Superb service over four year span. Most problems are quickly fixed by on-line support. Even step-by-step instructions to repair given over the phone have been easily accomplished. Have noticed that they quietly do updates at night when the computer is not in use. I highly recommend ITS.

Signed up for their managed services for my company, and honestly their capabilities are minimal. Their tech staff are inept, and not really capable of solving any issues. The on boarding process was extensive, and when we cancelled our services it took them 4 attempts to completely remove all invasive software. I highly recommend anyone else.

Within a month of starting service with them our server died right at the beginning of our busy season. They saved us from crashing and burning that year and have done so a few times since. It sometimes feels like they arent doing a lot these days, but I know thats only because they have things running so smoothly. I dont have to worry about it because I know they will handle anything that happens.

I spent WAY too many hours trying to get my Gmail to download in to Outlook. I went through every on-line tutorial and tried every tip. A friend of mine came to my office and spent at least another four hours trying to help me get this issue resolved, when she suggested I try ITS. I called to see if this company could help me with some issues we were having and if they come on site or if its over the phone...basic questions and I got some after hours number and this guy Malec could not and WOULD NOT tell me anything. All he kept asking me for was the name of my company....that info is irrelevant at this point if you cant answer a simple question of Can your company come out and help me with... Why do you need any information at this point, Im not giving you My info before I even know if You can help me. Repeatedly, he would not stop asking me!!!!.
