Straight forward once you have the app and have been approved. Friendly service. Easy in and out. It isn’t at the airport car rental area, so if you are dropping off or picking up early, you will need to arrange for an Uber, etc. car was clean and in good working order. Gas policy was straight forward. They don’t nickel and dime you for extras. I.E. we got a nice, safe, in good working order, infant car seat for our son with the rental car and you don’t have to pay extra for your spouse to be an approved driver.

Absolutely awesome!! Beautiful car (2017 A4 with 300 miles on it). Check in and drop off were very fast and the staff were excellent. Very personable and friendly. As for the car, what can I say? Basically a brand new, loaded Audi A4. Exceptionally clean inside and out and cost about the same as the big rental companys low/mid-level cars, without the 2 hr lineup at the rental counter. I had it for 2 days and drove from Vegas to Grand Canyon (4.5 hrs one-way). Ran the 75 mph speed limit or a little more and ended up with over 41 mpgs. Will definitely use again!

Really appreciate the personal service of having staff pick you up in an Audi to their off-site location, and then to drop you back off after you’ve finished your trip. Every car is clean and fully loaded. You don’t even need to use your data, the car has its own wifi! Excited to use Silvercar again soon.

Easy way to try Audi cars. However the system they have does not correctly reflect car mileage so be prepared to sign agreement renting car with 8k miles when actually it is 48k miles car. Whole trip my mind was on the if something happens will damage be assessed on what mileage car? Hope they fix it by the time you need to rent it. Otherwise great experience.

I have used Silvercar at other airports and been pleased. I requested that the advertised free child safety seat be added to my Vegas rental when I made my reservation a couple months a ahead of my trip. I received a prompt response stating there were no child safety seats available for my reservation. I would understand this response if I were booking a last minute reservation, but for a reservation months in advance??? Come on... If youre going to tout all the free perks of Silvercar, then you need to at least make some sort of effort to deliver. Obviously, I promptly cancelled my reservation, as I wouldnt trust what other shenanigans this place might try to pull when the bill arrives. I mean seriously, google Silvercar and the first line that appears under their own company heading is, Silvercar offers no-hassle, no-paperwork car rentals, FREE FEATURES LIKE WiFi AND CAR SEATS, and luxury Audi rental cars EVERY TIME YOU RENT.

Only 3 blocks away from the LAS Car Rental Hub, this location is very close to the airport and easy to get to. There is a more personal feel to this place and the gentleman that runs the place is very friendly and excellent to talk with. Not your normal corporate rental feel at all. The cars are in excellent shape and fully loaded.

This review is for the LAS location. Loved the warm welcome and the introduction to the car. The cars here are in better shape than most other rental companies. Proactive communication helped us stay informed about our pickup and drop off options. Check out was super quick and hassle free. 10/10 will book again!

Best car rental experience ever!The reservation process was extremely easy. A day early we decided to try and pick up the car earlier (the afternoon I called), and they had no problem accommodating us.When we arrived (first rental with them), the initial account review took about 5 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We even decided, after learning that they would drop up off at the airport, to extend our rental. The staff took care of it, after we left, and sent me a text letting us know that our extension was good to go.The car was excellent. The internet was not working properly; but, that was not a real issue. Everything else ran perfect; as expected from an Audi.On our way to return the car we were rear-ended. The phone agent and the on site-staff took care of everything, without any issues. This was, by far, the best car rental experience Ive ever had. I will never use another rental company, if I can avoid it.

It should probably be listed somewhere along the way the requirements for picking up a car (and not the vague description in the Terms of Use). Youll need two forms of identification, two current bills, a current pay stub, etc. We were on a very strict time schedule (meetings before travel). A text message was sent by the front desk agent as we were standing inside the establishment. A lot of help that did. Wont be using Silvercar again. The process is not worth the hassle.

Pretty decent rental with a few hiccups. To start with, they do give you a pretty good car that is a pleasure to drive. No wonder Audi is sponsoring them, I will be genuinely considering Audi as my next personal car now. On the flips side, I had a couple of small annoyances with my rental. Firstly, when I arrived to pickup my car there were no employees on site, and as it was my first rental, I had to show my license and credit car to someone. Had to call customer service to get it handled. Secondly, on your way back they dont drop you off at the terminal for some reason. So you have to drive to their location, then they drive you to the rental car center, then you wait for a airport shuttle to get to the terminal. Dont understand why they cannot just drop you off directly at your terminal, it is less than 3 additional minutes for them. Plan to arrive to their location earlier that you normally would. Oh and also it is so much fun to load and unload your luggage each time. Thirdly, they dont give you a receipt when you return a car. I was surprised a day later that they charged me for an extra day because they decided I returned a car 12 hours later than I actually did. Took multiple emails and almost a week to get it refunded. Lastly, they give you a pretty expensive car, so make sure your insurance actually covers it in full. Normally standard insurance that you get on a credit card or online covers only up to $35k.

