Zero stars are in order if it were possible.What happens in Vegas sometimes arrives on your doorstep in pieces. This shipping store charged me a remarkably high fee of $600 to ship wheels in what was described to me as a custom pallet. I was told that the exorbitant cost of the pallet was justified because it would protect the wheels during shipping. When the shipment arrived the wheels were unbundled and destroyed. To my surprise there was zero evidence of a pallet. Imagine my predicament. I had paid for the wheels in advance from a private seller who certainly could bear no responsibility for my shipping mishap. So I was forced to accept the wheels despite their impaired condition. We took photos of the unbundled damaged wheels prior to accepting them from the driver and we submitted the photos to the shipping store. After reviewing the situation the store said nothing could be done because I didnt fill out a damage report with the logistics company upon delivery. The truck driver, who did not speak fluent English (I barely do either, Im not knocking him), did not provide us with the option to fill out such a report, even though we spent 20 minutes arguing with him over the unacceptable condition of the wheels. So everyone got paid in full, everyone washed their hands of any accountability, and here I sit out a bunch of money w/ no recourse to be compensated for my loss. In addition to the $600 shipping fees for the Emperors Pallet, aptly named for its invisibility upon arrival, I incurred an additional $800 in reconditioning costs to have the wheels refurbished to their original condition. Perhaps it was the fault of the third party trucking company. But in an instance like this a shipping agent shouldnt pocket 100% of the transaction proceeds and pay their vendor in full while the customer is delivered a broken product and bears 100% of the pain. Writing this review brought me $100 worth of joy. So Ive clawed back some of my loss.

I have been coming to this shipping center for quite sometime which is close to my home in Spring Valley. I was in need of shipping out an international package. I was so happy to find that I could order Amazon and pick up my packages on my way home offering more peace of mind when ordering from Amazon.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had to ship a package and was in and out in a few minutes with a tracking number in hand.I highly recommend this place. If you have any domestic or international shipping questions like I did, rest assured they will walk you through the process big or small and answer all your questions.I got to meet Mary, the owner who was warm, friendly, and completely knowledgeable. Stop by and meet Mary and the professional staff there.

I used to regularly drop off bulk packages here, like 5 to 15 at a time, but they wont let me anymore. The previous employees were completely fine it. But their new employee was not as courteous. He said I need to pay for a mailbox to drop off more than 10 packages, and said its inconvenient for the postal workers.

I moved, so I needed the Man behind the counter to do a change of address. When you have a PO Box you cannot just do it through the post office. The place where you have your PO Box has to do it. The man behind the counter basically refused to do it, because he said it would be too much work for him and would take too much time for him to fill out the application.I understand that when you move you to have to contact your credit card companies and other businesses to let them know that you’ve moved. But a change of address really helps encompass every piece of mail. And make sure that it gets to you.Now I have to research every single company and find out where every bit of mail comes from and contact these people and companies.Of course that means that they’ll be extra mail still coming to that place after my end date in July. So he told me I could pay an extra $40 for them to hold my mail and not throw it away. Which I wouldn’t have to do if he would’ve just filled out the application so that I could have a change of address! So frustrating. I just totally given up.This would’ve never of happened with the previous owners. They were so gracious and kind. They would help you out in anyway they could. You felt like you were going to a friends house every time you went to pick up your mail it really was a special community place. But not anymore. Now they just Find ways to take your money and won’t do anything in the way of customer service.

I have been a customer here over 5 years. Great couple and definitely a small business worthy of support. They are both extremely polite and friendly. They have been able to help with any packing or shipping needs. They carry a fair selection of supplies as well at decent prices.

DONT EVER COME TO THIS STORE!!!!!The worst shipping center in las vegas. The receptionist ladies seems new and know nothing, not even know that what is a pouch to put in the label, neither nor knowing anything about what needs in international shipment. She returned all my commercial invoice that need for international shipment. GOSH!!!! And the big guy just starred at me and said: no more fedex express, they had picked up. when i walked back to my car, the fedex express just arrived!!! Super duper arrogant, rude and unprofessional service!!!!!

Top notch shipping and mailing service. So quick and convenient. I like that I get my receipts and tracking via email. If I need help packing they do that too. Had to ship a large mac computer to my daughter in New York and all went without a hitch! Thanks Leon and Lynn! Small town service at its best.

Ive used their services for several years. Absolutely wonderful people here! Ive never had a single issue. FedEx and USPS pick up about 3pm from here. Parking at lunchtime can be a hassle because of the Greek restaurant, but theres usually parking on the side instead of in front. Services are priced fairly, especially considering you dont have to deal with the nightmare lines at USPS. Honest and accurate.

Had to mail some forms: brought my usb, printed the forms and got it mailed out hassle free. The woman working there was very friendly and helpful and gave me a reasonable price for the whole thing. Will return if I have further printing needs. Cool little small business.

So helpful. I got here at 4:40 and it looks like they are doing construction but were still willing to notarize my documents for me. They also had nice chairs for me to sit in while I waited.

We have used their services several times over the past two years,.. He custom mad a box for a painting I shipped to California and Im pretty sure it cost me about half of what others would have charged. Also hes notarized several documents for me and the cost was a third of what the ups store charged. Its a one man store but we like it.

Guy behind the counter stared at me as If were a stripper on a pole! Very uncomfortable! Creepy guy and not the least bit interested in shipping my package. Not the business it once was with previous owner.

New owners are super helpful. They will help you with packing and taping. They find the cheapest way to ship. They are experts in shipping to China or overseas. Will definitely use them.

My parents came in probably 30 mins before closing and the man just asked them to fill out some stuff so they could send me a package to the university. Well the impatient man, didnt think to pay attention to the carrier my parents wanted to send my package through. THEY WANTED TO SEND IT THROUGH FEDEX BECAUSE IT DOESNT DELIVER TO MY RESIDENTS HALL THROUGH USPS. ALSO, is it only my university that has that rule? Anyways, my parents found out through me that the package was delivered through USPS and the package was sent back. When they came back to talk about their issue, the lady at the front desk was rude as hell, I was on the phone listening in and the lady was extremely rude and racist. And btw the only reason I gave this place one star because I couldnt post with out giving it at least one.

Service is really really terrible at this location. A lady named Kasin was very very rude to me when asking her simple questions. This is the second time that Ive tried to come to this place to get my mail needs taking care of. And this is the second time employees there were real rude to me. I was happy about location because it was close to my Hm, but I am willing to drive farther to go somewhere else to not deal with such rude people. Never going there and will tell all my friends not to go there.

This eship facility is horrible! I drop off packages & it takes them 2-3 days to scan & then another 1-2 days to get onto a truck...I dont think so! Will NEVER do business with this location again!

Worst experience ever, been promised it was a two day delivery that will arrive on 1/18, then package took 4 days to get to Arizona!! And scheduled for delivery on 1/22! All my expensive food contained inside turns inedible. Worst experience ever.
