So I went a total of like 4 separate times to get my phones back glass fixed. To preface I had an iPhone XS Max with cracked back glass. I paid after tax about $179.99 to get this fixed. I took it down the day I set up ahead of time because I was told it would be done same day. I took it down there and I was told “pick up for tomorrow, correct?” I said “no today, my work flows through that phone and to be honest I was told it would be done same day” to which he said he doesn’t even have the part even though they already had one. So the kind girl went back and grabbed it because she knew where it was at. I don’t know her name off the top of my head but she was the only person that made this experience somewhat bearable because she was friendly all the way through. I got a call from them saying it was done but now the back glass this time around is bent so it’s not on fully so I would have to come down again so they can put a new one on. I get my phone and said that I’ll be back on my next day off to have a new one put on to which they said “okay.” So I came back down again today to get it done. My phone’s battery health was at 92%, I remember this because I checked it a couple of days ago. It was also fully charged upon dropping it off. Not only is my screen still not seated correctly on this new back glass, now my original Apple battery is gone as well. I received my phone at below 10% charge and now I get a message from my settings stating “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information is not available for this battery.” Meaning they probably took my original Apple battery and put in a aftermarket one. My Face ID doesn’t work now as well. $179 later, I now have a iPhone XS Max with a back glass that isn’t seated properly on the phone, a non-genuine battery that I never asked for in the first place, and now a nonfunctional Face ID. I was getting this phone fixed so I could trade it in but now not only am I out of $179 for a phone that was improperly fixed and most likely stolen out of, I’m out of $400 more because now I can’t trade this phone in anymore because of the glass, battery, and Face ID. I seriously cannot recommend this place to anyone.

SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this business!! Never go for a Water Damage Treatment theyll just rip you off.I strongly regret not having listened to the bad reviews they already had. They were extremely rude since the beginning, with no reason, providing the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced.The phone still worked and was physically flawless when I dropped it off. They told me to change the screen, battery, and front camera. When I went to pick up the phone didnt work, so they offered a refund (which didnt include the sale taxes). Then, they returned the phone with a totally cracked screen. They said they had got rid of the old parts and were not able to get my screen back. But the real cherry on the pie was that I realize the phone was actually empty. They swore the battery was inside before opening it, but guess what, they were returning the phone not only with a cracked screen, but also without battery nor front camera (as you can see in the picture).The owner didnt wanna show his face, and the manager is the rudest lady Ive ever met. They were not opened to dialog and hang me up the phone twice. When I went to the main office they called the police and ask them to gimme a warning. They are legally covered by the huge receipt they print with a couple of clauses that they staple so you cant even look at it (look at the picture). And I know thiss gonna seem funny, but I just found out the refund was actually a CHARGE which Im now trying to dispute with my card company.As a summary, theres only one thing I suggest to you about this business: stay away from it. do not feed those scammers pockets and get a better service anywhere else.

DONT BELIEVE THEM !!! they told me they would get my iphone 8 fixed on monday and i went back up there and the lady gave me the phone like everything was okay and then i look at it its not even fixed they didn’t even touch it

So, I have an iPhone, it’s cost 70 or 80 dollars to get it fixed, I was so happy to get it fixed, but after results, at the top one corner of the new screen was not in place correctly, it was up a bit, I tried to push it down but it made a crack, I’m never going again! You can’t really see in the photo, but hey don’t go there !

I took my iPhone 10 XS to have the back replaced. After an hour and a half they called to say it was ready to pick up but said since the phone was dropped they had to disable the camera. The phone was working completely fine before they “fixed” it. I wished I had read the reviews first, because they are all correct. I paid $140.00 for a repair that actually resulted in them breaking it. They tried saying the phone had a charging issue and the camera did not work and turns off and on nonstop now. My iPhone had no issues before they replaced the back and now I am without a phone and it takes 2+ weeks to get one. I took it to Apple and they said they destroyed the mainframe computer and it can’t be fixed. Apple stated the back SHOULD NEVER be removed and obviously they don’t know what they are doing. Please take your phone to another place to have a real professional work on it.

