I was very happy to have all the help & support i was given today. there is a lot i dont understand, but it was all explained to me. i feel better having the lifetime protection for my laptop.I forgot about this review.This company was part of the company who scanned me out of i think $200. to fix my computer that wasnt even broken.I got my money back, thanx to my discover card.Another one of those pop up alerts on your screen scaring you into thinking you have to pay them to clear viruses.DONT EVER CALL THE NUMBERS IF YOU GET THE ALERTS & YOU CAN TURN YOUR PC OFF.

The service is great and most importantly MIKE is a wonderful technician and has a great personality when he is interacting with the customers. I enjoyed working with him.

The team has been so helpful. They have walked me through everything so that I understand the problems and the solutions. I would recommend your services to any one that asked about your teams.
