They had to order my scrubs cause they didn’t have the size. Initially the lady said it would be 2 weeks to get them. I’m going onto 4 weeks and had to call them twice already. First time they said it was there and the manager would call me that day… got no call. Called the second time and she didn’t even bother looking up my name or order and said it wasn’t there and the manager would be gone for another week. Terrible customer service.

I loved the service I received and I was able to do a pay roll deduction with them I tried on everything and if they dont have what you want they will get it.

I liked the old guy (contrary to another review)... first time I shopped there was Dec 2014 and I liked the selection. They have numerous brands Ive never tried before and all sizes. I had an exchange and it was very easy. Ive met the guy, his daughter and they have a new front desk girl. Never had an issue with purchases, exchanges, quality of the products, or their staff... Im definitely recommending them and will purchase from Scrubs Etc again. Thank you!

The salesperson took ample time helping me select a cooler scrub top as I would be working outdoors in scrubs in the Vegas heat. She was friendly and sweet and answered all my questions, 45minutes til closing.

The two times I went there they were super friendly which made shopping for scrubs a breeze. When one of the pair of bottoms were too short the female worker at the time was eager to return them and exchange it for a different pair.

Nice selection. The Hawaiian lady is nice, the African American lady is nasty, and unfriendly. She laughed at me when I asked why one pair had no size tag. She said it didnt matter, to buy something else if it bothered me so much. What a jerk.

Great selection of scrubs at reasonable prices

The man who owns this store seems nice at first but is actually very rude. I tried on several scrubs and accidentally got some makeup on the collar of a couple of the tops. Instead of griping about it after I left (like any normal person would do), he went ahead and got on to me right there as I was checking out. I apologized and even offered to help get the makeup off, but he proceeded to laugh at me for my offer, shook his head in disappointment and explained that he would have to take them home and wash them. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation and I will never give him my business again. I should have walked out instead of buying the scrubs that I did end up getting.I will give the younger gal there credit for being very helpful and patient with me in dealing with my indecisiveness. She was great, but unfortunately that older man will drive away most of his customers.
