I cant say enough about the service I received from Green Carpet Cleaning. Its been a while since I had the 4 upstairs rooms, hallway & stairs cleaned. Tech Nick was on time, professional and did a Great Job! I always expect to pay a little extra for per-spot and planned to be out of the house a couple hours after the cleaning to let everything dry out. I couldnt be happier with the result. Will call them again, for sure!

Uncharged and doubled the price when they arrived (300+).Dragged the dirty wheels of the machine they used over wet carpet. Unloaded the vacuum in my sink and left it there.Getting Managment to call you back is harder than finding a stranger who owes you money. Unprofessional reps who lie to your face promising call backs that never happened.Hide yo kids hide yo wives.Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.

I had an appointment scheduled to get my carpets cleaned as part of the whole home special. When the technicians came the price doubled because what was quoted on the phone was only for steam cleaning. Their website makes no mention of steam clean only. Shady unprofessional upselling. I sent the technicians away as I wont support dishonest businesses.Do not recommend.UPDATE: The company is now calling and harassing me about the bad review. The rep tried to blame my wife for miscommunication. I was with my wife when she booked the appointment and know exactly what was said. Their behavior is very unprofessional.

Good company, stands by their services offered. Had a more minor issue and they returned and made it right.Be prepared to pay for additional chemicals etc if you need them that way you are not surprised when tech shows up and provides you quote.Both techs met were cordial and professional.Thanks.

Was quoted $119 for 3 rooms and a walk in closet and was charged $268. They said there was a $100 disinfectant steam fee for covid to “protect themselves from being sued.” Which is ridiculous they would upcharge because of covid. After all the miscellaneous fees and charges it was almost $350, but they listed us as post office workers so we get a discount? I don’t know. Very unprofessional and just strange.

I have used GCC in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. I recently moved into a new house where the previous owners had carpet with HEAVY traffic area stains. It looked like oil, drinks and dog urine.When GCC showed up they offered me a repeat customer discount and went to town.The technician let sprayed his chemicals and let it saturate the areas with carpets while he scrubbed and cleaned the ceramic tiles.When we returned to see the end results, WOW!!!!! It looked brand new and the pleasant smell filled the house!!!I intend to have them do my sofas and sectionals VERY soon.

Very rarely do I have to taste a local business mediocre. We all know the hidden practices of carpet cleaning companies who send out the mailers. Expect to pay a few hundred dollars more than coupon.So why the one star? I actually ordered the driveway stream cleaning for $59. What the coupon doesnt say versus what the technician says is... Wait for it... Its per car port! So if you have a two car driveway expect the starting price to be $118. Add the acid wash and you will be at the $100 per carport range.Also note that they will not be bringing their own water supply so they will be adding a lot of gallons to your water bill!Lately do not pay until the driveway is dry. You wont notice, and neither will the technician, there are still marks and untreated areas if you pay while its wet like I did.Ive treated my driveway in the past with commercial degreaser from Home Depot and a pressure nozzle for the hose and got the same results as the acid wash.My suggestion is that you pretreat your trouble areas first, with whatever services you get, before they arrive and just get the basic stream cleaning. Zep products do the same as theirs.The technician was honest and confident. He was upfront. He was cool and got the job done quickly. He simply was following the company pricing model and script. No fault of his own.I would rank him five stars.If you found this review helpful, or not, make sure you like it so that it can rank higher for other to see and be able to make informed decisions.

Fast, professional, and very nice - from scheduling, cleaning to billing. Cleaned an 8x10 carpet and a small loveseat that we were going to have to put on the street. Everything smells good now - no chemical scent either! Very happy and highly recommend it.

Ordering their service was fast and convenient, unfortunately the service was also fast… Spent over $827 for two hours worth of work? Air ducs, carpet, sofa, love seat, stairs and a hallway. Chris the tech at first seemed very friendly, unfortunately within 30 days I had to reach out because the stains returned and so did the odor and smell… Chris came back out, spent 10 minutes and said sorry if you need more help just buy a new carpet don’t contact me! This carpet is not even two years old! I will never use the service again and don’t recommend it unless it’s free!

