I keep losing the little paper I’ve been given when I check out but I just had to say that at this FedEx there’s a person named Will that I absolutely adore! Will is super friendly, helpful, and kind. I specifically keep coming to this FedEx because I have such a great time talking to Will! Everyone else is really nice as far as I’ve encountered but my day is made when I get to check out with Will. I used to dread going to FedEx when I lived in California because everyone was so grumpy. But that’s definitely not the case here. Without the masks, you’d be seeing a wonderful smiling face as soon as you walk in!

I’ve shipped a similar set of packages from FedEx in four different cities now due to trade shows and this was by far my best experience. Gary was clearly a professional who knew what he was doing. I was in and out of FedEx in just a few minutes. This location is also larger than your average.

This FedEx print shop deserves a shout out. The guy who waited on me, Gary, was not just friendly he was efficient and seemed to intuitively know what I meant with each of my requests, even though I felt I was being rather muddled and unclear. I was there no more than five minutes. The environment is clean and I found parking right outside even though I was downtown.

This Fedex store did ALL my printing needs from foam boards to menus and Step/Repeat banners and so much more. Tyler, who handled everything remotely was extremely detail and customer focused. Everything was perfect and the service was fantastic

I had a single page to print and needed an envelope. The staff were very polite and gave me an envelope for free. The printers were occupied and after I waited about five minutes they printed my document behind the counter. Thank you for your small kindness. It meant a lot.

I had a very pleasant visit at this FedEx office. The staff member that assisted me, Kyisha, is extremely friendly and she exactly knew what I needed and she knew how to explain whatever was unclear to me. She knows how to talk to customers with respect and I had a great experience just faxing some documents. Would definitely go there again if necessary.

Ive been here many times over the years to make a few copies or print files off a flash drive--I have a printer /copier at home, but the quality of output is much better at FedEx. I went to print some photos off a flash drive today and was disappointed that there was a rotate/resize option but only rotate was possible under that tab. I needed to print the photos out smaller than full page, but there was no way to do that. I asked the worker for hellp. she said she could resize the photos for me, behind the counter, but it would cost more than $7 per file. when I told the worker that I didnt need the files resized, I only needed them printed smaller, she told me those were the same thing, which was frustrating since I know that resizing a photo and printing it out a different size are really not the same thing. my DIY option was to print each photo out full size and then shrink it with the photocopy machine. I knew that with 28 files, that would take a while--my files had names that were long long numbers, and there was no option to print out all the files on the flash drive. scrolling through the list of files was not user-friendly, so it was difficult for me to tell which files I had already printed and which I hadnt. it was just a frustrating experience, and I left without finishing the job. at some point I realized there was the option of renting one of their computers, and I wanted to know if it would be cheaper and quicker for me to rent a computer and print out my photos that way, with an option of printing them smaller than full page. the worker didnt understand my question and just said that the computers cost 39 cents to use--not 39 cents a minute or per print, just 39 cents. so it was up to me to investigate what the 39 cents was per, and I couldnt tell if that option would be cheaper or faster for me. the whole experience left me frustrated with the staff and options there. the output of the copy machines is great, but I expect more expertise / problem solving assistance from someone whose job is related to making copies. and the software on the machines was frustrating to use. the black and white copies here are very expensive, at around 14 cents per copy, which is why I only make a few copies here--for big jobs, I take my stuff to a local place with much better service and prices, more like 7 cents per copy, for the quantity I usually make. I will come back here only because I dont have better options nearby.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a printing business. The staff was only professional to certain types of people that walk in there. I even got an attitude just for asking to use their public restroom. And on top of all that, they charge for every single thing that other printing places do not charge for.

Sent email for print job let them know I’d be in in an hour. Job wasn’t printed, let them know I was in a rush, kept chatting and trying to make small talk with me instead of getting the job done. Printed my documents incorrectly. When I pointed it out after I had paid, they made no offer to reprint, and basically told me I was out of luck. Unprofessional.