Not Professional- Poor Quality- Not Responsive- Poor ValueIf I could give this place no stars I would, I had the worst experience here, the Technician who fixes the electronics is not really a Technician hes just a guy who opens up your devices and tries to figure out how to fix it. I took two tablets, one just needed a battery change and when I got that one back it was still semi open on the sides and they used some kind of glue to seal it back up which didnt work because the screen still lifts, so that tablet looks worse now and the second one supposedly couldnt be fixed so I got it back and took it somewhere else, apparently when iPhone Dr opened the tablet they broke the clip where the SD card goes and didnt even tell me, on top of that they glued whatever was left of the SD slot into place, REALLY!! The least they could have done was replace it, since he broke it! I asked many times to speak with the Tech so he can tell me why he couldnt fix my tablet but he never came out to talk to me he just kept going out one room and going into another, I felt bad for the cashier because he really couldnt explain much because he himself didnt know. Anyway so I took the 2nd tablet elsewhere and got it fixed, the guy said it was a no brainer and fixed it in 4hrs, its in perfect conditions. Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! READ READ READ these reviews before going to this store, because apparently Im not the only unsatisfied customer. I dont even understand how this place is still open.

I called in, asking if they can save my iPhone from water damage. They responded that, they cannot gurantee, but potentially can revive my iPhone back for a fee $35.99. I agreed. Left my iPhone with them for 2 days, I get a call back, my iPhone is in working condition, just need a charger jack, costs about $80.00. I said, IF my phone will work fine after a new charger jack, sure I will pay $80.00. I went ahead and paid for it. AFTER the transaction is complete, the guy went to back(where I think they fix the phones). Come back and throw me another 2 problems, Face ID does not work, hearing speaker does not work either, thats another $40.00, other than that your iPhone is working fine. And thats after I paid for what I was told is the only problem. I went home and my phone is acting up and gets restart by itself. I went in next day expalined whats going on. They said leave it for day and come back tomorrow, as the front desk guy said, you just had it fixed yesterday, it is still under warrenty, well fix it for you.Went in the next day, another lady was on front desk, I asked if my iPhone is fixed?She went to back and came with 2 new issues, my phone needs new LCD screen and a battery (which both were working fine before I left it their). So, here I got a notepad slip with about $200 worth more expenses. When I said that that was not even the issue when I left my phone their, she said theirs not gurantees, yati yati yaa. No refunds, we cannot help you.They try to finesse you as much as they can.STAY AWAY!!

Brought iPhoneX for water damage treatment, they took $40 and took my phone for 24 hours, returned the phone next day saying it’s a total loss. Now 2 days later, phone powered up and I can physically see moisture on the inside of my camera lense. These guys never did a thing to it, just took my $40. Never go back!

Scam. Took Xbox One there for repair as they are listed as a licensed contractor for warranty. I paid $108.00 up front and was told that I would get a full refund if they could not fix it.I was told when I dropped it off it would take about 2 days. I called them after 3 and was told it was still not fixed. After Xmas and weekend(9 days later) I called and was told that they couldn’t fix it and they refused a refund. After talking to manager I was told they they would keep $35 as the diagnostic fee and refund the rest. Scam.

Stay away from these guys. They used old damaged screens that they’ve “fixed” which still have issues. They fixed my phone and the screen had blotches all over the LCD and it was laggy to the touch. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called in for a quote and received very bad customer service one person said please hold and hung up on me immediately called back and got a really rude lady. So I went online and a lady In messenger tried to trump up prices for an iPhone 8 screen repair 79.99 although site says 74.99 and both are before tax to be clear! Have photo proof of convo. As site allows you to send transcripts to your email. These people are not in your best interest with I don’t care attitudes and will trump up charges if you don’t do your homework!

I was in from out of town on business and my screen cracked. I was able to walk in and within 15 minutes I was good to go. The lady working the front desk went above and begins and was extremely friendly.