Ive attached a few pictures of the hallway and room that should have been treated.On 11/26/18 i hired this company. I found them online $60 deal. The tech ended up upselling which was expected from previous booking conversation. The room that he treated, looked as if it wasnt touched. The overall result on my upstairs seemed mediocre. Tech also failed to clean the master closet. My husband does a better job by renting a wet vac from the home depot. The tech was Dennis. Ended up paying $200. But shows $150 on receipt. When I came back from work I realized how poorly it looked. My husband didnt realized as he was keeping the boys downstairs and as soon as the tech left my husband took the boys outside of the home. I dont recommend Green Carpet Cleaning and wont do business with them. Lesson learned!

When you call they give you no information, they just say that the person will explain everything there... The price they give you is just for steaming for their website....nothing else no actual carpet cleaning quote. Then when they get there they try and push the most expensive option. Even after telling them no the steaming will be fine for now they try ro push more and more.. I get it were all trying to make money but if someone explains that they cant afford that more than 4 times stop pushing it.

The carpets in my apartment were absolutely trashed with pet stains, lots of pet fur stuck in, soda and food stains, you name it. Green Carpet Cleaning Pros did an AMAZING job. My carpets look like they did when we first moved it.The cleaning solution they use has a fresh lemon scent and no strong chemical smells at all. (that was probably my favorite part, my home smelt wonderful!)I used a coupon I found on their website for 3 rooms plus stairs and hallways for $89. However, we had fostered a puppy for a short time and it was not potty trained. It peed in the same spot probably 10-15 times. They had to use a special steam to lift all the urine out of the carpet. After everything the total came to about $200- but worth every single penny. I am honestly shocked they were able to make the urine-soaked carpet look brand new.I am thoroughly impressed with this company and so grateful for the work they have done on my carpet.

The technician by the name of Zar provided exceptional service. He was professional yet friendly and he completely the job quickly but with care. This company uses a sanitizer that I wanted because I have an infant who survived meningitis. Zar had no problems spraying a little extra at my request just to put my mind at ease! I appreciate the service

I am so pleased with my experience with this company. The technician Johny provided excellent customer service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job in cleaning my carpets. My carpets look and smell great! I will definitely use Green Carpet Cleaning again.

As I was on a time crunch I scheduled only a day prior and they were able to send out a tech named Johny with less than 24hrs notice. Punctual, the cleaning took as long as was needed, the couch looks great and smells great. Johny cleaned up the whole living room after and gave me good advice on how to keep it looking good. Would use their services again.

Great quality of work. Friendly ownership & staff. Have trusted them as a subvendor for our restoration company over the past few years and our customers are always happy with the outcome of their area rugs, which makes us look good! If there is ever an issue (which is rare), they are quick to seek resolution rather than hassle. Highly recommend these guys.

It was not a steam cleaning at all. Soaked my carpets with water, brought all the dirt to the top that is now surfacing. Took 2 full days with fans on the carpets to dry. Guy was super nice and polite but wore his shoes in the house and the equipment was dirty. His van was parked out front with front door open and water (my water) was steadily flowing out of the van door down the street. I called because they were in my price range $79 and had good review. When he got here the price was $400 for all the extras. THEY ARE HORRIBLE CARPET CLEANERS!

Called and needed my carpets cleaned ASAP for a move out. They were able to come out the next day and arrived on time in the time slot that they stated. The guy did a great job explaining his services and how long it would take him.

Marcus did a great job. He explained that because it was a move out, there were several options including warranties that would help me get my security deposit back. I went with a basic steam but in the end, it looked refreshed and clean. I appreciate the options without the hard sell to upgrade. He was on time, friendly, and efficient. I will be a return customer!

