Ive had my carpet cleaned several times by Limpio unfortunately today I got a different cleaner then normal and he put one foot in my door and refused to clean my carpet . He said that it was to damaged and company policy is to not clean it . I let him know it looks no different then it ever has and they always come in and do great . Its not even juice stains its dirt stains from tracking in the parking lot and dust from the outside . He said its a new company policy. And its only stained like that by the front door he still refused to do it . Normally Id recommend these guys but apparently new company policy is to not clean dirt out of carpets . Im sorry but if my carpets didnt have dirt in them I wouldnt have called you .

Ive been having this company clean my carpet for 3 years now! Everytime Im happy with the way my carpet turns out. I recommend them, very professional team!
