Ive come here for 17 years. Had countless dry cleaning. I wish I could say good things, as the proprietor is a very nice elderly man. Unfortunately, the operation has some problems. They lost half of an $800 Boss suit, the jacket. There was another jacket, but it wasnt nearly as important. They were alterations. I realize now, that not being given a ticket by the alteration lady was a big red flag, but hey its been 17 years, and I trusted them.Ive gone back for months, asking if theyve located it. The staff couldnt care less, and sadly no solutions offered. No ticket Just blown off.e

I have been using Eldorado Cleaners on West Sahara for over 7 years, They are courteous, diligent and efficient. They have never lost any of my clothing, never harmed any garments and always had the dry cleaning ready when promised. They dry clean ON SITE, can have your dry cleaning back in 24 hours and the prices cant be beat anywhere in the valley. Trust me, I have looked! Thank you Eldorado!

My regular place for dry cleaning. Always happy with the service. Kind of odd that people on here blame this business for the stains that they put on the garment. I am sure that this disclaimer is stated but not understood. The other odd comment is when the person says stay away but still patronized the business since they do good work...but have poor communication skills due to a cultural disconnect...

Been using this dry cleaner for almost a decade. Never lost one piece, always did right by me. Tailor and hemming is amazing and itd also the BEST price in vegas. Imagine this as Peter lugers of dry cleaners... they arent supposed to be nice they are doing things to well to be in a mood to be nice. #greatamericanbusiness

I have used this DryCleaner for about 2 years....(even to dryclean the dress they Ruined)Last week I picked up my dress with the purple lace COMPLETLY staining/bleeding into the white part of the dress. They had to press it completetly ruined...bit chose to say nothing when I picked it up1 - The Owner & Employee were letting me walk out the door with my dress RUINED, and they werent going to say anything...but something caught my eye before I walked out2 - The Employee - Accused me and said, ...you asked us to dryclean it (vs. launder)3 - The Owner - Told me, ...this dress was probably made overseas. You need to talk to the dress makerThey already have inconvenient hours due to lack of business from covid And they apparently do not care to lose moreThey RUINED/DYED my dress and were going to let me take it home that way. When I caught their error, in no moment did they accept Any Responsibility. I will never return but WILL advise as many people as possible to not use them.

STAY AWAY. Like everyone else, Ive experienced rude behavior at the counter, I put up with it because they do a good job on the cleaning and I figured, I only see them once in awhile and wouldn’t let them get to me. Today, I picked up my blouse with missing gold pins that hold the top of the blouse. It’s a minimalist blouse but the gold pins that hold it gave it a dramatic look. I asked for it politely, and showed them a picture taken 3 days ago.The Older lady went back to folding shirts didn’t say anything, I stood there just waiting.A lady named Maria, started opening drawers, looking up and down counters. The she said to call at 11 am and she’ll ask whoever took care of the garment when she gets in at 11 am. I call at 11 am and Maria Said the lady is not in yet. I said what time is she coming in and Maria said I don’t know. I offered to call at 11:30 am or 12 noon. Maria said call at 12 noon. I call at 12 noon and I was told Maria is not there. I told the lady Eda, i was told to call back at 12 noon and here I am calling and explained about the gold pins missing. She said Maria went to the bank and to call at 12:30pm. My flight is at 1:30 pm. I asked Eda if they found the gold pins and she said she doesn’t know. I asked my cousin to pick up my blouse. They were angry and acted that we were bothering them. No remorse, No apologies.

Rude and very unprofessional. Clothes still had stains on them. Isn’t this a “cleaning” service provider? Terrible!

They use the n word to their customers and leave stains on clothes and charge a ridiculous amount

Used the cleaners a few times because they’re close. I had a HORRIBLE experience on the 3rd go around. They ruined a new jacket but I noticed it when I picked it up so I expected a positive outcome. The staff couldn’t help me and I was told I had to wait for management to resolve it. I was frustrated but I left the jacket with my contact info and they never called. I went back to check on it after a week and they said I had to wait another week because Joe, the owner was recovering from surgery. After 2 more weeks, I went back in because no one ever contacted me. All that waiting and Joe says “they don’t read labels” and it’s not their job to read every label. I can’t believe he hasn’t been put out of business because he obviously doesn’t care about his work or customers. BEWARE if your clothes get damaged at Eldorado Cleaners, they are NOT responsible and it’s just your loss.I should have read the reviews!!!

I had used this dry cleaners at the Henderson locations for years. I moved up west and was pleased to see they had this location too. Until I went in. I dealt with the rude staff for a few years but I have had enough. I am more than happy to pay 3 times the amount for a nice staff. I have never met employees who were so rude. Dont waste your time or money here unless you want to be belittled and treated poorly.

Ive been coming here for a year and a half never had a problem. Never had an issue with the clothes dry cleaned or laundered. The prices are the best in town when you sign up for coupons through text messages!

Been going here for a couple of months noticed they would get sloppy with the creases on the pants and shirt I told them about it 3 separate occasions about it. They seemed to ignore it because when I got my dress pants this time I noticed they creased it 3 times in 3 different areas!!! Are you kidding me for the price they’re asking and the service I’m getting back is horrible never coming back don’t waste your time and don’t ruin your clothes with these people!!!! Bad bad bad stay away

Absolutely awful service. Owners should pay more attention on actual dry cleaning instead of trying to sell the wifes useless crap. Go across the street next to Jimmy Johns. Much better service.

This place is the worst dry cleaning establishment Ive ever given my business to; wont make that mistake again. The customer service is terrible. I had the misfortune of speaking with Joe (Owner) about a article of clothing that was mishandled. Given Joes poor quality of customer service, I see why Eldorado Cleaners is just as pathetic. If I had the time, I would open up a cleaners next door solely to put Joe and this dump of an establishment out of business!

Taken dress shirts and suits there for most part stains are out and lines on crease of shirt are decent, but they can be un polite not so friendly.

Went back with a dress because spots were not taken out and the old man behind the counter tells me go some where else then and hands me $2 refund, So I did go elsewhere and they took the spots out and were even polite ..

I had called on the phone the day before and spoke to a lady if i can get same day service and she sounded really nice over the phone. When i get to the dry cleaner the next morning im expecting the same lady that was really nice to me on the phone. Well Nooooo. All the front employess had an attitude, Didnt even smile. Didnt even say good morning, its like they didint want to be there, And if they dont like there job they should look for another one! Im NEVER going back to that place again or recommending it to anyone. BAD BAD BAD service!!!
