We are staying here for 5 days and we love it here me and my new wife I married her here and my 3 kids and couple other family members came with. This place no resort fees which is a plus in my book the staff is very very friendly and dont listen to other reviews of them being rude everyone here was very professional and when something was wrong they were on top of it especially the guy with the ponytail he was great help. Housekeeping was also amazing and very quick and fixing our rooms. I will definitely be back again. Rates are very reasonable.

Not a bad location but the service is terrible. Both keys stopped working and we were locked out of the hotel which made us almost miss our flight because no one is here between 6:30am and 8am. Although its a non smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burn marks on the nightstand. Also I booked a king sized bed but got a full. Stay anywhere but here.

I called and asked questions about 3 weeks in advance to our flight to Vegas about specifications to our reservations to make SURE that when we got in at MIDNIGHT that we were going to ensure getting our room THAT night. I explained all of the details to Phil and he told me that it was okay to book for the following day (Wednesday, which is when we would technically be arriving at 12am) instead of the day before (Tuesday). We called the night of and asked about our reservations to make sure that everything was in place, and not only did he (Phil) tell me that we wouldn’t be able to check in until Wednesday at 2pm (11 hours AFTER we arrive to Vegas), but that he insists that he didnt remember talking to me and was basically telling me that I was wrong the entire time.I NEVER complain, but this is absolutely uncalled for. Now they want to tell us that we would have to pay for an EXTRA night if we wanted to get a room when we arrived instead of trying to accommodate us after he TOLD ME LIES!This place is the WORST!!!

I am really impressed by this Siegel Select location. If u want clean, quiet, comfort, convenience, and value close to the Strip and shopping and dining, this is definitely THE secret hidden gem. Super clean, all the employees are excellent, brand new rooms with brand new furniture and everything, laundry room, kitchenette with refridge and microwave, clothes iron, pool, secure access, security, and like a quiet block away from The Strip! Ross, 7 11, Peppermill, and a couple other restaurants are right next door. And the giant Fashion Show Mall on the Strip is a couple blocks away. You can walk to everything. I was staying at a horrible big name casino hotel on the Strip that had a horrible outdated basic room with nothing not even a micro or fridge and a resort fee. I changed to here and its so much better I keep extending my stay!

I was here three nights. From 5:30-9:30am and again from avout 6:30-9:30pm every day I was here, there was no hot water. Not even luke warm. After my first cold shower I called down to the front desk and was told “sometimes during peak hours they run out of hot water.” Having readily available warm/hot water I believe is mandatory in Nevada, and aside from comfort there’s a Covid-19 resurgence happening and the CDC says to wash your hands in warm soapy water. For 6-7 hours a day that was not possible here. I had three lousy cold showers here. Additionally our first room had a broken tv so we changed rooms and there is very loud construction across the street with jackhammer noise between about 8am to 5pm everyday.

Room was clean and had modern appointments. Reasonably priced for a place that is only one block from the convention center. If your trip to Vegas has you at the convention center instead of needing to be on the strip, this is perfect. Stayed here during the recent SEMA show, and I had a good experience. The hotel is nothing fancy or flashy, but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staying at a hotel in Vegas that has a fridge/freezer/microwave is the best, so you can have some food on hand without having to go out for every meal, saves you a ton of $ on food (NONE of the casinos will have this in their rooms BTW) Very close to the convention center, probably this places best attribute, only a 5 minute walk and you are there, dont have to worry about parking or buses or paying for Uber to get to the show everyday. Also the strip is a 5 minute walk away as well. Downsides might be that it is fairly basic, also one member of the front desk staff was consistently very unpleasant in every interaction. But the location is great and if you book far enough ahead of time it is reasonable for a hotel in Vegas.

