From first contact, the representatives were very kind and courteous. They identified my problem and sent the cleaners immediately to my home. I was surprised by how quick the process took. Now, my carpet is fresher than ever. Everyone was so kind, I am definitely going to be using them again in the next few years!

Do not trust this company. They do bait and switch. They post an ad of someone deep cleaning the carpet with steam clean prices. Once they arrive they give you the deep clean price that is double the cost. For example, they quoted me $49 for 3 rooms and $2 per stair (16 stairs) and the total was $81. When they arrived they try to upsell heavy and quoted $200 plus dollars for what was being done in the ad. Run away from this company. Bogus!! Red flags !! False Advertisement!!

I needed 1 large room, less than 1,000 square feet, cleaned in an office I was renting. The office was completely empty. I was told it would be around $125.00 to $150.00 on the phone. When Charles came from the company, he said the carpet was very dirty and it would cost $700.00. I said that was extreme and we negotiated it down to $300.00. He said he would do a deep cleaning. It only took him 35 minutes and the carpet still looked dirty. He said after it dried, just vacuum it and it would look good. A day later, we vacuumed the carpet and it still looked dirty. When I called, they said they would come back, but he didnt show up. We had to move in on the weekend, so I hired another company to clean the carpet. They only charged $100.00 and did a great job. I would never recommend A One Carpet Cleaning. Overpriced and poor service.

My boyfriend called this place of business to get the stairs and our bedroom carpet cleaned for $75 total. We are both dissatisfied with the results because the carpet in the room and on the stairs is STILL DIRTY AS EVER!!! All that was done was a steam cleaning. We couldve done that ourselves for FREE!!! I overheard the worker tell my man that he needs to pay an extra $60 to get it cleaned with higher quality carpet shampoo. Now if thats not a scam, I dont know what that is!!! We will NEVER do business with this company ever again!!!

We have used a few cleaning services and have had good and bad results. We tried A One yesterday. The technician tried to upsell us to hundreds of dollars more than the $59 deal. I agreed to pay $125 if he could get the pet stains out. He spent only 16 minutes in the house to do five rooms. He just pushed through it without attempting to rid any of the stains. When he was done, I pointed out all the stains and he said there was nothing more he could do. I have never seen such an unprofessional service person. When the carpet dried the next day most of the stains were back and it looked and smelled terrible. Even a couple stains that had faded from previous cleanings were now darker than ever. I cannot believe the low quality service this guy offered. I didnt bother calling the company because reading some reviews I figured they are like all the other scam companies out there taking advantage of senior citizens. Obviously, I cant recommend them or could ever use them again - waste of money. DO NOT USE THEM!! There are dozens of carpet cleaning companies in Las Vegas. Its hard to believe most of them would not do a better and more professional job. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I have a small two bedroom apt. I went with this company due to the price I was quoted to do two bedrooms living room and stairs. That price change as soon at he walked in and saw my service dog stating they would need to do a deep clean because for pet stains. My dog has never messed my carpets. They saw my dog and assumed she was not trained. So the price went from around $80 to $250. Once I declined the services the tech stated he could knock off $100 and do it for $150. Since I have already arranged a friend to help move furniture I agree to the price. There was no deep cleaning done the tech steam the carpets just as any other service company I have used. He missed areas in each room and refused to steam the areas when I pointed it out stating he did them even though they were dry areas. The only area where I seem a difference were my stairs that were very dirty. I bought a Bissell carpet cleaner $300 2 weeks after their services and u can see in the pictures the dirt Ive pulled out of a small area my living room.

The guy arrived on time, over the phone they had said carpet cleaning for two rooms was $39 which is a great price but when he got there he stated it would just be a steam cleaning, a shampoo carpet cleaning would have been $100 he did the steam cleaning for both rooms in about 20 min or less and the carpet looked the same just wet, do not recommend.

This company is a scam.Avoid this company.They claim to include Scotchgard protection with the cleaning service, charge you for it, but then they simply clean your carpet and leave without applying carpet protection.The technician claimed the Scotchgard had been added to the water and that during the hot water extraction process the carpet was also being protected. NOT TRUE.I called several carpet cleaning companies who unanimously told me that diluting the carpet protection in the cleaning water was absolutely a scam. I also called Scotchgard directly and was told the same.

This company is a rip off and should be avoided. We requested 5 rooms to be cleaned as well as stairs and hall and Scotchgard to be applied For $160.00 plus deep cleaning. We were given an appointment time for Tuesday afternoon and No one showed up. We contacted them again and they put us back on the schedule for Wednesday morning. We were also told that they would give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. The technician arrived and the price jumped to $320.00 for the deep cleaning. We explained the discount and he eventually lowered the price to $273.00. He deep cleaned the areas that needed it and shampooed the carpets. He then did a hot water extraction. When he said he was done we asked about the Scotchgard. He said it was in the hot water. We have contacted 3M/Scotchgard and that is NOT how it is applied and this A One carpet does not use the Scotchgard product. We were ripped off. No Scotchgard, over charged and lied to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a young man by the name of Joseph(if that was his real name) come clean three rooms for $50 and the actual deal was three rooms for $49. I walked him through the house and showed him all of what I needed cleaned, he said ok! I left my house and returned, it looked as if the carpet had not been cleaned at all. Every stain was still visible, the carpet was wet only on certain places and other parts of the carpet was dry. I immediately called them back to let them know I wasn’t satisfied with the service. At first the guy sounds concerned so he puts me on hold for 10 mins comes back ask me for my address so he can pull my order up only to tell me that it looks like I got the basic shampoo cleaning. I got a lil aggravated with that response and I said, So basically, your telling me I got what I paid for? I guess he didn’t like that because He started to go back and forth with me about my poor choice of words rather than sending out another employee who would do the job right. At that moment, I knew we weren’t going to get to some kind of resolution so I hung up! I say all of that to say this... Their service sucks and they’re are so unprofessional and Rude! DO NOT go through this company they have the Worst customer service ever! I didn’t even want to give them A star so that should say a lot!

