Worst experience ever! $450.00 damage to brand new baseboards. Technician. Joe, came out and he was immediately distressesed because there was furniture in two rooms, which I mostly moved for him.. he arrived an hour later than the time frame I was given. He used way too much water in the family room and ruined the baseboards in the entire room. The job was very poorly done. Footprints were left on the floors, the grout was not clean. The technician was rude. He was going to leave before helping me put the furniture back in place. He told me, dont you have a husband, boyfriend or somebody who can help you put it backSomebody from the company called me the next day to come out and repair the damage but he refused to give me information about himself. He was also rude. So I use my own Carpenter to repair the damage because I didnt trust this company to come out and rip off my baseboards and tear up brand new drywall in my home. They told me I could deduct the cost of the repairs from what I owe them. No way. I have never in my life not paid a bill but I am not giving them one penny it was the worst! do yourself a favor and do not use this company

I had my travertine floors cleaned and polished yesterday. The 2 technicians (Juan and Rodrigo) did a fabulous job, including filling the pot-holes in several of the tiles. After they left, I noticed a couple of spots where there was residue from the material used to fill the holes left on the floor. Made a call to the office, and Juan called me back immediately. He arrived bright and early this morning to resolve the issue. My floors are absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this service...with a smile of gratitude!

I called for a quote to see how much they would charge to clean my tile flooring and I spoke to Neal. He offered to come to my house and give me a free quote! Most places just give you a general price from the start and then try to mark up their price when they get there, but that wasnt the case with Palm. Several months ago I had Palm clean my tile. They did such an excellent job I thought I would try them on my carpets. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Roberto and Jorge appeared punctually. They were extremely courteous and helpful and did a very excellent and thorough job. The price was reasonable. Palm is my go to cleaning service from now on.

Wowed...my carpets are better than brand new. They smell so fresh and they dried quickly. I have a one story 3 bedroom home with a big living room throw rug and a puppy I have been house training (lots of accidents). Palm Cleaning System cleaned and sealed almost 500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile in our house September 2018. After getting a couple of estimates and checking the reviews we chose Palm to do the work. It was pricey but the reviews convinced us decide on that company. We scheduled the appointment and were called when they knew that the technician was running late. The technician, Ignacio, did an excellent job of cleaning and sealing the tile, looks like new. However the ad states that a gallon of their floor cleaner would be provided free of charge; which was not provided at the day of the appointment. Since the first week of September I have made multiple phone calls to the office and received assurance that the cleaner would be dropped off; “even if I have to drop it off myself”. Needless to say, as of the last week in October, it has not been dropped off. Therefore I will not recommend this company to anyone due to their failure to meet their commitment and promises. As followup, in December the owner did bring the cleaner as promised.

Had a small get together at the house when one of my guest dropped the glass of wine on my carpet. I got a little hot under the collar, but remained calm about it (cut them off for the rest of the night!!). My wife used Palm Cleaning service for our tiles so I thought why not use them again. My wife and I recently bought a house in Southern Highlands. The bathroom tile grout was covered in soap scum and mold. I found Palm Cleaning Systems online and discovered they do tile grout cleaning in Las Vegas. I called and talked to Neal, the owner, and he came out to the house and gave me an estimate to do the cleaning. I did get prices elsewhere, but the other places I talked to were not as friendly. We gave Palm Cleaning the job and now our tile grout doesnt look like it went through the ringer. We highly recommend this cleaning service to others!

I had a great experience with this company. I have a home that is about a year old and we needed to get our tile and grout cleaned. It was starting to get dark in our high traffic areas. Neal came out and gave us an estimate and was very professional and did a demonstation on the floor for us. It was nice to have someone show us how there product worked first. I forgot the guys name who came and actually did the cleaning but he was professional and informative. It came out really good and I was happy. There were only a couple minor spots that got missed but nothing I cant fix in two seconds. My down stairs is about 1800 sqft.

We hired Palm to polish our travertine floors. We had other quotes from professional travertine floor polishes. The other companies were comparably priced. Other companies would polish, fill holes, and seal the floor with DuPont sealer after washing the floor. Palm promised to polish, seal and fill holes, same as the other companies. Using Palm was a disaster!DO NOT HIRE THEM! They did a half ass job. Juan started to polish in one corner, which had a high shine. Then as he continued it changed to a ho-hum semi shine. NOT MUCH DIFFERENT from the original floor.Juan is not an expert travertine polisher. He is in a hurry and did not pay attention to detail. I told him that it is not a high shine as stated on the contract so he comes in with a black pad to try to dry shine it. He left my floor black and wanted to just lightly spray some sealer on it over the dirty black. OH what A MESS. I had to clean and clean in order to try to remove the black residue.Palm is not a travertine floor polishing company - WARNING DO NOT USE THEM. Palm promises to give a gallon of cleaner, but you have to beg for it. The other companies promise to give free cleaner when needed.Juan left white residue on our sidewalk. He is a mess. No pride in his work.

Had my tile and grout cleaned. I saw the grout lines clean here stained there. Before the job was completed I decided they better paint my grout lines and steam clean my carpets. My home is 5 years old 1871 sq. ft single story home and wanted to keep it looking like new. The job was completed in about 8 hours using two employees.Once they were done it looked ok. The next day was the kicker. The tile had a streaky haze to it and looked worse than before they came. So much for looking better afterwards. The new painted grout lines were at best ok, some were fat lines some were skinny lines and some spots missing the paint. Been cleaning up their mess for weeks now. ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND NO FOLLOW UP. My neighbors came over to see the work and said Ill call another company.

I recently had my tile & grout cleaned from palm cleaning systems they did an outstanding job, roger was so polite an thorough moved all my furniture for me and put it back exactly where he found it and even cleaned two area rugs for free

My husband had this company come to our house today to clean our tile and grout. When I got home from work I asked my husband did they not come and do the tile and grout? He laughed and said yes they did. In the high traffic areas the grout was still dirty. My husband said the man told him that the dirt was to deep in the grout to come out and this is after he did all the floors and grout and sealed it and charged him $875.00. Neal then told my husband that they can stain our grout for $900.00 and gave my husband a color card so he could pick a color to be stained. NO he didnt do it. I am so disappointed in this company and DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I feel we have been ripped off.