UPDATE (1/24/2020): I absolutely received service from Green Carpet Cleaning and called them immediately after my tech left. And I said VERBATIM the exact same thing I mentioned in this review. And as I said on the phone, from one business owner to another, this is unacceptable.----The tech was professional and arrived on time but Im truly sick of the bait and switch tactics these carpet cleaning companies use with pricing. They should be fully transparent about the range in pricing. Dont tell me its $10 a room and arrive and charge me $100 per room. If theres even a chance that its $100... just say that. The customer service was incredibly snooty and would not take ownership of this deceptive practice. Do not patronize them -- youll regret it.---

I had one small room and one heavy walkway done (no more than 100 ft²). I had pet odor remover and Scotchgard protective layer added. There was no furniture that needed to be moved. The carpets stayed wet for 2 days and we had to keep the windows and doors open because the odor of the chemicals they used was so strong. I had to board my dogs because it was making them sick. The smell of stale urine, worse than before, returned within a week. I didnt take advantage of their 30-day thing because I am afraid the chemicals they are using our harmful. Theyre extremely expensive for the value, or what value, you get from them. Shop wisely.

This company is the only one I use to get my carpets cleaned. I have recommended them to friends and family members as well, and we are all repeat-customers. They are professional, courteous, and have great customer service. They show up on time and get the job done without hassle. Highly recommended!

Okay so I was not happy initially but, the company really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Christian was friendly and professional and did a great job with the carpet.Will definitely get my repeat business.Just be aware that the full-service costs more than the basic deal online, and it is a little pricey but they do a thorough job.

Let me start by saying I looked at many different cleaning companies and unfortunately they all seem to have similar complaints. All seem to tell you one price then try to charge you another. But this company seemed to have the fewest of them all. So i called, spoke to a nice woman, explained I had a sectional, and that my old cat had thrown up on 1 part of the sofa. I wanted it steamed cleaned and that part he puked on to be sanitized. I was quoted $75.00. Great! They arrived today, on time which was nice. I explained to the tech the problem. I also tell him that I have cats so be careful to shut the door as he is in and out getting equipment. While he is setting up he asks for 2 towels, for the water that will get on my floor (I thought it was strange that a company doesnt give their techs rags), and he asked for a small white towel. I didnt have that so i just gave him 2 towels. Then I said, If you have time in your schedule Id like to do my 2 year old grandsons bedroom, only if he had time as I understand this was a last minute request. He said after the sofa he should have time.He started to do a test on the sofa, and then used a tablet to test the results of his spot test. He then said that to do the job on the sofa alone would be $329.00!!! Woah, I was quoted $75.00! He calls is supervisor who says to offer me the job for $199.00...I ask for the phone and speak to the guy on the phone. I told him i was paying $75, getting just a steam clean and the area sanitized like I had agreed to. So the job was completed in literally 15 minutes. I told the tech, forget doing my grandsons room, I would have totally done it and paid the going rate for a 10x10 room but after they tried to charge me so much for the sofa no way would I get them do do any work. Then as Im doing the payment, getting the paperwork etc I notice That hes left the front door wide open when he brought stuff outside! After I specifically explained that I have cats that could get out! So in a nut shell, Id be very very specific with this company if you choose to use them, and hold your ground when you get a quote. They could have up sold me on the carpet cleaning of my grandsons room, and if they didnt try to charge me more i would have possibly used them again. but not now.******UPDATE NEXT DAYThe manager called to say they wanted to make things right by me, offered to explain why the price was more once the tech was there in person. Also tried to explain that the reason for asking for my towels was to blot the sofa when it was done. He offered to come clean my grandsons room for free, I declined, and he offered to give me a refund, I declined because the job was done, and the smell was gone so I feel that i paid for a job and it was accomplished. But after telling him many times i was not looking for a refund he said he was going to do it anyway.