Last time I came the owner helped me out he was extremely cool and even hooked me up with a discount on my tempered glass for being a repeat customer. I came in to get the power port replaced on my Galaxy S6 I was told it would take two days 4 days later I got my phone back the front of it was completely messed up and I couldnt make or receive calls return the phone at least five times to get fixed they could not do it finally I went to my provider and bought a new phone simply the worst service Ive ever had P.S. my provider(metro pcs) was less than 500 feet away from their office they too could not make or receive calls on the phone... in response to the owners response to my complaint I still have the phone theres no water damage none whatsoever, terrible service they never refunded my money for the power port horrible and now we know the LIE

I brought my iPhone in 9 times after I had the cracked screen fixed. The screen would go dark and start malfunctioning. They kept telling me that it was the phone and said the back light needed to be replaced. I called bs because if you squeezed the corners of the screen the screen would go back to normal. They finally replaced the screen and have zero issues. The customer service at this place was terrible and just the incompetence at the counter even give accurate information was horrible. I recommend running far far far way from this place. 86 dollars for a screen fix and they lose a screw and give me faulty parts and refuse to replace it till the 9th time over 3 weeks

I Have coming to iPhone Doctor for 5 years now and they have always been able to successfully fix my android phone Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected but the job is always completed and done right. 2 different stores I have been to are the Cheyenne and rancho I started going here at the rancho location and visited Cheyenne after I knew it was part of the same company though I later found out they closed the Cheyenne location so I was forced to visit the rancho branch since it is closer to my house then the others The young girls there when I went in last week were really polite to me and did not mind asking the technicians questions for me which I really appreciate since I am not the best tech savvy person, he solved every issue I had with my phone and even tweaked my settings so I could hear my notifications again I appreciate you guys!! When I went to pick it up they had fixed it and were trying to charge me. I never said to fix it. They claimed I called and said to go ahead and fix it. But if I did I wouldnt be surprised when I walked in and saw it fixed. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Had glass replaced on a Note 3. Phone was not ready when promised. I called the next day to see if it was ready, I was told that it was . When I showed up to the store I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the glue off the screen and add the tempered glass. There was also a 1mm bubble under the glass and the stylus was coated in glue. There were also areas on the tempered glass that were not stuck down.The attendant told me that the bubble would go away and the tempered glass would stick down after being outside in sunlight for 5 minutes. It has been a week and both problems are still there. Also I still keep finding glue on the edges and back on the phone.Good news is my phone still works and I dont have to deal with a cracked screen any more. I just hope the excess glue does not cause issues in the future.

Terrible service! I went to get my screen repaired for an iPhone 5s and they charged me $64.95 also stating they did not warranty their work since my screen was completely cracked. I should have left but I needed my contacts. When I went to pick up my phone Tanya said my phone was unresponsive and that I needed to buy a new battery. I took my phone and put it on the charger. To my surprise I heard my phone respond to the charger therefore it was the screen that was black. I went back and told them the phone was responsive to the charger. Tanya and three other guys technicians said the phone was not responding to the new LCD and my motherboard was bad and that I needed a new phone. I left disappointed one because they lied to my face, first saying it was my battery and then saying it was my motherboard. Second I got ripped off from my $64.95 because I went to a store located inside the Rancho Discount Mall their technician opened the phone, screws were missing and they replaced the LCD and made it work within 5 minutes. Now iPhone Doctor will not give me my money back. They are unprofessional and they are Licensed Thieves. How can they operate a business? This business is ran by unprofessional, inept, and incompetent people. They get free money, they do nothing and take your money.

Went for replacement glass for iPhone 6. They offered a protective shield which I accepted. Shield did not adhere correctly and was not the correct size. When I went in the next day lady told me if I wanted one that fit it would be an extra $25 dollars! Then told me they were all like that because they were “on sale” and she was an expert on the subject. The other stores may be ok but apparently this person needs a bit of actual training on products and how to deal with customers.

Came to this place to get my iPad glass repaired they did a superior job to the last repair shop I visited. No lifts on the glass! Thank you all again.

Definitely one of the best repair shops here in the Las Vegas area. I will most def be coming back again. When I went in I had amazing customer service and was able to get my phone fixed insanely fast, the girl Tanya at the counter and Gio the guy wit the white tee was also helpful with his knowledge and wisdom of the devices I had brought in, the store seems fairly and overall clean. Came to the iPhone doctor with a completely broken phone, my phone was bent, front camera was hanging out the hinges and so was my screen. They were able to fix my phone same day, replaced my whole bent iPhone casing and got a new screen and camera now my phone could not be working any better. If I could give 50 stars I would, this place deserves more.
