I had a CD stuck in my drive and didnt have the right tool for the hole to eject it. They fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. Aside from amiability, I was especially impressed with their front door being open and sanitizing my CD and computer when they were through in response to COVID-19 precautions. Indeed, a positive experience (which I find to be more of the exception than the rule these days). If I have another computer problem, then Im sure that I wont be looking past their door.

This shop worked well with my husbands Lenovo all in one. Then I came in with a CPU that needed to be wipe clean so I could donate it to a CCSD student (CCSDs Chromebooks leave much to be desired). The Dan and Douglas both worked with me and understood what I needed. They set up multiple accounts in the windows environment, so the students caretaker would have parental right (administrative rights) and the student would not. These guys were very generous with their time and all the questions I had for the situation. They are now my go to place as well as my husbands. Hats off to the Duke!

Best computer repair place Ive ever visited. Apple gave me an estimate of $450 to fix my Macbook. Duke of Computers were able to fix my computer for $160 bucks!! Wow!! So grateful. Definitely an honest shop. I 100% recommend this place to anyone facing computer issues.

I brought my old desktop in after I had problems booting it. They diagnosed it for free within a day, then reinstalled Windows by the following day for a reasonable price. Runs like new now. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I recently built a new desktop and was having trouble figuring out why itwould POST but wouldnt boot or go to BIOS. With my work schedule its verydifficult to get free time to troubleshoot these kinds of problems. LuckilyI called the Duke of Computers and they come 2 hours later to pick up myPC. they called me 24 hours later and had located the problem. They evendelivered the desktop back and was charged a very fair price for therescue.It would have been great if the part could have been replaced by the Dukeof Computers immediately, but its understandable that they dont have ahuge inventory of parts available, so I still rate my experience as 5stars. The person who helped me was very easy to talk to and handled mydesktop very carefully - much appreciated, especially for a relativelyexpensive custom build!Fast, high quality service at a good price!

Daniel was very prompt in his replies and accommodating in terms of scheduling (visited on a Sunday morning).My laptop was a goner because of hard drive issues and he explained why. He immediately knew what was wrong and repaired it (replaced the hard drive).Got myself my computer - Newer, Faster and for many more years!Highly recommend him! Plus the diagnostics part was free!

They added memory to my PC and installed the new Windows, and now its as if I had a new Computer. They were very personable and courteous. They also copied a home-made DVD for me and transferred a video from my phone into a DVD, something any teenager can do but mine is away at school now. They had a quick diagnosis and solution. Not expensive and very professional!

Brought my damaged computer to have files transferred over to my new laptop.Was told it would be 2 days. This was Monday.On Friday I came to get my laptop and was told that they couldnt tranfer.I asked why not call me and communicate this to me.I was told im waiting for the boss to come back to see if he could fix it.Again, a simple phone call to communicate this to me would have been nice.Ill take my business elsewhere.Thanks!

Those guys are great and Im very thankful to them! I have an older computer with lots of pictures and important documents that were very important. One day my computer crashed and the hard disk stopped working!!!! I was devastated since a lot of the information was very personal. I went to a few places, some of them told me there is nothing that I can do about it, and only one place told me he could fix it and pull out all the memory but the price was extremely expensive. The guy saw that the information on the hard disk was very important to me and wanted to take advantage. I almost did it and paid the price, but then my friend came and told me to call Duke of Computers. I called right away and asked when was a good time for me to come in to get my hard disk checked. I was very surprised to hear that they can come to my house and solve the problem . With a very busy schedule and not much time during the day that was perfect for me!After work, I made an appointment with Daniel to come over and check out if he can do something about my hard disk. He came to my house was very respectful and professional checked my hard disk and said he can get it fixed within 24 hours and that he will be very careful with the information on my hard disk.After talking about the prices and explaining him my last estimate which was out of my budget, Daniel gave me a very fair price that was within my budget. I wanted to pay right away and he said only after the job is done just to make sure Im satisfied. The day after Daniel called with the great news, he had all my pictures and documents.Came back to my house and dropped off the hard drive.I even didnt had to leave the house!!Thank you Daniel! Carried my desktop IBM tower in for an estimate for repair -- six days later got a call that the repair was completed and ready for pickup. Dan (biz owner) had taken it in but another young man was at the desk when I came to pick up. BOTH OF THEM WERE VERY PLEASANT! But I let this person know that I had not received a call about an estimate at all .. and then I paid him. When I set up my computer at home it took only one hr for the problem to return. I visited the store again to talk with Dan... he apologized, gave my money back. The 2 stars are only for the two pleasant people....... NOT for the quality of repair.

We have used Duke of Computers twice now for installation of SSD drives. Customer service is 5 stars, technical service is 5 stars. I have used several other computers repair companies in Las Vegas and none of them compared with the quality and excellence of Duke. I am so pleased that they are close by. And price was excellent also.

Duke of Computers fixed my Compaq XP . They removed malware and did a software fix. Before, I was told by two Experts to get a new computer. My positive experience has shown that Duke of Computers can bring a dead computer back to life.

5 Star Service, Communication and Customer Service. Purchased a Cyberpower computer on Ebay and received the computer with a corrupted OS. Luckily it still had a windows 10 key so not a total loss! Took the computer for a free diagnosis which is rare to find, and hoped that the OS was the only issue. After going back and forth with the seller, she requested I return the PC for a full refund and not pay for the repair. I communicated this to the shop and said I would just pick up the PC and move from there. The owner was super nice and preformed the repair for me for free as he had already diagnosed the issue and it was an easy enough repair for a tech savvy person.Giving this business a huge shout out, I will recommended Duke of Computers to all my co-workers who were admiring my PC at lunch today in my office, yes all 120 of them! I work not far from this store and will bring all my future business to them!