I would absolutely use them again. The gentleman that cleaned our carpet actualy took the time to help us move our furniture around. Hello to all readers,I am a totally satisfied customer, I have a sectional couch that was in need of cleaning. When I called Green Carpet Cleaning, the guy originally told me they were booked solid, and I would have to wait till the following week. After explaining my situation that we had company coming in from out of town, and my wife wanted it cleaned before they came, the guy took my number and said he’d call me back as soon as he figured out how he could make it work. Honestly I figured it might not happen, but much to my surprise he called back and said he could have a guy out to our house in 2 hours ! The cleaner showed up a little early and got right to work . He was a professional !! He got our sectional looking brand new again. He was a Hawaiian islander name James, in short if I ever need services in the future I will definitely give a call to the Green Carpet Cleaning Company . They are timely and services are reasonably priced. However during my last service, their equipment really marked up my walls in the stairwell. Also, I feel the upholstery cleaning didnt provide the deep cleaning I needed because I could still smell pet odor in the cushions.

These guys definitely stand by their name, Green Carpet Cleaning *PROS*. I got my carpet cleaned recently that was in bad shape/condition. I had a good amount of pet accidents and smelt really bad along with dirty traffic all around. They gave me a courtesy call just letting me know that the Technician was on the way, which was a huge plus for me because I almost forgot that I even booked an appointment. Technician understood what I wanted cleaned, did his thing, and was able to restore my carpet back to clean condition. Thank you so much Green Carpet Cleaning Pros!

Company is very unprofessional. They refuse to return calls 90% of the time, and when they do return calls, there is always profanity being used in the background in their end. Tried to set up a carpet cleaning with them based on their review store, but if they clean floors as good as their customer service is, your better off doing it yourself eith a rug doctor.

We’ve had Green Carpet Cleaning come clean our carpets several times already after parties at our home and they’ve done such a fantastic job each and every time. We’ve even had them come out once after my daughter had an awful accident and spread and tracked poo around the house and bench by the bed. We immediately call them. Cj came out and disinfected/cleaned the areas/furniture. You can actually feel the difference of cleanliness after they leave! It’s shocking and such a pleasant experience. Our tech is and has always been CJ and he’s just great! Very informative. On time. Honest. Friendly. Helpful. Great quotes too. We will def continue to use Green Carpet Cleaning and recommend them over other companies.

Scheduled an appt last week for today. Was given a scheduled time between 8am-11am but was also told I was the first appt of the day. I received a call at 9:49 am from Doug letting me know he was on his way, when I asked how long he stated 30 min. After 11am came around I called the company to find out what happened and why Doug has yet to arrive. They said they would look into it and call me back. I received a call back from Doug at 11:20 and said he was 4 mins away. I asked what happened to the previously committed time and he said he had to fix a flat. I asked why I wasn’t notified and he didn’t have a response. When he showed up at 11:30am, he was dressed poorly in an unnamed van and I felt very uncomfortable. This felt like a shady backyard business rather than how they display themselves online. When I tried to call the company back after cancelling the appt, the call ended up going to voicemail. Beware of this company. They hire random people to execute their services. Not trustworthiness or professional at all.

