Was thinking if I should give it a 3 star they units kinda koo but always hated they policy when it came to parking.. me and my wife had just got 2 trucks from Cali and was working and waiting on dmv appointment for my title they knew that and they still towed it with all my daughter things in it told them about it they didnt care.. do I recommend u stay here? DO NOT RENT HERE! At all for any length of time. Go see it for yourself lol high crime area, horrible management, poor customer service, units are disgusting and have roaches, rats and only 2 out of 7 outlets functioned during our stay. Glad to be outta there and wouldnt wish this awful experience on anyone.

This is amazing place to stay👍. They have week, weekly and monthly rates. Chris the manage is wonderful and very professional . The grounds are always clean and there is also night security who keep everyone safe. The front desk staff is outstanding 👍☺️. The laundry area is always clean and maintenance do a fantastic job 😊 everyday. The pool 🌊 is open year round. I enjoyed staying at this facility and would recommend you stay here too. Weather you moving out of town, in town or need a short stay place this is perfect 🙂😜.

Not so sure what to think. Was denied and wow for someone who has had a rough life, trying to not be anything like my background, sure was JUGDED....

This is not a family place to stay your kids are not allowed to play outside or be seeing, you cannot work on your car outside, you cannot get your own cable. their cable does not work but they dont care they charge you bi-weekly for the cable on top of rent I really dislike this place so if youre a family person and you have kids this is not a place to stay your kids are being told to stay inside at all time its like a prison ran Apt

Its a great convenience to live. Everything included furnished and utilities. Pricey for a monthly rent. They can work with you at times on rent. Maintenance personnel needs more help..and the have a bit of a roach problem. Which you can have your place sprayed every week😉

Stay here only if absolutely necessary. Roaches are still here. And Management as a whole need improvement. No can not be the only word for your residents that pay to live there.

They are harrassing and bullying me now because of the Federsl eviction hold until December 31, 2020! I am a single mother (They’re messing with my Childs hotspot when he’s doing school work online)to COVID-19, and they first gave me an ILLEGAL eviction notice before the Governor of Nevada’s moretorium was up on October 14, 2020! I then gave them my CDC declaration but they claimed they didn’t get it, so now they’ve posted another notice and I again, sent them another declaration and am contacting the justice center today to get it to them, I should not have to do

This place isnt they way it looks on Gmaps. It is not okay. They being fake I used to live here and Everytime I went to get a soda from the machine it took my money!

Everyone has their own opinions but my stay for the 3 years that Ive been here have been pleasant. Everyone is nice and the staff is friendly. The only problem Ive had is when I first moved into my 2 bedroom the carpet was so dirty and stained up our socks turned brown as soon as our feet touched the carpet. I asked to get it clean but they said itll cost $60 and I dont think its fair since it was dirty before we got there. Other than that its been a good stay.

Its more like a apartment setting than a hotel like the others. Staff is very friendly, grounds are kept nice and the price is decent. If you have kids i would recommend it because like I said its more like an apartment setting and theres places for them to ride their bikes and walk around on the grounds rather than being out on the street exposed to traffic and everything else.

My husband is a veteran fought for his country makes a great pension and a few days late and they cut off Wi-Fi for his grandchildren to go to school WOW cant wait to leave...to Everyone out there use this place as a stepping stone nothing long term...

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!!!! Do not go here ever!!!!!!!!!!!! My fiancée and I found a two bedroom here and got it well next day woke up roaches everywhere, and we both have bedbug bites!!!!!!!! Went to manger and she laughed in our face and said we could not get our money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!! All they want is your money!! Will be calling environmental control services and getting this place shut down!! So no family’s have to go through what ours did! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

I wrote earlier a bad review about this place. But after looking at other places. This is one of the best when it come to location, safety, and staff. Roaches are still a major problem, so much of a problem: I bet if the health Dept comes to inspect my unit or building, theyll close the place down. No matter how much you spray, clean, or fill in holes. Its bad here. I think there bug company they use are spraying sugar water just to generate more business, because more roaches come out Everytime they come by and spray. I asked the owner Steve to bomb the building, but now hes ignoring my emails.Nevada legal says I should sue, but only time will tell. I pulled out the dishwasher a little, and these photos are examples of whats going on. I cant imagine whats behind it.

