This place is awesome! I have had the same iPhone for many years and have cracked the screen, and the glass on the back a couple times. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent!!!! I read the reviews of this place online and it said it was the best cellphone repair in Las Vegas and they were not lying! I went here because the screen on my Galaxy A71 broken! They replaced the screen and then I noticed that the speaker 🔊 on the phone was not working! I told them about it on my next visit back! They ordered the part and notified me when it came in and I returned to have it replaced while I waited and it was ready in 15 minutes! Excellent service and excellent customer service as well! If you have a Gadget that needs repair this is the place!

Had to return 3 times for mark to fix my iPhone 11 max. my phone has never worked right, since. My screen popped off several times. They gave me a cheap case because I needed to return the next day, mark was right there making sure I didn’t pick out a case that would actually cost them. Gave 3 cheap options, came back the next day because he told me too. Then he acted like he never asked me to come back, said that I did something to the phone. He “fixed” it, he used after market products. Phone has been trash since trusting these guys. Ive waited a while, because I just wasn’t sure about leaving a bad review but after what they charged me and made the problem worse others should know about.

Screen repair on Note 5 (older phone). I went to Samsung authorized repair center. They said after keeping phone a week, they could not get part. I called GadgetMates. He had screen in stock. Repaired it in a couple of hours at $100 less than the so called authorized repair center quoted.

I came in yesterday with an iPhone XS Max screen repair and I was upset because I didnt know what was going on with my phone. Before driving by, I had called 3 other places but something told me to stop in and check them out. The other places quoted me $60 more for a repair and that theyd need my phone for the entire day. My hard drive crashed and I didnt have any backup for my clients files etc. They performed magic and retrieved everything!! I had to get my screen fixed on my iPad so my mom had took it in to get it fixed one day I wasn’t home as well as my nieces and ever since it got fixed it glitches really bad and if I try to play a game on it it glitches really bad and like starts flashing and spinning won’t let me play at all and when I am watching like Disney+ or some streaming app i notice at the top you can see the light coming up from the top just shinning through. My iPad pretty much worked a lot better before and when the screen was cracked and now it barely works and I’m very very upset. I’m not sure whoever fixed it didn’t put the screen on or what but I wish my iPad would work like normal so now I have to deal with another issue when all I want it with my screen fixed. I am very very thankful and appreciated that my mom did that for me I am just upset that I can’t use my iPad like I normally would do

My daughters iPhone would no longer charge, it would identify the charger but the level of battery would not change. We called, they immediately ran it through diagnostics and we had it back within less than 2 hours. They explained to her possibly reasons as to why the battery went bad and what habit she could change for the future. They without cost replaced her screen protector. Very personable! Highly recommend.

They were 60$ cheaper than the store I normally go to for screen repairs. They ordered the part the evening I went in, kept me up to date via email with the timeline. And the screen works just as it did before it was broke. Ive had repairs before where the screen is too thick or bubbles or isnt as sensitive as it was before but theirs fits juuuust right and is good as new. Cant beat the price and they were all super nice.

Yeah they’ll fix your phone and have it looking good but the quality will be cheap. They repaired my phone screen and I dropped it the same day and the screen cracked again. The thing is they use low grade parts. Cheap parts such as a screen that they maybe pay $30 for then charge $100. Yea no thanks. Don’t go to this place they don’t care about you. They just want the money.

I have my iphone repaired quickly - pretty much on the same day. Though the price quoted initially increase $20 more when I came back later to pick up my phone. Perhaps instead of giving a verbal quote, have an estimate written so theres not surprise about the final bill like some of the issue of other customers.

Overall it could have been better. I probably am more frustrated because a technician should explain and have a written agreement binding what issues are valid and what will happen to problem solve the issue. Even the communication about the phone wasnt updated to inform the customer. Initially I had to call. Regardless I did get my phone back in mint condition. BUT after the screen broke I also received it completely rebooted and my only frustration started because I didnt expect that. If I knew I would have just got a new phone and I would have bypassed the issue by pulling the encrypted data off the broken phone. Oh well life happens. Would I recommend this company to fix phones yes BUT I will also tell people to reassess their situation before jumping to a conclusion.

My daughter cracked her iPhone screen earlier in the day. Sent a request in for an appointment, after Googling and seeing their prices and their reviews, and got a reply to drop off between 10 - 7. Went by at 6:20 thinking it would be ready sometime the next day, but was told it would be done at 6:59. Hung out for a little bit in the car and 20 minutes later had a text notification it was done. Fast service and at half price of Apple or Nerd Squad. Very impressed!