Good location, walking distance to the strip, low price. Looked nice on the surface - but reality was much different!Day 1: We discovered there were toe nails all over the floor around the bed. The room had definitely not been vacuumed. Front desk came and vacuumed right away. Really bad sign that the housekeepers hadnt vacuumed - it was SO obvious.Day 2: Discovered that the towels looked dirty and the small shampoo bottle had been used. Another sign that the housekeeping wasnt done properly. We requested a full cleaning of the room while we were out during the day which front desk promised us. We came back in the afternoon, room was not cleaned at all. We requested another room instead - which we got. BUT - this was dirty as well. Hair on the wrinkly sheets, looked like the sheets hadnt been changed since last guest! Lots of wrinkles and wasnt tucked properly. Only one towel in the bathroom, bathtub was disgusting with hairs everywhere. To the front desk again. We let them see the room and they accepted that we could get yet another (room nr. 3). This time checked by staff beforehand. Told us the room was fine and hairs were removed from the bathtub (so it wasnt clean either?). Immediately we see that the bed is full of hair and a booger in the sheets, and sheets were wrinkled. Also hair on the pillows. This could not have been changed since last guest. Down to the front desk AGAIN. The manager (I presume) told us that this is how the sheets are delivered and it is not their fault. Did they expect us to sleep in dirty sheets? Front desk came and changed the sheets while we were present (agreed that it was nasty). This time the sheets were wrinkle and hair free. We could finally sleep after spending way too much time on this and dragging our stuff back and forth Management blamed all this on the sheet suppliers but it is hard to believe that this was the case. No apologies, offer to refund or anything. We expect some housekeeping when we pay for it.Avoid avoid avoid.

I reserved a room through a 3rd party website and the reservation was confirmed and I got the his confirmation email from hotel but a day before my trip I get an email that the reservation is cancelled by the hotel because the payment from my credit card got declined. I used the same credit card for other purchases last night and this morning so I call up the 3rd party website folks immediately and they check with this hotel and surprise they offer no proof of declined transaction and also no rooms available. I called up the hotel as well and they declined to provide any proof that the card got declined and they say all rooms are booked for making another reservation. It most definitely seems like they are overbooked and using the payment declined as an excuse to cancel the reservations. I would say avoid this hotel if you dont want to be in a soup a day before your Vegas trip.

If you love cockroaches, youll love the Siegel Suites Convention Center. I had a roach the size of my entire thumb crawl up the wall as I was trying to work. It crawled behind the decorative painting which is conveniently nailed to the wall so it cannot be taken down. I spent an hour playing hide seek with the bug with a rolled up magazine in my hand as it kept popping its antenna out from behind the now not so calming sea scape painting. Eventually I won the game and pounded the roach into the stained carpet like my life depended on it. Did any of its relatives follow me home in my luggage to seek vengeance? I dont yet know, but I do know I will never again set foot into the Las Vegas Siegel Suites Convention Center.

Very disappointed with extended stay. I paid for a room with a kitchenette, and upon check-in found out the kitchenette does not include a stove. (Any regular hotel offers a mini- fridge and microwave). No dishes, glasses, or silverware in the room either. Unable to eat my groceries with real dishes. When i called to make a reservation over-the-phone, I was told I could only book online. Very inconvenient. Even more inconvenient, was when I checked in; I was told there would be a $100 additional deposit to pay by cash! The room was updated (headboard, kitchen counters, and tv), but the bath tub was dirty, and there was still dog food on the floor in my room (from previous guest). The bed skirt had holes in it, and one of my clean towels had a stain on it. The lighting in the room was very odd. There was only one lamp in the room, and then 6 overhead lights connected to the switch. So either it was very dark, or too bright in the room. The front office looks nice and remodeled, but the back entrance (where guests stay), was dirty. Theres no smoking, except outside; but no area to put cigarette buds, so people just throw them on the ground. The front office told me security walks around at night, but the 3 days I stayed on sight, no one cleaned up the cigarettes, and the outside door was not locked (suppose to be key-card entry only, but door was open). My last day there, maintenance shut off the water for repairs! No notice was posted & no phones in the room are available to contact the front desk. The receptionist said a notice was posted the day prior, but there where NO notices on the doors!!! She did let me check out late, due to the inconvenience. You get what you pay for. Room was cheap; but for an extended stay, too minimal. No complimentary breakfast or coffee in lobby. Food delivery would be very difficult. Entrance and exit was one-way, and barely enough room to maneuver. I would not recommend Seigel Select!

I stayed here for a few months. It wasnt the cleanest or most comfortable, but the front desk staff were always nice. However, management could use some work. I terminated my stay earlier than I would have liked because with a negative half day of notice (seriously), they cut the wifi and converted it to a pay model. Since this was right in the middle of a rental month, I politely requested a comp for the remainder of the month, as which point I would happily purchase the new service. Instead, management was rude and dismissive. I was offered a < 1mbps connection for a few days, but nothing more. If you stay here, dont expect to be valued or treated as a paying customer.