I came to this FedEx Office store to get 500 copies made and they didnt turn out how I expected 🙁 (Top Frame was cut off) After email Customers service department the manager of the store got back to me and told me if I came back they would print them again and no cost. I did come in and Im extremely satisfied with the service 😁😁

I come here all the time, and I have to say that I love it. The store is convenient, the staff is friendly and quick to help, the services are affordable. Its my favorite spot any time I need something printed, copied, or faxed. I just wish they were open on Saturdays.

Went there today.Was a bit afraid after reading the reviews here, but I must say ... everything was just fine. Was helped nicely (albeit with a very easy printjob) ... so Im returning there no problem. (might get other employees when I return, Ill report back here on what the service is like)

Great place for copies, faxes, etc. The staff is SUPER friendly, very knowledgeable and always helpful. I was in and out within 10 mins with no hassle. One of those hidden gems in downtown las vegas

WOW 15 YEARS USING FEDEX NEVER SEEN A STAFF LIKE THIS INCLUDING THE MANAGER JEAN TO GET NOTICED HERE YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING OR THEY WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR THERE, WAITED 10 MINUTES WITH THREE PACKAGES AT THE COUNTER ALREADY LABELED WAITING FOR SCAN RUNNING OUT OF TIME I LEFT PACKAGES SAID I WOULD BE BACK IN 5 MINUTES WENT TO THE POST OFFICE DOWN THE STREET MAILED OTHER PACKAGES AND CAME BACKTO FIND THEY STILL DIDNT SCAN THEM I REQUESTED IF I CAN GET A SCAN THE MANAGER JEAN CAME OVER SAID MY DOUBLE BOXED PACKAGES WERE NOT WRAPPED GOOD ENOUGH AND SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THEM I TOOK THEM DOWN THE STREET AND MAILED WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. WHEN I ASKED WHY BUBBLE WRAP AND PACKING PAPER WITH ALL SEEMS TAPED WASNT GOOD ENOUGH SHE JUST SAID DOESNT MEET THERE STANDARDS AFTER 15 YEARS SHIPPING WITH THEM AND KNOWING ALL GUIDE LINES FOR SHIPPING WITH THEM ALL HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING ELSE IS GOING ON HERE, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WONT GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.

I dont know what kind of operation you people are running here...but you might as well close down! This office doesnt notify people that it is shutting down for an event midday taking place in the streets and people cant come and pick up their FedEx packages. I have employees waiting for paychecks from my main office on a Friday and they cant get them. Very, very upsetting! You have no business ethics what so ever. DO NOT USE OR PATRONIZE THIS OFFICE!!!

The front desk worker was a bit frazzled and i had to repeat some of my mailing information. Overall, not too bad, there was no waiting.

Ive been shipping things from here regularly for the last 6 months and have never had any major issues with them. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, although they do occasionally seem short-staffed.

I was there in the 1/May/2015 at approximately 12:00 P.M.. I do not know the Ladys name or the Mans name who were working there. I remember they were arguing at each other because the man was a bit lazy in helping customers when the lady was bogged down with a line of customers waiting. including myself.1) I was in the store wanting Veterans Administration documents transferred onto my flashdrive. The lady stated that the documents were double sided and that she would have to create a new file in order to capture all of the images onto my flashdrive. I was not 100% certain about that and told her to create a new file then, and that I will have to sort it out afterwards. The lady created a new file and labeled it Back. I told the lady that it was the decision on my claim for PTSD and I am disputing the claim of denial and need a lawyer. The lady then when to to talk about how the back pages are to my documents are upside down and then went on a rampage about how the Government is backwards and upside down. After I reviewed the documents I realized the documents are only one sided and nothing was printed on the reverse as she stated there was. Does Fedex have a policy on double billing customers? One has to wonder about that on how I was treated there by this woman.2) The man working there at the time when the lady was bogged down seemed to be on some type of drug it looked like. Or it could be that he had a case of the LAZYS in a bad way and was simply not interested in helping anyone at all.In the past, I have had good experiences with this store for my copy needs and it is convenient. I will drive now further to a different location in order to avoid and get what I pay for and nothing less, (or more!) for that matter. Money is something I earn as we all do. I do not recommend this location to anyone with people like those two working there.
