We originally went to another place but they were extremely slow in responding back every single time whether the part for our Moto Z4 arrived or not, and ended up giving up after two weeks. Expecting a large repair bill or having to buy a new phone after my iPhone which I’ve had for a long time with no longer charge and the cord wouldn’t stay in the port I took the phone into their shop and in five minutes he brought it out and had it fixed . He cleaned the charging port and it works like new and he did not want to charge me. I can only suggest leaving him five or $10 if this happens to you these are the kind of businesses we want to support.

They literally cleaned out the charging port for free. And diagnosed everything for free. Everyone else wanted to charge 45 to $65 right off the bat and all we had to do was just take it to them and they did everything for free. Any repair Im going to do is definitely going to be with these guys.

My boss was looking to get his computers fixed by a friend within the complex he is located. I when to his friends shop and found it was closed. Instead of waiting for his friend I went to another shop within the complex. I am so happy that I did. Maria the sales associate was considerate, and was able to get what we needed done in a day instead of two or three which my boss was used to. Maria made sure that our needs where met, and was able to give us top rate service at a great price. We will for now on use Smart Fix for all our repairs. We are especially happy that they are willing to come to our office so that we can continue to work while getting repairs or upgrades.I will make sure that all other businesses and people I know come to Smart Fix for their electronic needs.

As I tell my kids, its best not to make mistakes, but when you do, its how you respond that counts.My wifes Galaxy 6S was non-responsive- glass and LCD screen crushed beyond technical limits- while we were visiting Vegas. We brought it in to Smart Fix. The repair person unfortunately crushed the screen a tiny bit in the final assembly. We had to leave the next day, so we couldnt take up his offer to leave it an extra day so he could get another screen to replace it correctly. The screen was at least usable enough to backup the phone, make some calls, etc. while we returned home. The person returned the phone to us for free and ate the cost of the screen. An honorable way to wrap up the transaction.So, five stars for the response to the mistake. I know some people would be pickier, but hey, its not like Ive never made a mistake. Which is probably why its good that Im not a neurosurgeon or a proctologist.

I called and they were able to see me immediately. once I got in, I only had to wait for about 30 minutes. They also provide a quiet space to get some work done while you wait. I will be back if need be!

This place is super clean when you first walk in. Almost like a Genius Bar. You’re immediately greeted & he diagnosed my MacBook, told me exactly what was wrong with it, different routes I could take to get it fixed wether I go through him or try to get it done elsewhere. Really genuine guy that knows his computers. I’m bringing my money here for all my computer issues.

Went in around 12:30 to fix my cracked screen. The sales person fixed my phone super fast and now it looks brand new! If ever I need repairs on my phone again, I will definitely be coming back.

Great place, I took my samsung galaxy s7 edge hear to get the screen repaired as it was discolored and distorted, they were able to explain to me what the issue was and how they would fix it, only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to promise date/ Communication. I was told it would be ready the very next day at the same time I dropped of the phone, when it came to that time I never received a call saying it was ready and when I called I had a hard time getting through as well as beign hang up on, when I did finally get someone they told me that the part had not come in yet even tho I was told they could get that part locally and that they would call me back eith more information, I was never called back that day, the very next day in the evening I was called and told my phone was ready to be picked up, all in all I had a good experience and my phone is brand new, would come here again if I ever need anything fixed again.

Great prices and amazing service. I had an iphone 7 screen repaired. They had a very fast turn around and did everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Long story short, my iphone was disabled (by my doing prior to repairs) and I was unable to access my personal computer itunes for a few days to fix it. I called around several places to get a quote for replacing the battery for my Macbook Pro. This place gave me the best deal (about 50% of what everyone else was charging) so I gave it a shot. I was extremely satisfied with the service. It took about a week for the battery to arrive and my Macbook Pro works perfectly now. I went back a few weeks afterward because my phone wasnt working. They gave me a free diagnostics within a day. I am extremely happy with these folks. I am definitely a returning customer and I wont go anywhere else. I RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS 100%!!!

Went in there and was serviced immediately 😁 Rey was super nice and puts on screen protectors like a pro :) I love that they also have a one year warranty which most places don’t offer ! Will definitely come again if my phone gets cracked but hopefully It won’t !

My iPhone screen was broken for 6 days before I was able to go to Apple to get it fixed but they wanted to just sell the 7 to me (I set up an appointment to get my phone repaired). On day 8 of my screen being smashed, I finally took it to this place and my phone looks brand new! The only thing is that it is slightly bent from repair but its okay because now my fingers wont bleed! The service was super fast and the guy was super friendly!

Dropped my computer off Tuesday at 330. I was going to have a new power supply, gpu, and SSD wiped then installed. When I dropped it off I was told that he would call me with the pricing of the power supply. The next day I receive no call for pricing. I figure he is busy, so I dont sweat it.Thursday I call at 10:34 and leave a voicemail asking to be called back about pricing. I do not get a call back, so I call again at 5:08 when I get off work. He tells me pricing and say I will call Friday to let him know what I want to do.12:44 I call and tell him I just want the SSD wiped and installed. Nothing else. Then he says oh I already took out the power supply and that he will call back after he puts it back in. He doesnt call back.3:16 I call to see if I will be able to pick up my computer today. He says yes and he will call back when its done.3:28 he calls to tell me its done. So I say I will be in around 6.540 I arrive and he hands me my gpu and the SSD he literally told me he was done with nearly 3 hours ago.Not once did he decide to call me and tell me that I was missing the cord to attach the SSD or mention it the multiple times I called. I will not be going back.
