will not have to complain about bugs... because I dont have any and I have been here for a few months. Stop blaming everyone else and start looking at yourselves. Such as life its what you make of it!

Not clean. Not peaceful. Roaches congregating on the living room floor planning world domination. People outside my window screaming “I want crack”The shower rod was duck taped to the wall. The shower head was stolen so I had to take a shower from the water coming out the wall. By the time i go to sleep the roaches find themselves tucked nice and cozy in my bed leaving me to sleep in the one armless dining chair that was provided. My stove caught on fire. I bought all these groceries and couldn’t eat them and wasted money on them because the stove would stop catching on fire every time I touched it.

This place is gross. I just moved in 4 days ago and Im moving out today because there are so many roaches and I let off 3 roach bombs before I moved my stuff in. They charge $350 a week and its not worth $50 a week. It wasnt clean when I first moved in. Just gross!!!

I have been here for awhile. I DO NOT HAVE A BUG PROBLEM. If you keep your unit clean and tidy you should have no issues.Jayme, the manager is great! The office staff is good. They brought back my favorite maintenance person so even better. The outside staff is good... its a shame that some people think its ok to just throw your trash on the ground. Even though its a weekly you should really take pride in where you live, even if its just for a little while!!!

Roaches gross and mail my or may not come on Tuesday. Ill ask the post office on Wednesday.

Cool place but Wi-Fi sucks

In a nutshell: not bad bad for the price when you consider its a relatively safe complex/campus for the area.Of all the extended stay places ive stayed at, this location so far is at the top of my list. The Ladies at the front desk were always polite and helpful. Illicit activity lovers should be wary, the place is watched fairly well.

My stay has been wonderful, once again no issues. The staff is great, everyone is friendly, respectful and willing to work with you on any problems you are having. Ive had a couple issues at night with people congregating outside the building when I come home late, but was quickly resolved by the manager and security. Overall, everything is good

I think its great,its far from any other weekly which is good thing. Ken is actually awesome and I wish more people were tough but caring like her on earth.i liked the field to play in and the huge pool and the creek where I used to watch the hummingbirds eat every morning while walking my dog,also the view is amazing watching the moon come up over the palm trees you feel like your the only person in the world.also the pool area has 29 palms which is nice since thats a thing.

Ive been here a month now and havent experienced any issues with bugs or rats that other reviews complain about. I do wish there was a change machine in the laundry facility; the office doesnt give change for the machines. The wi-fi isnt great; if you work from home youll want to use your own hotspot. Other than that, its been great thus far.

This place is for low lives and roaches! Yuck!!

Rented there and was given a room that was clearly on the maintenance list. There was no toilet handle, no toilet tissue holder, roaches everywhere, the door knob on the outside of the door matched the door knob on the inside. I was told, it was only there to be able to open the door, not to use. After the first day of being there I called the front desk to complain. The lady who answered did not have a remedy, instead she passed me to the manager who was of no extra help. I was told that the room had no infestation problem, but that her records showed it hadnt been sprayed since January 😒😒.... I was also told she had to ask her VP to move my room, to a room they had avail. While I waited to hear from them no call was made. I called and called and due to their caller ID they ignored me. I called right back from a different number, only to have them answer and say that they had sold the room I was waiting for. The lady also said by day three they would get me a room when someone checked out, guess what no call and was forced to keep a room I couldnt sleep in. I felt robbed and will be calling corporate.... Management has done a good job with the property..They quickly attend the needs of residents and future residents. QUIET, CALM AND private place.From Management Ken to handyman Jason, and the front Receptionist Chris deserve to be acknowledged for their had work and dedication..Employees are the face of the company. If your used to being in prison and being spoken to like your an inmate then iguess youll love it iif that is what you desire No free internet they lie and then no curtains and cant hang any either so everyone can see in your place when walking by...if the manager has to discuss anything its done in middle of courtyard in front of everyone like shes a prison guard...needs manners for paying costumers especially if they dont hand out rule books when you pay 300 or more a week....no thank you...and nasty too. Great office staff except the co running the place ...she the manager needs to realize she dealing with her peers not inmates

Staff is friendly, love talking with Ken, I do like this place however not for someone with a disability I have spinal stenosis and asked for a lower floor, I was put on the 3rd floor, basically confined to my unit, not able to do those steps without help no lower floor available at the time, was told I would get notified when one does become available, but needed to come up with $200 to transfer seen a few units used for storage on the ground floor, but units are clean, I was able to furnish my own unit, which made me feel at home.

