Woke up one morning last week and the laptop refused to cooperate, would not budge no matter what I tried. Called in, and despite the short notice, I was asked to drop it off for delivery the same day. To say I was skeptical, would be an understatement. After a myriad of tests that showed all kinds of malware activity, the whole system got rebooted redone and replaced. During the entire process I would receive an update every 30 minutes, unheard of in this day and age of a disposable culture. Communication, honesty and a handshake is what this company is all about and I value them being a partner and on my side.

The service level I received was way beyond excellent. My laptop crashed on a Saturday and the team at PcRepairCity had me up and running by Sunday morning at the quoted price. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
