I really like how the business is still here and the owner and employees are doing a great job. one time i came in for a notary then other time to pay my mailbox and got a fax. very fast service. will never go anywhere else. i would recommend this business

All the employees are very knowledgeable & friendly. Prices are very affordable my husband and I drive a very long distance to use their services, because they are truly the best!

Faxing is fast for sending more than 20 pages. The girl is so friendly in letting me know the price first instead of waiting after it was sent through. I hope the guy next to her will stop baggering her. He also talked offensively towards me when he wants to know why I dont calculate it myself and I told him I am on a budget. It is my first time and their sign is ironic when it said smile...

He has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Only the old lady who works here & the young lady who helped me yesterday are nice and with a great attitude. But the male owner was very arrogant and with a nasty attitude.

I always go here to send a package, the workers are pretty nice especially the old lady. My packages always arrive on time or earlier because the workers always finds the best options. Way better than the post office, with more than half the time off.

Looking at the owners responses is enough to make me withdraw my services from your small business for good. ON WHAT PLANET is it ever ok for a business owner to respond to customer criticism by telling them to take a shower? Are you serious dude?! This dudes attitude better change soon or he wont be open long.

SHANNON is absolutely rude, as soon as I entered the small business there was absolute attitude. He talks to people as if we should automatically know their cost and procedures. There was an older gentleman behind be who asked for some assistance and Shannon spoke to the gentleman in a very rudely manner. As we all know the older generations aren’t very hip to new technology, the store wasn’t busy yet Shannon is rushing the gentleman who needs assistance. I understand Covid guidelines but you can verbally assist someone w/o being rude, fast talking or being disrespectful. I myself assisted the gentleman. I will NEVER come to this establishment again and people like him is why others do not like to support “small businesses”ZERO STARS ‼️

I used to love this place but lately they have changed there’s is a man working there that is so rude on phone especially. First time I called to ask about money orders he hung up and said no and I thought well maybe he’s busy and that’s why he hung up rudely but on another occasion I called to ask about sending a package and he was still rude .. I am one to support small business and have recommended lots of my family and friends to this place but lately this past year it’s just not worth it anymore.. it seems they have lost their customer service and consideration for keeping business.. sad to say I won’t be going here anymore.

This shipping center is awesome and ships quickly. They have a notary they have faxing and emailing and copy services and even uhaul. They even duplicate keys and rent mail boxes . They have fedex ups dhl and usps I noticed the owner is very nice a polite and he gets the line shortened very quickly. My experience was great. I was pleased and I would recommend to others. I was impressed. Keep up good work. I even felt like tipping them they were that awesome. Not sure what others think but on this day I saw a great service and I understand people have bad and good days. And I did go into the store today I saw the video and saw the lady was very out of line and very rude and loud and demanding and the owner was trying to work with her until she was barking orders at him and telling him that she wanted somone else to wait on her. She became hostile and was told to leave or cops will be called.

Great service very helpful staff!! They even made me a copy of my house key. I needed a notary and found an all in one stop for all my shipping needs as well USPS UPS FedEx they do it all!! Thanks guys I really appreciate you!

Went into the store, because it was close to where I was, so I gave it a shot. Horrible customer service, I was in line waiting my turn and a man walks in with a package and walks straight pass me and gets help from the other worker, mind you the other worker never asked if I needed any help, or said one word to me. So I left and wouldnt step foot in there ever again. Horrible way to do business.

I have been with asap p.o. box for about 3 and a half years, I have had a few problems like my mail never showing up a time it two, other than that my problem now is that we are in the middle of the pandemic, Ive been laid off from work and Im not receiving and money because of the pandemic and Ive explained that to the owner, right now I owe about 45 dollars and they are refusing to give me my mail unless I pay,they are going to hold my mail for 6 months and then send it back even though I explained to them that I am waiting for important mail, because of their selfishness I have been denied alot of benefits, their solution is to pay for it even though I have no money, I am in the process of seeking help to find out if holding my mail is illegal, there is a new owner, hopefully he will read this and give me my mail.

Very affordable and quick! I was able to make over 25 copies, mail via USPS, and send a fax all within 10 minutes. The staff were helpful, excellent multitaskers, and knew exactly what I needed to have done.

This place has been here for over 25 years...they are great for making keys. Sending packages...ECT..family owned business...bless their hearts...
