Came in later on a Sunday to get my cracked phone camera screen replaced- ended up working out better for me to bring in Monday morning (yes Labor Day!). The main guy (I’m assuming he’s the owner) was professional, told me it would be ready at an exact time and I came back then to pick it up .. very happy with the job & this place - plus he offered a much better price than other stores I called! THANK YOU!

Prices are okay. Repaired my cracked screen but didnt put my battery back in right. I had to return and wait another 25 minutes for him to find and fix his mistake. I received poor customer service and attitude. I will not return.

When you have kids, you end having multiple iPhones, iPads that need repair once in a while. I never had an issue with warranty or their prices. Great people that stand by their work. Awful customer service.. (except for Tyrone, hes cool). So its my fault that the shipment is delayed. And if I want to take my business elsewhere, I wont receive a full refund. It will be minis 20% for restocking. We dont know when the part will come in, but I should wait it out or accept the 20% hit.Lets wait to see when the part comes in, but we dont know. Since the owner wants to question my lack of patience because my son is getting tiny pieces of glass on his fingers, Its also my fault. He likes to raise his voice by the way. I recommend you go ANYWHERE else!!!!Fun fun fun.

Quick fix the first time around after I cracked my screen. I noticed a weird flicker about a month later, so I went back. They fixed it at no charge in about 20 minutes and apologized. Great service!

Went to smart fix to see if I could get some help or any kind of assistance...I called, then they answered the phone hello and I couldnt understand that I actually called a business. Plus the fact that after I tried to explain what was wrong, I was cut off off rudely and then asked what do you want? in an offensive tone. No help... no courtesy... just a rude kid that didnt want to be working today. I would never go back to this place of business for anything.

I called in earlier today to ask for a price to replace my cracked iPhone 6s Plus screen and they said the price would be $65. When I drove all the way to the store, I asked the man and he said it would be $85. When I asked he also made it seem like I was the one at fault so I went back into my car and researched more places for iPhone repairs and I found WIRELESS DOCTORS in the Durango Commons and they were very kind and helped me right away. WIRELESS DOCTORS said that it would take about an hour to fix my phone but they did it in 30 minutes and my phone looked brand new! Dont waste your time at this place and just go to WIRELESS DOCTORS to get your phone fixed. You definitely wont regret it and they wont try to screw you over into paying more than what you were told! ☺️EDIT: To reply to owner, the LCD screen was not broken and I know that for a fact because before I went on the search for reputable repair shops, I went into the Apple Store and asked them myself if it was only the screen that had to be replaced and they said yes and that I should be able to have it done easily since there is no repair that needs to be done on the LCD. Also, if the LCD screen was the reason why it was $85, the man there shouldve told her that that was the reason the price went up. And also, when the iPhone was fixed at WIRELESS DOCTORS, the only thing they replaced was the glass and the LCD is working just fine, no discoloration, no cracks, etc. Also, I dont see any opinions on here at all. All facts! Im just calling out your dishonorable company. Charging an extra $20 for a LCD screen that isnt even broken?Pictures: attached I have posted pictures of my cell phone (displaying an all white color swatch for maximum visibility) after the WIRELESS DOCTORS have replaced only my glass screen not even touching the LCD.. I went there to get a phone fixed and they did not have the part that day, but could fix it the next day. They suggested we try one of their competitors who might have the part. I recently shattered the glass on my iPhone 7plus. It took about two hours to get fixed, but it was definitely worth it. Before my screen had small shards of glass cutting my finger, but now it’s like I have a brand new phone. I am so grateful for the quality of service here and the reasonable prices. My laptop was broken and missing a couple screws near the hinges where it opens. The replacement parts to my model were going to cost me more than the value of my computer because they are hard to find. Had an iPhone 6s with a broken mute switch. Was quoted a fair price. After bringing it in for repair, was called later and informed it was only a couple of loose screws so there was no need to replace the switch, and was only charged for the labor. This is the best cell phone store Ive ever been to in my life. While inside, I saw the gentleman single-handedly fix 4 phone simultaneously, using his feet for two. The job was done in less than 30 minutes I dont know how he did it, he was sitting in a pretzel-shaped blur as he swiftly put all the parts back together on all four screens only using his fingers and toes. I have been to Smart Fix twice. Both times I had cracked screens on my iPhone. You cant beat their prices and they were incredibly fast!! The second time my screen was not working at all after I learned, the hard way, to not try to fix it myself. They made it seem so easy the first time that I thought I could fix my screen with a screen I ordered online. DO NOT DO THIS!!! JUST GO TO SMART FIX!!! Rey is the man! I accidentally broke my S9 screen, I called the shop and asked about pricing and repair time and he gave me all the details and ordered the part for me. It took about 4 hours for the repair and my phone is perfectly new. The fingerprint scanner wire wasnt attached properly the first time. So Rey came across town to my office at 8am to fix it for me. Quality work on cracked phone screens 👌 just be sure youre reachable at an alternative phone number for any concerns they might have, such as accidentally ordering the wrong colored frame! That doesnt change anything about how my amazing new screen functions. You may have to wait a couple of days for an ordered part to come in, but once it was, the screen was up very quickly on my LG V30, in about an hour and a half. Totally worth going here, instead of using my insurance for a completely new phone when all I needed was a replacement for a severely damaged screen