Place is located in the center of the city. Manager ( Ken) she is awsome and staff are always enthusiastic to help..Best Price in town. Area is 3 out 5 stars but the location is way worth the price they Charge...Keep up the good work guys. Its been a great time living here and you guys had my back when I was LOW and had No where to go..I am grateful for your help and generosity.

For the price that I paid to stay there the room was much better than I had expected it to be. The service from the staff has been very reasonable and professional.

Do they deserve a star? Well no, but it is a weekly and you get what you pay for. But what I dont pay for is these brainless people to lose their master key to the apartments and get items stolen right off my kitchen table. Thieves. Crooks. These people need to get a job and go back to school.

Made reservations 2 weeks ago and paid in full before I was due to arrive. Room not ready when I arrived. Required to wait over 2 hours before room was ready. Was told check in could be as early as 10 AM. It’s now 2:00 PM and no clue when room will be ready. No acceptable reason for the mixup. No real concern shown for the inconvenience. Not fun waiting in 100+ degree heat. Especially when elderly and disabled. Grrrrr.

People next door left earlier this week also because of noise in apt 2059. 2 yr old jumping off furniture and parents letting her run till 2am most nites.1 child taken away from cps so shows what kind of people they r. Management does nothing and when good tenants leave they just get more and say nothing. Never again and will not recommend.

The front desk lady was very kind and attentive. The property was a little on the messy side. But the neighbors and such seemed to be pretty respectful the room was very neat and tidy

Siegel Suites Boulder II is in a location with a very high crime rate. I wouldnt stay here unless criminals dont bother you...If you are a criminal its a great place to stay, accept that Las Vegas Metro is constantly there. Good luck with this gem.

Work orders takes up to two weeks until they fix anything in the unit, on top of that the laundry room doesnt have a coin machine and the office doesnt give out change to wash. They expect you to go somewhere else to get coin plus all the machines are out of order. I dont recommend coming to this place unless you absolutely need to!!!!

We just moved from Hawaii & needed a No-Lease, Short term place while we figure out our next move. We moved with no furniture just our clothes. So a place like this was ideal. We looked at 5 other places on Boulder Hwy & passed it all up. It was the condition of the rooms, it smelled like piss, heavy alcohol, drugs, A/C rust smell was in the air, underneath the kitchen sink the boards were water damaged. This was the 6th place & the room was much more cleaner and do-able. Our mattress & box spring had a plastic wrap & everything else was cleaned. Even my carpets was shampood. Because we werent sure if we liked the area, we paid for 1 wk. So, 3 months later & we have to say good-bye. Heres all the positive reasons why we extended our stay. Kim (The Manager), Is a straight up person that doesnt like dramas. Such as Gangs, Drug Dealing, etc. If she finds out, your out! My husband also noticed she walks the property at night sometimes. Which made both of us more at ease while we are here. Frank (Office Personel), Does a great job with explaining all the details, giving my packages, always smiles, etc. Justine (Office Personnel), She just started but she is the sameway Frank is. They both have great customer service skills. Their maintenance guy, alway running around & doing something. Ive only put in a request once for a broken kitchen drawer & the next day it was fixed. They also have Security guards at night, which made me feel safe walking my dogs at night. 90% of the time it was very quiet, especially at nights. No cops were ever called. Okay, Now the downside, 10% was neighbor dramas, but it didnt last for more than 10 minutes. Which for me, I understand. The water heater broke, but was quickly fixed the next morning. The Wi-Fi sucked, because the one you pay for isnt secured. But this isnt any of the workers fault. Bottom line.. Would I stay again here? Hell yes!!

Not the best.. bed looked like someone had been murdered in it red stains covering the whole box spring and mattress is covered in plastic so I cant get an idea of how bad to is but I dont want to know .kitchen sink backing up into the sink ..staff Cindy is a smartass who lives on property.. security stays in office all night on the phone.. Not as much obvious drug activity as most of the places on Boulder Highway but there is some and with staff living on property Im sure they know and even solicit too. (They have the nerve to do background checks). but for the most part it was not the worst place on Boulder Highway.

