Ana is amazing! Her work is the best in town! She has fixed everything for me from gowns to swimsuits to my children’s suits and Halloween costumes. I’m extremely particular and sometime request very tedious and difficult alterations but she always delivers. Her work is absolute perfection! I’m always rushing to get things altered last minute and she goes out of her way to get things done quickly. Sometimes the very next day! She is also the sweetest person and goes out of her way to make my little boys feel calm and welcome in her shop. I tell all of my friends and family about Ana and everyone is so happy with the results! Thank you Ana for all of your hard work and talent! Truly the best!!!

I came in to get my crisscrossing purse altered. The woman looked at my bag and told me that I need to bring my own fabric and they will have it altered . I was appalled since it’s an alterations store to begin with. And I didn’t felt the welcoming from the lady

We had a good experience with this shop to cut my new pants. I was invited to a Birthday party and as my old pants was not good on me anymore, I had got new pants . And as Im not so tall guy I had to make them cut a little. Happy with Ana.

I had brought in a short sleeve shirt to get tailored (including the short sleeves). When I tried it on, I at first didnt notice one sleeve was longer than the other, and left satisfied. My previous experience with another shirt went well, and thats why I came back. When I went to wear the shirt & noticed the error, I figured we all make mistakes, and Ill bring it back and have it corrected.When I finally came in to have the problem fixed, she denied it was her work. I at first was shocked, and when she refused to answer if she was denying that I brought the shirt to her for altering, I became angry. (She takes pride in her work; that is commendable. But too much pride poisons when one cant admit they made a mistake).If someone else helps her with work, or if she couldnt remember, at least tell me that. She would not answer me yes or no when I repeatedly questioned if she was denying that I brought the shirt to her. I was feeling she was trying make me out to be the liar, and you cant treat or make your customers feel that way. At this point I walked out and took the shirt, along with other garments I had planned to give to her for more work, and my business elsewhere. Shes not bad, but if she messes up your clothes, she may deny fault.

I brought my sweater to Ms Ana and she fixed it while I waited.Her act of kindness made me feel special. Thank You!

If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. Horrible customer service. Sad excuse for a business owner. Do not tell a customer a time to be at your store to pick up their items and not be there, and if circumstances change a call works wonders. Obviously some people have no common decency, no business skills, no customer service training, and no common sense. I could care less if you know how to perform a job if you have no desire to leave a customer satisfied then you’re wasting your time. First impressions are everything. I should have taken my business elsewhere to begin with. Ana, is a horribly rube, and terrible excuse for a human, who barely speaks and has no soul. I had a feeling this was no one to trust. Well I learned my lesson, I will not be returning to this animal for any work what so ever. Thank you, have a nice day Alterations by Ana.

This woman is very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place since you enter she makes you feel that you are not welcome .

We called about 10am and needed some pants hemmed for a wedding later that day. We had the pants back by 2pm and they looked great. Awesome service. Very happy!

My husband and daughter was there about 20 minutes ago and this woman is very rude and disrespectful. On Thursday she told my husband to come Saturday at 11am on the dot to get his jacket or she will be closed. So my husband and daughter got there 10 minutes before 11am and she wasn’t there. So my husband called her and told her he was there and had an attitude and told my husband that the parking lot is closed and she was closed for today. My husband explained to her the parking lot is open and he was told by her to come at 11am. She got loud with my husband and he got loud back and she had the nerve to bring her son to try and intimidate him. It’s sad how he wasn’t going to give her any business because she was rude when he walked in. I think she has issues with black people and it’s quite sad. She’s very rude, and talk to customers like trash. Her son had the nerve to say “don’t ever come back!” Who in the world would want to come back to a place that’s rude and disrespectful. I hate to say it but we need more black businesses and we need to shop at black businesses because people like this are horrible and shouldn’t run a business. Very disappointed and disrespected. I hope this place shuts down. And I’m reposting again after it being removed.