My fiancé and I are staying at Siegel Select - Convention Center and have had a rough time. First, we were told while booking over the phone that we would have a bottom floor room and when we arrived we were given a second story room and were told that all the bottom floor rooms had since been taken. We bought their $13 internet package thinking we could connect our laptop, firestick and phones to it and found out it only works for two devices and it is so slow I was unable to upload our vacation pictures to my Google drive. The rooms look nice but the beds and pillows are awful quality. The mattress is made with a top sheet tucked in where the bottom sheet should be so when you sleep it comes untucked. Then you have another top sheet with a super thin comforter and then another top sheet on top of that. Super weird. Plus, the comforter had orange stains like someone spilled pizza on it. The front desk told us they didnt have anymore comforters so the first night we slept with stained bedding. Also, my fiancé uses a c-pap for his sleep apnea and the power was surging all night and his c-pap kept shutting off and on waking him up every time. We told the front desk and they told us we had to unplug all our stuff other than his c-pap. We only had 2 phone chargers and a small battery charger plugged in. We complained more and the maintenance guy replaced the plug in the room and it worked fine after that. The room service lady was very accommodating and brought us a new comforter that the front desk said they didnt have the night before. The second day, our toilet just randomly started gurgling and flooded our bathroom and into the hallway. The front desk lady gave my fiancé a plunger and went to get towels. He plunged the toilet, fixed the chain and cleaned the floor himself while she watched! On top of all of that, the floors are visibly uneven and the doors dont open and close all the way because they rub on the floor where it is buckling. The bathroom door is the worst. The doors that lead into the building are open all the time so anyone can wander in and they told us that if there was no parking in the hotel lot, we should park in the empty lot next door where there are signs that wed be towed.UPDATEI wrote the previous review on the second evening we were there. We have since finished our stay, talked to management and returned home. That evening I unfolded the comforter that I had mentioned the room service lady brought us only to find out it was actually another mattress pad so we had to sleep with the pizza stain comforter again. We also took showers that evening and the whole experience was really the most awful shower experience Ive ever had. Honestly. I started the shower and it got very hot, I adjusted the temperature and hopped in, started shampooing (using the worst shampoo Ive ever put in my hair) and was quickly hopping out of the shower with suds in my hair to avoid being burned. I adjusted the temperature again and got back in only to be showering in incredibly cold water a moment later. The water jumped from scalding to freezing with almost no in-between for the remainder of my shower. My finance got in the shower. I dont think he took my warning seriously enough because I quickly heard him garble a noise of dissatisfaction with possibly a bit of panic as he was also quickly burned. This is a bigger deal with him because a large portion of his skin has been burned by chemicals before which left it very sensitive to temperature. He ended up having such a bad time he just let the bath fill with the sometimes hot and sometimes cold water and washed himself in it when it was full enough to do so.When it was time to check out he spoke with management (again) to tell her about our stay and hopefully at least regain some of our money since we couldnt regain our experience. She did not seem at all surprised by our experience and she refused to compensate us in any way. She said she would give our number to the GM but we have yet to hear from him.

There are two separate Seigal Suites both two stories but one is setup like garden apartments, cute and personable. Other typical Motel 6 type motel style living - boring.

Really sad that businesses take advantage of ppl like they do these days. This is a budget hotel...meaning ppl go here to save money or because they dont have money. I booked online through groupon which didnt have a lot of details. When I got there...A. they charge a 15.00 fee to check in before 3. But thats not the worse part of my experience. I am all the way from Texas. My bank card is a temporary card. So the 50.00 deposit wouldnt authorize (per the manager, although I didnt have this problem at previous hotels) I stood there and called the bank in front of the manager. I had 130.00 on my card. She basically told me to take 100 of cash, and I could pay my deposit that way. To which I replied, well then I wouldnt be able to eat, or drive, etc. (I would be here a week with 30 to my name!. I left broke, frustrated, and pretty mad. I called groupon to see about getting my money back. They said it was simple, if the hotel would agree. Well needless to say the hotel manager said no and kept my money. I just really cant believe businesses are so heartless these days. Ive been in my car for three days now. But Im okay. I know what goes around comes back around and the company and manager will reap what they sow!!!

