Top tier carpet cleaning without the expensive price tag. I did about 5 quotes for cleaning and this one came back very fair. They called and asked if the could come early-which was excellent! He arrived on time, was professional and wore his mask the whole time as well. He did our sectional with chaise and it looks NEW again! He also did an off white throw rug my girls had stained with some slime (it was NOT hardened when found, so I did scrub most out but it left a nice neon pink stain there) and the carpet looks like new! Pinks Carpet Cleaning left no pink on my throw rug! Our bedroom carpet is like night and day! I highly recommend them to anyone. Their quote was fair, they were professional and I will for sure be using them for all of our flooring and upholstery needs!!

Very pleased with Pink’s. Mike was very professional and highly skilled. Setting up an appointment was easy and Mike stayed in contact leading up to the appointment. I requested a quote on Yelp, and within 5 minutes I received a prompt response with a detailed price estimate based off my specific carpet cleaning needs. Pinks appointment making process was so easy! After a brief conversation, my appointment was set for 2 days later at 8am.Michael showed up early in that awesome Pink van, and greeted me in a very friendly & professional manner. We completed a thorough walk through of my homes carpet, and pointed out the pet areas that were my main concern. Before completing any work, Michael broke down all the exceptional/competitive pricing for his services to make sure we were both on the same page, which is awesome.Michaels hard work was very quick, and took less than 1 hour & 30 mins. All of the foot traffic, stains, and pet areas from the last 2 & 1/2 years were gone instantly! Not only did they do a great job cleaning my carpet staircase, they even cleaned every riser in between each step! They pay very close attention to each little detail to go above & beyond to make each individual job that much better.It goes to show that paying a professional family owned business is absolutely worth paying the money for. I needed a last minute carpet cleaning done for a full house (after my attempt failed MISERABLY!). I texted the number provided on Yelp and immediately got a reply saying theyd be able to come out in a few hours and a general quote. Super nice, fast response, and great customer service! Then when he showed up I showed him all my concern spots with the carpet and stains and whatnot. He was able to get everything I needed done and accounted for perfectly and fast! All probably about an hour total for an entire 3 bedroom house. I even got a complimentary stain spray from them too. Overall would absolutely use again!

I was selling my house and needed my floors cleaned. I contacted Pinks and they were able to fit me in the same week. Mike, the technician and owner, explained the different services they offer and helped me decide what worked best for me. It was convenient to have one company come out to clean both the carpet and tile.

Im SO HAPPY that I found Mike with Pinks. My fiance and I just purchased a house and recently moved in. The carpets seemed new but I didnt feel comfortable unpacking all of my things because there was a strange smell. So I called to get the floors cleaned and Mike walked me through and showed me all of the stains in the carpet with a black light. He also showed me how the solution that he used was removing the stains, its given me such peace of mind, and Im definitely going to be using him again. I could not be happier!