We had a great experience with A One Carpet Cleaning!They came the day after the booking, on time, professional and friendly,gave us a voucher discounted price on the service, the one they offer here on yelp, which is very competitive compared to other quotes I had from other companies,the service was quick (under 1 hour), tidy and the couch is now very clean!I would definitely recommend them.

I has scheduled and appointment with a different company for a move out cleaning, however the power had been disconnected that morning so I accidentally called this company (because I got the names mixed up) and said I would like to cancel because there was no power and instead of letting me know I never had an appointment scheduled with them he said it’s fine we don’t need power so I said great! Still not knowing I had called the wrong company. Anyways, guy shows up says the carpet needs deep cleaning, shows me a small spot of what it would look like and says it would be 300 dollars. I hesitated about the amount but he said he couldn’t clean it for the regular price. So at the end I felt I HAD to pay the 300 since I needed to turn keys in that day. So he finishes, I look at the carpets and they look nothing like the spot he showed me at the beginning! There’s still stains on it!!! So basically I spent 300 dollars on a basic cleaning! 5 minutes after he leaves the correct company calls me that they’re on their way! I’ve never dealt with such a shady company before and hope to never deal with them again, even by mistake!

I hired this guys over the phone to do a Job of extracting water on one of the property i see over .they came out and put some fans down did not extract the water but bill me for it .Then the owner wanted to git paid right away .told him he had to wait for check from company. He did everything to make my day impassable .Finally I got the check.and meet up with him the next day at a parking lot . He should up with another person and they try to harassment me . The owner even pulled out a gun .this are not people you want to deal with .

I called A One Carpet Cleaning on Saturday 9/21 and they came out immediately. My carpets have gotten at least two years of wear and tear on them. I was given a quote of $99 for 5 rooms of cleaning. When the tech got there it changed to almost $300. He explained that my carpets needed a deep clean, which is fine but that is not what I was quoted for. I was never asked any qualifying questions when I was given the quote. I was never asked if the carpets were stained, had they been cleaned recently, where there any pets, etc. I told the tech I was not going to have them done by this company as I felt that the quote was not handled properly so I was concerned that my home would be handled as poorly. I got a call today requesting feedback on the cancelled appt and I told the woman my concerns. She told me that lady I spoke to on the phone DID ask me those questions. Thats funny considering I never spoke to a woman on the phone prior to today. She insisted that I did speak to a woman and that said woman did ask me those questions. She kept interrupting me and talking over me. She kept yelling at me as to why I was yelling at her. I hung up. Frustrating, unprofessional, poor service....NO THANK YOU

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCHI would love to put 130 negative stars because thats the overage they charged us when they came over. I called the office to make an appointment and we were going to use one of the specials they had that month. We just moved into this house and desperately needed the carpets clean so we went ahead and paid their ridiculous price. He wouldnt even explain why there was a change in the price. Then the tech couldnt get his machine to start and ACTUALLY ASKED ME FOR CASH so that he could go get something to fix it! He said he would take it off our bill. Really?!

I moved in to a new house and the carpets were filthy! I thought I was going to have to replace them. I called A one to see if they could clean them and after they were done cleaning them, they looked brand new! I couldnt be any more happy with A one! The service was decent but the person cleaning my carpets went to back his van up closer to my house and hit my garage. Luckily he didnt do any damage and was very apologetic. I scheduled to have my hardwood floors done as well but no one ever showed up. Would not recommend using this company because of their lack of professionalism.

My cat got sick and i spent a couple of hours and used a lot of over the counter cleaner trying to pick it up. i called A One Carpet Cleaning hoping they could make the stain a little lighter and not so noticeable. As it turns out i caused more damage with the cleaners than the cat created. Fredy told me next time, call him first. it would have been a lot less expensive and a lot easier on me, physically and emotionally. Fredy picked up the carpet and showed me the damage in the pad. he explained that the pad had to be clean too. i was only cleaning the surface and not doing a very good job. when he was done, i could not even see where the problem was. at least my call to A One Carpet Cleaning was a good decision.

If they had a negative star I would give them that they were 4 hours late and the guy said he was done after 15 or 20 minutes just had to pay another carpet cleaning company to come and do it right it looks like he just vacuumed the rug then left all the dirty water in the rocks in my yard definitely stay away from this company

Called friday got a quote for $50 and an appt for sat. Guy showed up did a walk thru showed me a long invoice with a bunch of scribbles and his grand total was around $280 ish . Ended up doing the carpet for way less. I even asked the lady on the phone would the price could be different in person she said yes but not by much. Well $280 is a lot. Guy did a great upsell presentation but i wasnt fooled and stood my ground. After the whole upsell stunt he got to work & he actually did a good job. I would recommend but stand strong on your quote if you received one.
