I brought in a romper that I bought from an online fashion boutique that fit a little big. I brought it in & Lisa pinned me up and made sure it fit to my liking. A few days later I picked it up & it was PERFECT! Plus the material is sheer/mesh & you cant even tell where its been altered! Highly recommend, great work & inexpensive!

You get what you pay for, as much as it is expensive. I am amazed with how much care and detail the seamstress went into my stuff. I recently was diagnosed with a rare eye disease, and am partially blind because of it. I am a seamstress myself and I wear alot of gothic fashion but can not sew anymore as a result of my diagnosis. The alterations services is worth every penny. And I am so excited to wear the things I couldnt before. I Highly recommend this place.You want good service, you pay for good service!

Quality and timely alterations at a reasonable price.I have come here multiple times for several alterations and they have not let me down. The work product is great for the price. I am happy with their services and will continue to bring my clothing here for alteration. Also, their hours run longer than your average work day so its easy to stop by and pickup after hours, and they are open on the weekends too which is very helpful.

I went in for a minor alteration for my daughters custom overalls that was ordered online. They alternated it within 48 hours and the price was inexpensive. I was turned away from several tailors because they didn’t want to mess up on the design but not ZR Alterations. They altered it to fit my daughter perfectly and were very nice. They have confidence in their work and did an awesome job. Great service .

Lisa at ZR alterations did a excellent job fixing my zipper on my jacket. I was very surprised to see that it looked like it was straight from the factory!!!! I will be bringing all my alteration needs to her from now on! I highly reccomend her as shes most definitely one of the best in town !

DO NOT GO HERE! I’m not one to ever write a review about something. I just deal with it and move on. But this tailor is seriously awful! My boyfriend’s suit pant tore by the pocket and I knew that it would have some stitching be noticeable but what they did was horrible. They messed up the pant so badly that it cannot be fixed now. When I went back to tell them how unhappy I was with the work they provided me with all she did was sigh as if I’m the one inconveniencing her. I will never go back to this tailor and I will suggest everyone look for someone else.

The people working here know what their doing. They can taper suit pants the full length of the leg very well. Highly recommended.

Excellent job! I am completely satisfied, which doesnt happen a lot. They did great job on my pants. Now they fit like tailored clothing. Furthermore, I left my suit there for cleaning which was done properly!

I have used them for both alterations and dry cleaning and I have been extremely happy with both services. I was going out of town and needed some pants altered by the following morning. They took care of it and the pants looked great! I will definitely be back!

The woman who was working there when I went was so nice to me she immediately attended to me when I walked in, literally dropped what she was doing. I needed a hem and I had to have it done in 2 days. She didnt charge me for a rush order and said shed have it done by the next day. A wonderful experience overall

I was in town for a conference and some idiot burned a whole in my pants at a Vegas nigh club so I took them here to have them try to fix them, and they did a great job of fixing them to make it almost un-noticable. GREAT JOB! Happy customer here and it was less than $10 for the fix, sweet work. They rock.

Ok, so I literally took a quarter of my closet for alterations to this place. A lot of the things I buy are vintage and everything has to be altered. The owner is a genius woman, she doesnt just do tailoring, she can rework an outfit. She can do anything. My go to place!!! Sooooo happy I found her :-)

I walked in and was greeted politely! I went in with my 5! Yes 5 layered wedding dress and Lisa was so patient!!! I am on my way now to pick up my dress!!! Wedding in 2 weeks!!!!

I had a bad experience with them.really bad service does not stand in word and time as they promise they will give you a smile when you will enter their store and after you pay you are no longer interested.

They hemmed a pair of expensive motorcycle pants for me. The hem was beautiful and even. I wouldnt even know these pants didnt come this length!