From the way it looks I would definitely be willing to try here but everyone please stay away from the boondocks cartoons on 700 north Las Vegas blvd, and about those dumb little boondocks cartoons,I just won a case against them, and am furthering it by taking it to trial because I firmly believe that Siegel staff had direct involvement in those murders that happened at their property.

Worst place ever. They will harass you and get very aggressive with you if they for any reason dont want you there. Its a office full of miserable women and it seems they have nothing to loose. Stay here at your own risk! *hint* do not pay by the day it will catch up with you and have you in a runt!

The staff are great. some of the residents are a bit sketchy, theres constant cigarette smoke and pot smoke coming in from the vents. Very unpleasant.

First we checked in, and the whole thing was taking way too long. Everything was cool until the maintenance men were banging in the unit next to me all day. Then two of them knocked on my door to remind me of things. Constantly. Now two weeks in and everythings cool and my son refuses to take a bath and is whining and screaming (knowing I was going to get a complaint.) I did and it was a warning. Two days later I call the office two days before rent is due and a conversation between me AND the manager youre not due till Tuesday and its 237$ and I told her I would come in the day of I was due and she was totally nice about it and said okay. Little did I know when I went in I was going to be talking to someone lieing straight out of her teeth. She told me oh. Im sorry. Theres not re rent for you. I was so confused and I said thats not what you told me over the phone two days ago. And she says yeah, sorry. Well be up there after twelve. ..it was 11. How am I suppose to get ALL of my stuff out in one hour? She was totally rude and in considerate to me. I SEVERLY suggest you look into other places before getting into this dump.

Doesnt deserve the one star given but had to just to post review as wont allow no stars. the unprofessionalmanager Britney treated us with no respect, talking down to us and insinuating we were trying to pay with fraudulent credit cards. personally denying the transaction stating the card had insufficient funds, then promptly closed the office for the night leaving me and my 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter on the streets with no where to go on a rainy and windy December night. then ran the same card first thing next morning with no problem after smirking in our faces as if she was enjoying every minute of this. charged us a late fee and full week when we only stayed in room 6 nights. never mentioned the promotional special free night stay with week paid. she gave us a room with a door that was so far kicked in at the bottom that you could stick your whole hand through. the lock had been damaged sometime ago as well. the window by door was cracked at the bottom of it at check in and by check out, had ran all the way up to the top.to which we brought this to her attention at move in and was told she would take care of it. but like the door, never even mentioned it again, let alone fixed it. then at check out, proceeded to acuse us of causing the damage!! so all in all, wouldnt recommend this place to stay to anyone ever!! actually room was ok but the manager is a joke and shouldnt even have the job as she doesnt know how to treat people with respect probably due to the fact that she never gets any herself. also turned in key 15 minutes late and she wanted to charge us for a full day! she made our stay a nightmare and she seemed to enjoy it, smirking in our faces as she would call us hon.

I use 2 live there couple years ago. Id have to say living there was the worst experience i had there. 1 customer service is horrible 2 when u put a work order in it takes more then a week.for them to respond and at that itll take anothet week or 2 for them to even fix the problem if they even attempt to fix it

DO NOT buy a regular Internet in this place, I paid $6 for a regular internet to surf BUT it cuts of every 2 minutes and IT is THE MOST slowest internet connection EVER!I believe they do this on purpose so people MUST buy the high speed for $13 !This a real Thief Job. The technical support at COX did not care that much the complaints either. They said they might send some one to check. The management did not care at all!The place is OK. It is not worth for $225 but it is OK when u r in a jam. BUT if you want to buy internet DO NOT buy the $6. AND I am not sure if you get quality speed with the upgrade one whihc is $13

The manager Michaelle is a huge improvement alone for this property, the old manager Jacquline was on drugs and screamed and swore at people, one review said everyone in the office was miserable? This had to be Jacquline and anybody else would be miserable working under a meth addict... The staff in the office have been extremely friendly and helpful since management changed. Michaelle is also kicking out the ghetto people that make noise and cause problems. Totally different from the old reviews. Give it a shot.
