I arrived at Safe Ship at 5:21 PM per the cell phone time...100%ACCURATE, right? Place was CLOSED!!! Not a light on...no sign of just closing either...this place had to have been closed for a WHILE. I made a purchase at the purveyor next door and asked about Safe Ship and he said they are NEVER open until 5:30 as is posted ON THEIR WEBSITE AND FRONT DOOR!!! I had a VERY tight schedule today and REALLLY needed the mail to go out ASAP and am terribly disgusted to have been misled as there are OTHER postal services close I could have made it to if I hadnt been deceived by their advertising

I go to this Safe Ship location every time I need to send something. The same few people are always working and they’re phenomenal. They work to try to find a smaller box or better/cheaper way for you to send your package and never make you feel rushed or inconvenient. I rarely review businesses online, but this one really comes through for me every time I’m sending packages later than I should and I’m very grateful.

Great people, outstanding service. Needed a piece of equipment packed and ready for international shipping. They had it ready in one day. The packing material and workmanship was top notch. Excellent service. Got a call when the piece was ready, was loaded into my van and the pricing was a real value.