I took a Samsung Galaxy camera with a cracked screen to be repaired as it had all the same features as a Galaxy phone with out the phone! No camera shop would touch it! They were able to replace the screen and it works and looks like new! They kept me appraised of the progress with the repair. I cant even begin to describe how AMAZING these guys were. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy A50 phone flat on its screen in a parking lot, so you can imagine what happened to the poor glass. I didnt have a screen protector, either. It was extremely cracked, but the phone still worked fine. I found these guys and went in to see if they could replace my screen. They said they could, and luckily they had my screen at the store (whew!). It took about 2 hours for the screen to be completely fixed. They gave me a text when it was ready, and it was as good as new. I was seriously impressed. The total ended up being about $150. I then wanted to get a screen protector put on my phone (I learned my lesson the first time haha). I bought a tempered glass protector on Amazon and brought it in, and they put it on for free. Looked great. My experience at Gadgetmates was phenomenal. They are friendly and great at what they do. If you have any additional issues with your device, they will fix it without issue in a timely manner (if they have the parts in the store, if they dont, you will naturally have to wait a few days for them to come in, but thats to be expected!) I will only be visiting this business for my tech needs from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I broke the back of my camera and there was a bend to my iphone. Originally the price was $180 but after they’re diagnosis and work the price went down significantly! Didn’t have to replace the back which is what costed more money. Very dependable and affordable.

I went to this company after reading awesome reviews. Yesterday I called at 10 am over the phone they said the cost to replace the screen of my iPhone 6 is $49.99 plus tax $55. When dropping the phone at 11:30 am the gentleman said it would be 49.99 plus tax $55 nothing new so far. Screen was replaced without any issues. What I don’t understand is why when I picked up the phone he said that the cost would be $65.01 instead of $55 ($10 more) which I paid in cash with no receipt. Nothing was said about the extra charge. Why? I don’t know but I left with mix feelings about my experience with them specially at this time when our income is tight. I was told the warranty on the repairs is 30 days - I hope I don’t have to go back because they might no be able to honor that.

I had purchased the flash drive to reinstall my personal computer yet, my computer was an ACER and they told me that I would have to go thru a company call Capital Data and they told me that they did not guarantee that it would work but come on I paid over $1000.00 a few years ago I should have had no problem but my computer had bee shut down by Network Administrators thru the BIOS as I had a sys prep error. I was so happy that I could come to a business who understood quickly how to repair my computer. I feel that it is criminal how you can buy a computer and with in three years it not be able to system repair! As we all up graded to Windows 10? I am not happy with the ability of some to make your computer inoperable. If you need an honest repair person here is a business you can trust! Thank you!

My first impression of Gadgetmates was pretty good but that quickly changed. I took my iPhone XS Max in to have the screen replaced in July. They must not have used Genuine parts because my phone was nothing but glitchy. Whenever I typed on the keyboard it would register as another key. My phone kept trying to unlock in my pocket while it was Locked and would continuously lock me out of my phone until the timer cooled down. I couldnt always swipe up to close out of apps. At least once a day it started to pocket dial emergency services. I just thought that those were just part of having an aftermarket screen. I didnt want to cause any probelms so I just dealt with it. But last night my the top half of my touchscreen stop registering touch. So Im unable to even put the code into my phone. I went in this morning to try and get it fixed. He looked at it for maybe 3 seconds and told me that because there was scratches on the screen I would have to purchase a-whole new screen replacement from them again. He referenced a 30 day warranty that I was not told about when I got my phone fixed. I would highly recommend just getting a new phone because by the time youre done with all their BS you could have just bought a new phone. Learn from my mistake and stay away.

This is the only place I go for all my Apple repairs. I’ve referred friends and family and they all love this place too. They will typically price match Groupon pricing, if you don’t want to buy it through Groupon. Always throw in free screen protectors or cases at a discounted price. Don’t be a afraid to ask “is there anything else can you do for me” because they always have deals. If you have more than one broken item they give you a discount. Their prices can’t be beat and they always guarantee their work. They’re also very quick which is a bonus. I’ve been coming here for years and won’t go elsewhere. My iPad screen was cracked so bad “cracked” is under exaggerated, (you could see the camera and everything). I took it in and they were super friendly, professional and quick, I didn’t expect it for another 2 days but it was ready that night. Only down fall, had a little glue above the screen right between the casing and glass, but it’s because of the repair. It’s either that or cracked screen, came off fairly easily. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I brought my computer to change the charger port. They suggested to change the battery as well. I left 2 chargers with them to check that everything works fine after reparation. When I picked up the laptop: The battery is not charging. Everything was missed up. All my drivers were stopped. A really poor job. They didnt even took the time to use the charger and verify the repair before handling me the laptop !!!

The person who waited on me was professional and had a mask on. But, the guy sitting within a few feet of him had a mask slung around his neck when I dropped off a phone and when I picked it up. For proper infection control, and to keep customers and coworkers safe, everybody needs to participate or its not worth anybodys time.

Jose helped us in late March 2020, replacing the charging port on my iphone. He honored the quoted price I received from Yelp. Service duration estimate was 2 hours, and was completed in 1 hour. Need I say more?