Had a coupon for $89.00 with free hallway & stairs....Two guys show up one quotes the price and the other does the cleaning. I was quoted over $200.00 for approximately less then 300 sq ft. I told him I had the coupon he said Oh that doesnt work, And that included veterans discount. What a joke. Well I really wanted my carpet cleaned so I agreed to a lesser price. Sorry I did. The carpet was left soaked and it took 3 days to dry. Never again!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I had a coupon from moneymailer for $59 for 4 bedrooms and a free hallway. Well when the tech came here TODAY, he tried to charge us $299 for deep cleaning and $149 for carpet shampoo. I refused and said I just want the deal from the coupon that they offered. It was a back and forth haggle to which I just said I will give $77 total which includes the tip for the coupon deal.I DO NOT SEE A DIFFERENCE EXCEPT A WET CARPET- what a RIP OFF!I DO NOT SMELL THE “GREEN PRODUCTS” THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY USED!On top of that he was done in less than 30 minutes for the whole house! The worst place to call. One guy showed up while my wife was at home and I was at work. Its the same ripoff story as all the other carpet cleaners that get you to call them with their coupons at a really low price. If my wife had read the reviews for Green carpet cleaning she would not have called them. It was too late. Every review I looked at was terrible. See for yourself. We scheduled the coupon for 4 rooms and a hallway for $89. The first thing the scammer did was tell my wife it would be $400 to use cleaner that will actually clean our carpets. And he is one of the head technicians. That means they only use water unless you pay a lot more for thier chemicals. If you use them and they haggle with you they are not contracted. I will be filing a complaint with the Nevada contractors board and show them all the reviews. Any good and fair company will send you a definite quote to stop techs from scamming innocent people on the stop. I will be filing a complaint with the NV contractors board. If you were scammed you should too.

We were calling around asking for a quote. This place quoted us for $69 for carpet cleaning and we thought it was a good deal so we asked if theres any hidden fees or additional fees. We were told it was just the $69. The guy came and we ended up paying $216 not $69. They tell you $69 so you make an appointment with them and charge you almost 4x the amount they quoted you for.

They did a really good job with my move in cleaning. The previous owners had pet and the smell was terrible. Thankfully we got a hold of Green Carpet Cleaning and took care of the job for me! Great company will be using you guys again

I booked an appointment based on speaking with the person on the phone who handles appointments.I asked her. If I book an appointment will I be able to send the bill to the property manager I hired to care for my home while it was being rented out?The person on the other end said yes.So, I made an appointment. They came and it was a different story. They couldnt bill the property manager.They wasted my time, my whole day, and lied.I had furniture scheduled the next day for delivery and they had the nerve to play on that.. I couldve called someone else and had it done or had the property manager pay ahead.

I called and was given a quote for $75.00 for 5 rooms and a hallway but once they get there oh you need to pay extra for stuff to get sprayed onto your carpets to make them clean (so why else would I need my carpets cleaned if not to get stains out right i should not need to pay extra????) So in order to get the stains out they wanted to charge me 300.00 to 400.00 dollars. if they were no stains I would not need the carpets cleaned in the first place.....

I dont understand some of the 1 stars that this company gets. My technician both friendly and professional. Now i know my carpets were no walk in the park. I had originally called for the steam special and advise them that they were def going to need some TLC. I knew after theyd show up Id maybe get extra fees, but it went $100 up, and the stains they discussed were stains Ive taken out in the past myself. We negotiated down, and still had to pay $40 extra than originally stated, since Im trying to get it down in time for moving out. I feel like the reasoning was picky, considering I had no major stains to start with, and the stains left behind like I said, Ive done myself without a machine. I wish I just rented a machine myself, and would have done so if everything wasnt so last minute.

Forgot the guys name, but he was great. Showed up on time was done quickly and did a great job. We got out full security deposit back.

After this was verified, I purchased the groupon for 5 rooms. I went onto the be green website again to schedule my appointment. I put in my preferred dates and gave my phone number with email address for contact.The representative, Brad, and I played phone tag over the next several days (I can not bring a cell into my office so if I dont get the call after work then I cant answer). I left several messages for Brad. After about a week we were finally able to get each other on the phone; however, it was as I was boarding a plane so time was crunched. At this time he accused me of never returning his calls. When I said I had and that we unfortunately had to deal with phone tag he said I know you are lying. WHAT!? My phone records prove that I was not lying and why on earth would I lie about that or have that be a statement made in this conversation?He called me back the Monday before the Wednesday appointment to get the groupon number. Our phone call accidentally disconnected during the call. I immediately called back and when I got Brad on the phone he informed me he assumed I hung up on him so he deleted all of my information from their records for my cleaning!!! All because of a dropped call!He then informed me that I wold incur and additional ~$25 fee for being too far away - even though I checked this before purchasing! At this point I just need my carpets cleaned and dont have the time to go on another waitlist with another company.BRAD was RUDE and Unprofessional. I will update after I interact with the actual tech this week.