This has got to be one, if not the worst place to stay in Las Vegas. Not one of their units have adequate air conditioning. Not one. They have a small window unit that is supposed to cool off a one or two bedroom place. Not only is that a huge deal, but every day, at least once, someone will knock on my door. They usually just ask for cigarettes, but there has been a few times that they asked for some other stuff! I dont feel safe, and there is yelling and music all night long! They do have a nice pool, but I left just before July 4th and it still was not open! As for the all inclusive, they dont even give you toilet paper, towels or bedding! Unless you enjoy the drug dealing life, dont even think about staying here!

Do not come here no 1 u cant leave a chair out or have anything in the window the manger will write u up 2 u cant sit on steps or lets your kids play outside or u will be written up by a black manger who ate to many bananas 300 pounds at least they did plumbing repairs and didnt bother to cover the big hole in the wall also n hot water for baths all this for a grand a month we just moved out after a few months. Property is run down but rooms are decent. Price is too high. Staff seems nice but Siegel Suites are nothing but problems. I always have issues with something no matter what property I go too.

These places look okay from the outside. Good location etc. BUT, they are filthy. Mold, bugs, bad odors. Sinful the $ they charge. Really taking advantage of people during their hard times.

Do not take the managements word for anything, especially manager S., get it in writing or record the conversation. I never said that is her favorite phrase(almost always costing you money to bump her stats). Dont give 24 hour notice to enter, I have work orders that are more than a year old, no accommodation for disabled guests, create toxic environments repeatedly for adjoining apartments that are not sealed at all. Management cares only about how much money they can swindle from you with arbitrary and even made up fines. For example, the day your rent is due you only have until noon, nice right? There,s trash in front of your apartment that isnt yours but the fine will be, your neighbors are going to get that too, despite the wind that blew it there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Open letter to Siegel management your bad manger is rude written us up for having a chair by our front door. Couldnt put one thing in the Windows we were paying a grand a month are u kidding. We called Siegel office to complain but nothing was done about it black manger only problem there. No matter what race u are she will find a reason to write u up then fine u. To other people there are better weeklys. Where u pay less and can do more dont come here

Place has changed considerably in the last 2 years and is a very nice place.... Kind of funny reading these reviews... Many of them are people I remember and that were evicted... Come by and take a look for yourself... Nice building.

Pretty good on weekly rates but for people with children that are in between homes it is the worst. Kids r not allowed to play outside and security is pretty rude to the kids on property.

Do not come here you can find a way safer and cleaner place for 260 a week... I am currently living here as I am typing this and it is disgusting I cannot wait to move out in 2 days... The first day I got here as soon as I open the door the carpet smelled like dogs and cats have been peeing on it so they came and had a carpet person clean the room and it did smell better... I could not get a refund so I had to deal with it... Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room I killed 15 roaches... And have been killing them every day since... Truly disgusting... Do not believe the good reviews at all!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. They had my car towed even with the new sticker in the window, then lied about it. They hired me as a CSR at a different property to help me get caught up on my rent. then evicted me on my second day of being employed with the company. The manager at the MLK property told me not to go to court and low and behold guess who was in court, she was! So the day we moved is the day we noticed we had bed bugs. The kids were getting bit but couldnt find no bugs. We moved one of the bed and bed bugs all over in a clump. It was in the master bedroom where no one was getting bit. I was embarrassed and belittled by management and the general manager by letting the office that I worked in know all of my business. I heard people talking so I had to quit. Management is horrible and liars and the front office staff needs to learn customer service skill and smile once in a while. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Severely over priced for the quality. When I contacted the phone number on the website, she told me I had called the corporate number, so I thought the information she was giving me was correct. She up sold me on the MLK site because it was supposed to be nicer of the various properties. She told me I had the upgraded suite with new carpet, all new appliances and full kitchen. Plus I had to pay for a $20 cleaning fee ( of which I dont know why I had to pay for nothing cleaned, the floor was crunchy and I spent another hour scrubbing the gum off the counter).I paid over the phone right away to reserve my apartment hotel, and indeed its roomy. Im not sure why they put a family of 6 of which half the members are disabled on the top floor, but what ever. My main complaint is that this is defiantly NOT an upgraded suite. There are Kool-aid stains and burn holes all over the carpet. The dishwasher doesnt work even after they fixed it, no microwave. the Toilet broke and they attempted to repair it twice, still doesnt work. And the occasional unidentifiable bug comes wondering out of everywhere. I called the Corporate number and they told me to take my issues up with the manager, the manager said its the sales reps fault and she shouldnt have told me that.... no fallow up... no reimbursementThe Pool still isnt operational, every time I ask its delayed longerIts a nightmare that I cant seem to get away from. Im paying too much and cant save any money to get out of this hell hole.And dont believe their FREE RENT scam, it takes over 3 years to get that much points, its not point-per-dollar, $140 only got me 26points

