Absolutely fantastic. I rely on my computer to run my small business, and ICU was completely understanding. Not only did they fix the battery and fan problems, but they let me know that I didnt need to have the screen replaced since the issue was website specific. They didnt have to do that, but they did. Plus, when the fan part was shipping, they let me take my laptop home so I didnt lose any income while we waited, and they considered it part of the same ticket. That was wildly kind of them. Their sister business on the lower floors is also staffed by some very kind folk. Finding a reliable computer repair place for a higher end laptop is difficult, and if youre looking for a company like it, then this is the one for you.

I had them clean up and organize the data and cable lines in my network panel box. They did a great job with it. So everything is ready for my move in.

When Frys electronics went out of business thiws year after building my wonderful computer, I was horrifiede. One lucky day I was buying ink for my printer, and was SO LUCKY to find Maui and Andrew, who have helped me with my computer repair and even upgrades to a better system. ICU Computers are very good at what they do. They are responsive, & have a lot of knowledge of computer issues. I am only giving them 3 stars, because it seems they are more interested in selling us a monthly maintenance contract rather then working with us on an AS NEEDED basis. Our company is not very large, and we dont have it in our budget to take on another monthly expense. Especially since our IT problems or computer problems are few and rare.

Had them build my computer from scratch. They did an excellent job with that. Once I got the computer home it didnt work and they got on the phone with me and helped me a bit. I called back with another issue and my call was not returned.

This guy listens carefully to what youre saying, and when others would take advantage of you, hell do what is needed. And if the fix is simple, he will recommend ways for you to inexpensively get it done, which is exactly what he did in my case. He will be our companys first choice for computer repair ALWAYS!

Took in a desk top computer after a power serge that would not responded. Maui check it and contacted me soon after. He explained the mother board was bad. He was so honest and upfront. He asked me to contact the manufacturer of set motherboard because it was under warranty. To my amazement did not charge me to check it or offer me a new motherboard which are not cheap for gaming custom towers! I would have never know it was under warranty! Did exactly what he instructed. Based on his work ethics months later took in a 2nd desk top computer which Best Buy had totally screwed up not once but 3x all prior to finding Icu computer and Maui.He upgraded some parts and fixed what they screwed up not once but 3x! Even gave me a cord it need due to the upgrade at no charge! It has been 5 years since I can actually say I can honestly highly with total confidence recommend a honest business and computer tec like Maui which has integrity, honest, responsible, prompt and upfront And very reasonable prices to boot! My computer crashed and it needed new hardware. As a photographer I need my computer to complete my job and ICU Computer Solutions was able to get my computer working but also was able to make it work faster than before new. I have never worked with someone who goes so above and beyond for their customers. I work in an office setting and we typically have emergencies when computers break down or just stop working, and Maui is always willing to come out the same day and help us fix it, with no questions asked. I would not recommend any one else for computer repairs.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from ICU. After spilling a nominal amount of water on my Mac, the Apple store wanted more than $600 and several days to repair it. ICU repaired it in a couple of hours for less than $200.