I was quoted $59 over the phone for a spot removal the size of the palm of my hand. Immediately upon entering my home the price jumped to $99. The cleaning consisted of the truck mount, a bottle of Stain Blaster and a brush 10ft from my front door. RIP OFF! The odd part was getting a follow up call to ask how much was I charged? Why dont they know?

I wanted the 59 dollar deal on the website, i get a call back to go over the details the lady says $59, once the technician arrives to my place he says its going to be $230. I said i wanted the basic $59 he says that deal wont guarantee that the carpet will smell good after so we went ahead with the 2 hundred n something dollars deal ($200+ more that what i asked for). My house still smells. Worst decition ever

They advertised 4 rooms plus hallway for $59...when the guy came out he said the living room counted as two rooms. Apparently the ad special didnt include sanitation. He said the carpet needed service that would cost $300. He didnt move any furniture except the coffee table. We went for the ad price of $59 but when he was done he said he sanitized anyway and charged $100. He got out most spots but there are still some left. It looks like a job we could have done with a rug doctor.

I spent 190 dollars to have my living room cleaned. Seven hours later it looks like it hasnt been touched and they are trying to tell me to let it dry completely. I was quoted 40 on the phone for one room and paid 190. For a horrible job. Their response, send an email with pictures so we can take it to management. This place is horrible.

We are moving out into another home when I called to book my appointment they gave me a special for 4 rooms for 59$ I had to tell them how bad the carpets were so I already anticipated paying more.When the tech got here I didnt have high hopes for my carpets to look brand new but he did a test spot for me to show me that he could salvage the carpet. Man or man did he do a FANTASTIC job cause the carpet almost looked brand spanking new, night and day almost.Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning, they did an even better job helping me with my budget and even offered me a 30 day guarantee! EPITOME OF BAIT AND SWITCH. USE CAUTION. If you plan on calling this company for a special be prepared to get your home ready and your wallet.I called for a 3 room special. Our 7 month old daughter started scooting and we wanted to make sure our carpets were clean. We were quoted $49.99 with a steam clean and deodorizer.While speaking with the lady who scheduled our appointment, she asked about any stains. I mentioned that we fostered a puppy and had a few pee spots but not sure exactly where. She gave a disclaimer about no guarantees and that the tech might make recommendations.Fast Forward to this morning. The tech comes. looks at the rooms. Goes outside to get his things. Comes in and says that because of the pet urine, that the cost is now $250.00.His reason being, at 250 degrees the steam does not break down the enzymes and actually makes it smell worse.I explained that I mentioned the puppy pee on the intitial phone call and no one mentioned that with pet urine, a special cleaner was needed. and that special cleaner was $200.He tried to call his manager Richard. but had bad reception. I tried calling from my house phone and imagine that, Richard was unavailable, 3 seconds after talking to the tech.I asked the tech to leave, then received a call from Richard. He tried to justify the bait and switch while offering no apologies only excuses and evasions. He let me know that he still has the tech on standby if I just wanted the regular basic cleaning, the same cleaning that the tech said could not be done.No thank you, Richard. I undestand business and the business platform of upselling, but telling someone you cant get the initial service that they requested isnt upselling anymore. Its called Bait and Switch and its an immoral and unethical business practice.If you found this review helpful please like it. Very disappointed- they advertised with coupon to clean any 4 rooms plus hallway for $59.00. When he arrived he took pictures and cleaned a - 2 foot x 2 foot spot with chemical treatment and sent pictures to his office - he then told me it was going to cost $240 additional to clean with chemical - after this scam was presented I asked him to leave since he could not clean the carpet for rhe advertised price and he had to be asked to leave 4 times before he quit trying to lower the price to $120 - poor business practice