Gross ass hell, roaches and bedbugs everywhere. FYI, if you tell any apartment or housing manager or realtor that you lived or have been there for more than a week, hell even a few days, they will not lease to you because of the bug issue at there location. Also those pictures they posted where the place look nice it does not look like that. ever!!! Theres a security guard post but no security guard. And all the ratchet people come out at night. Whoever gave 5 stars, 4 or 3 must be employed there. You can find a one-bedroom with everything included for half the rent theyre asking as well. This place is disgusting, overpriced and should be condemned. Dont live there, rent a car and live in that or pay for a hotel.

I stayed here and was in 3 different rooms a studio, 1bed,and a 2 bed they were all very clean tho the 2 bed I did see s few more roaches. Nothing to die over and I never seen one bed bug.

The only downfall really is the price, you could find a house for what the monthly rent is here. It does come slightly furnished and the layout isnt to bad.

So...let me start by saying that I am new to Vegas from Oregon. This place would not be allowed to exist in the state of Oregon. The health board would condemn it immediately. The staff are nice, but highly incompetent. When someone is checking in for the first time, as a customer service rep your primary goal should be to get their money. Not make them wait 20 minutes to even show them a unit to help people CHECKING OUT. Where in the hell is your brain at? Are you completely just NOT trying to make money for your company? Hello? I am trying to give you money and you are putting people checking OUT in front of me? I have NEVER dealt with this sort of brain dead incompetence in my entire life. I have MONEY. I am trying to GIVE it to you. I should be your primary concern. But staff were screwing around on their phones. People in the office could have cared less. In Oregon, managers would have came up like how can I help ypu sir? to get my money. I was 2 seconds from walking out. I am staying here because it is close to my new job but moving out as soon as possible. I am 40, educated, and civilized. If you are in the same boat you would do yourself a favor and not spend your money with this company. They need a lesson in BUSINESS. And staff need an education in what CUSTOMER SERVICE actually means instead of being promoted through the ranks for being good little lackeys. I dont even want to get into the room with the 1995 Phillips t.v. set with broken buttons. If you are educated and competent save yourself the frustration of this zoo. The absolutely lowest quality motel in Portland is better than this place...and WAY cheaper.

MLK Siegel Suites is a decent monthly apartment complex. Doesnt feel dangerous and very family oriented. It took about 45 mins to have our own place. The staff is friendly and the community is pretty easy going.For new transients this is the place to to start out at.

The rooms are decent, but could be more modern. Very peaceful neighborhood

Carpet is 20 yrs.old and filthy! Bullet holes in the window where I stayed at. Thank God my nightmare has ended . 1 week stay to long. Oh dont pay 14.00 for Wi-Fi. It doesnt work. Your neighbor will puff you out of your room with pot engulfed through the ceiling. Ransid!!!!

I have been here for 3 months, renting the loft, never had a issue with bed bugs,can count on 1 hand how many roaches Ive seen, But the carpet WOW I have shampooed it sprinkle freshner and Im still smelling dog, other then that its ok, til better comes

I looked at over 30 of these weekly places in person when I got to Vegas and this is by far the BEST PLACE out of all of them. These are actual apartments unlike the rest that look like motels. My 2bedroom is very nice, LARGE, and clean, I have seen a roach here and there when I first moved in but if you keep your place clean and put down some boric acid that should keep them away! Our apartment was remodeled before we moved in so idk what the other units look like. I can say that my building is also very quiet.. I give it 4stars because the only thing I dont like is if you are more than 2hrs late on the rent they will put u out and change the locks!!! That is absurd... but if you are looking for one of these weekly/monthly furnished places, this is definately the best one in Vegas!!

This place is a very nice looking but when you actually stay here you probable would be more happier with a run down motel 6. The management here acts like they can do what ever they want and you have no rights. So when you are a second late paying rent they will come and bang on your door and if you dont answer they barge right in they are not aloud to do that it is against the law unless there is a emergency or they gave you 24 hours notice also if they lock you out you can go file paper work cause they cant do that they have to file for eviction. they like to scare people out of there homes dont let them scare u fight for ur rights k or stay away

Despite what people think about places like this, its not that bad at all. Never had issues with noise or any late nigh t issues. The inside of my apartment was pretty decent for what I paid for carpet wasnt covered in stains, everything works, no bugs, doesnt smell. My only complaint really is it doesnt look great on the outside not bad just cheap looking and that the rooms dont come with a microwave. The area its located is alright, its right next to both freeways, the outlet mall, plenty I places to shop and the Metro police station. Today actually was the first time Ive seen or heard of the police there since Ive lived there, but they were there by mistake had the wrong address acording to what I heard the dispatch say. Other than that remember what type of place this it is nothing special but not bad by no means.

