Susan is THE BEST!! I drive clear across town just to have Susan do only alterations! I ordered face masks for my family in New York as they had specifically requested the ones that I had. They had quite a few orders and she had them all ready for me custom-made the next day. I was extremely impressed! What a wonderful owner! She went above and beyond for me today. She is handling a rather sentimental project for me. She is taking pieces of my late moms wedding dress and my late brothers jacket and sewing them onto a handkerchief for my other brothers wedding. She said no questions asked bring it in Ill have it done today. She was kind, understanding, and willing to do it on a rush basis. Just her vibe itself is angelic. Shes an angel to me. So today, I had an very important appointment. My suit pants needed an alteration. I dropped my pants off at noon and they were done by 2:00. In that time period, Susanna had three regular clients drop by.