WORST HOTEL(Motel)I STAYED AT...I STAYED HERE FOR 16 DAYS ON VACATION. I PAID ABOUT $100 A NIGHT FOR A KING BEDROOM SUITE WITH KITCHENETTE IN THE FRONT HOTEL SECTION. First of all, I would not recommend this place unless it is a last resort for only 1-2 nights. Yes, the units were recently remodeled just like the pictures with the black and gray carpet. However, the rooms are small and you will feel like u are in someones basement. The bed is very uncomfortable and very springy, which made my back sore. The only window is placed up high above the wall heater. Moreover, the wall heater only works on low heat setting and takes a while to heat up the room. The room will either get too hot or too cold so be prepared to constantly fool with the heater knob. Also, there is only one light switch that operates the seven bright light fixtures in the ceiling. This is way too bright and there is no dimmer switch connected to the switch outlet, which is a missed opportunity. It only costs $30.00 to add a romantic dimmer switch. I do not understand why the management does not offer cheap table lamps as it will save money on electric by not having to keep 7 bright light fixtures on when the guests need light. You will have to beg them for a table lamp. Or, u might have to go buy one yourself. There is a light in the bathroom but it is on a sensor switch that will auto shut off and on by body movement. Finally and worst of all, the dam water pressure in the shower sucks and the water will go burning hot to freezing cold while you are taking a shower. Be prepared to constantly hold and make adjustments to the shower knobs with one hand, while you take a shower. This is the worst in the morning because the plumbing can not handle more than 1 shower running at a time.As a tip, I recommend that you take your shower late at night to avoid the water pressure drizzling issue. Also, the toilets leak water all over the floor. The remodelers chose to use laminate for the bathroom floor instead of tile and it was a horrible install. Looks like a 3 year old glued a floor down. The floor is going to rot out and warp in no time. Who needs these hassles when you are paying $100 a night? Who manages these suites? Also, if you want wifi, you will need to pay the front desk $6.00 for internet streaming or $12.00 for high speed down loading or watching movies, per week. However, the wifi does not work in the rooms, lol. So you just wasted $6.00 on wifi. They will tell you to complain to a third party phone number if there is a problem(ahead of time)as a hint because they know the wifi does not work in the rooms.I also found out that there are 80 rooms in the back which is called their extended stay weekly rooms. This is great if you are desperate for a place to stay weekly. They are the same updated rooms like the hotel with kitchenette and even has a stove. These units are $250.00 a week which is less than half the price of the hotel. However, they do not include towel service or sheets for the bed. If you are willing to go to walgreens a block away and grab a couple towels and sheets than you can save over $300 a week staying in the back. Fyi, neither the hotel units or the extended stay units in the back have pots and pans, utensils or anythng else. The laundry room was supposed to be open at 8:00am and I carried a huge trash bag of clothes there at 11:00am only to find out it was frickkin locked!!! God dam it!! I called the front desk and no one even answered the phone. So I had to carry my laundry bag all the way back to the front where my room was, which was far. Overall, the big plus is that the whole complex is pet friendly, there is a safe in the room, and you are within walking distance to Walgreens, a couple take out food places, and the Wynn and Encore casinos. However, due to the unthoughtfulness of management on the issues mentioned above, I can not recommend this place unless it is your only hope and you get the room CHEAP!!!! Like $50.00 a night cheap. It was so uncomfortable staying here. No free breakfast or fitness center too.

First and last time staying here. I had to wait 3hrs for my room. Prior to coming I called first and asked what was available and when I got here at 1:14 i was told the room would be ready by 2:30 and then 2:30 turned to 4:00. They were cleaning the room at first but when my boyfriend and I started to get impatient the rude manager comes and talks to us like were little children. Remind you, as we are waiting none of the other stuff is telling us whats going on. The staff sucks and on top of waiting for 3hrs we finally get in the room and the bed is half made, the sink leaked, the stove doesnt heat well and I got locked out the second day of me staying. I got the worst room. Overall bad vibes never again!

Can I give it a zero? They just dont clean the rooms. Toilet seat had a seal of being cleaned covering a brown stain. Floor was so dirty it had nail tips and crumbs all over it. Bath curtain had so much mold I had no courage to use it.I have complained and the reception did not look surprised.