Ive been here since January. Never had any issues, yeah theres some roaches but thats vegas for you. Use to work in the food court on the military base and exact same thing there. Its vegas people roaches love the desert no matter where you go you will have to spray or make sure to put killer out for them. As long as you do that you wont have an issue. Management is friendly never had an issue. The location on mlk is not the bad stereo type of mlk everyone says its like 4 doors down from the police department. And maybe have seen police on the property 3 times since Ive been here. Its honestly not that bad. Keep to yourself and you will be fine. And the smell everyone says at first its the professional carpet cleaner it goes away after maybe 3 or 4 days.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! Theres mold everywhere, shootings and crack dealing, a small child was kidnapped from the property and murdered last year! They NEVER fix things, and things like the toilets, AC/heat are always breaking! The wheelchair-friendly suites have NO slopes and ramps for accessibility! Power ALWAYS going out, and the Segal brothers and staff treat tenants like 💩

This location is awful. The walls are full of bugs, the Wi-Fi is expensive and the Wi-Fi is very bad. The staff are very horrible, and the water is usually off and so is the electricity. A cabnit in my apartment has a gap between the wall and a tall cabnit. The water tastes nasty, the dishwasher never works and never fully cleans the dishes in it. There are bugs in the beds and the mattress are very uncomfortable. The floors look cheap and is a horrible place for anyone to live. It is very unlivible. Kids under 18 arent able to be outside unless they are acompanied with an adult which is very ludicrous. They should have staff outside to watch over the kids since many parents are working overtime to pay of the stupidly expensive rent. I am 12 and I got in trouble for getting a soda without an adult even though Ive seen 3 kids from 5 to 10 years old outside alone playing together. The staff come but they never get rid of the bugs in the walls and they upgraded the cable for one of the cable boxes about a week ago but they still havent done the other one. Dont bother living here. This place is horrible and is about 2400 dollars for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 2 bed and 1 bathroom is the most rooms you can get. This place is even worse than living in a dumpster. Do yourself a favor and dont ever live here. The neighborhood is very bad. I recently saw a lady leaving with her kids and broke a window with her purse. Im guessing that she was leaving her boyfriend since he is still living here and he had to but wood on the broken window. There are many broken windows. Occupants here argue and are very noisy daily.

The management is very rude.Theyre deceitful.When I called to discuss a issue The manager hung up in my husband face .Hes been paying his rent on time for 2 yrs and she had the nerve to be rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Not to mention she was upset because one of her employee miss quoted us a price and her solution was if you dont like the rules find somewhere else to go. SMH.Awwww yeah the place we moved in is over 1,000 dollars a month with messed up countertops,rusted sinks and bed bugs.I hope they find someone with better manners.But hey my advice is YOU KNOW WHERE YOUVE BEEN !!!YOU DONT KNOW WHERE YOURE GOING!!! The siegel suites are horrible especially on MLK. There are cockroaches everywhere, and even when they spray you still see them everywhere. An when you ask for help to move things out of the place you paid for they dont help at all they will wait weeks, weeks, and weeks. This is a horrible place dont ever come here.

Moved here coming from san diego as a temp apartment until i found a house .rented a 2 bed for 1400 a month . i will never set foot in this place again i as the off9 before i rented the place if they had bugs they said no they never had a complaint about bugs before well that was a lie they gave more roaches then iv ever seen i could not even sleep due to being scared of bugs got on me and my baby . so sad nothing works everything is old and overused in the room .i asked if i can transfer to a 1 bed so i can save money for my deposit on my house and they tried to charge me a $150 fee to transfer plus the $290 for each week i be there .thats more then the 2 bed im in for 1 week .i packed all my things and and put ut in storage hoping i didnt take any roaches with me and left. I wont be one of the tenets to get stuck here paying a arm n leg to live in a nasty apartment i will be moving to my house in 2 weeks .dont ever go here bad place

As of September, these are now Siegel Suites MLK. Dangerous place for both you and your car. Infested with gangs, drugs, Section 8, and roaches. If you want to live someplace comparatively safer and cleaner, try their neighbor Rancho Verde.