The service was great. Pickup was quick. Car rides smooth. The manager was on site and courteous. All staff was very helpful including going over the features of the car (wifi, audio system, gas saver, lights, start, etc.), giving us bottled water, and helping load and unload the car. It was an extremely easy process with no issues. Ill rent again anywhere there is SILVERCAR available. My first time driving an Audi and it was well worth it.

LOVE Silvercar! We had a change of plans and wanted to pick up the car earlier, and they had no problems getting it to us sooner.We were in a wreck in our Silvercar, someone rear ended us, and it was the easiest process ever with Silvercar.They also took us to the airport when we dropped our Silvercar off. Really awesome customer service, and everyone is very happy and upbeat.The cars are awesome, and you get a lot of perks for free that other rental companies charge for. They are also a lot more affordable than most other places. I highly recommend them, and well be using them from now on.

I was very happy with the fast & friendly service at both pickup and drop off. The car itself was great, a much better experience than a typical rental. We drove the A4 over 500 miles in the desert, and it was a pleasure. The Sirius radio was a nice bonus.

I’ve rented silver car in Washington in Las Vegas. Although service is exceptional at every silvercar location this one is my favorite. Our rep Ali really took care of us. Is so refreshing to work with a LV rental that is transparent and professional. Pick up was right on time and we were driving away in our silver car long before others got their rental from another company.

Daniel was amazing to work with. He picked us up promptly from the airport and safely drove us to the Silvercar building. Daniel offered to show us how to use the car features, yet we politely declined as we were familiar. We drove an Audi A4 for 4 days with zero issues. Drop off was a breeze as we texted Daniel through the silvercar app to let him know we would be about 30 minutes late. All in all silvercar will be my preferred car rental company, simply for the ease of use and stellar customer service. Keep being kind and personable Daniel, it does not go unnoticed!

They refused to honor my reservation because I had a DMV issued temporary license since I was waiting on my new license. I also had the old one to accompany the paper and they couldnt figure it out. Most frustrating part about it was that the guy who assisted me didnt have a clue what he was doing and he called about 3 different people all with different answers. Ultimately I left without a car. Wow. Ill pay more at hertz for quality service.

Amazing Service!We are international visitors (from Australia), and for our road trip we wanted something were familiar with that was comfortable.After a quick online search for Audi rentals, we found Silvercar, completed the booking online, downloaded the app and we were good for gold.Upon arriving we were greeted, offered water and no more than 5 mins we were already on our way.The vehicles are connected to your app, youll be instructed to scan the QR code that is on the car and you are set.Our total price for the day (6am pick-up, 11pm drop-off) came to $141USD incl taxes.This price included full insurance coverage, unlimited mileage, unlimited wifi connectivity and Sirius XM.All models come equipped with Android Auto and Apple Carplay.Other rental agencies are charging around $250-$350 for a vehicle equivalent to a Q5. (GLC, X3, F-Pace, etc)Refuelling policy with Silvercar is very good compared to your general rental agency.Theyll fairly charge you what it cost to refill the car + $9.95 service fee.We filled up, but next time we will skip it and let them do it, saves a lot of time and hassle.Dropping off the car as hassle free!Arrived at the rental agency, handed the keys over, had them overlook the car and we were good to go.In the future, if my travels take me back to the USA I will definitely be using Silvercar by Audi again.

Beware this company is ran by morons if your a local customer they require you to have 2 photo ids, local insurance card, credit card and to top it all off the addresses have to match on all of them. I dont know why they allow a non resident to only have 1 id but goes to show they dont want local customers. I called and explained how stupid this is and how it doesnt make sense the guy on the phone didnt know what to say other than uh uh uh its company policy. He didnt even know why they have such a lousy policy great company huh!I think theres a reason why they have SO MANY cars just sitting there at all times even when their gay app says hurry its sold outWhat a joke!!!!

(This is for the Las Vegas location) The concept is great which is why I was attracted to using Silvercar. The car was great (full of features) and the staff was pretty good (friendly, knew their products, etc.)However, my suggestion/criticism is with the pick-up location (and why I have to remove a couple of stars.) The location is off-premises meaning the location is not at the airport and not at the airport rental facility. The Silvercar facility is about a 5-10 minute drive from the official airport rental facility. So, when you fly to LV you will have to go to the official airport rental facility where (if you follow the process correctly) the Silvercar valet will meet you and take you to the Silvercar facility (which is another car ride) at which point you will pickup your car.This is a little less convenient than I would like because that extra trip and pickup will add time to your trip.I would be a diehard Silvercar user if they had space at the airport rental car facility. Unfortunately, Hertz, Avis, etc make it way too easy to pickup their rentals directly which (in my opinion) eliminates the added value of Silvercar (in LV.)Keep in mind, this is *only* for the Las Vegas location and for out-of-town people. In other airports where the Silvercar facility is on airport grounds or at the airport rental facility then I would suspect the process is great.

Tl;dr: Had a problem with our pickup driver, but Rakim made it right-- Ill be sure to give Silvercar a try again when Im back in LAS again:)

Wanted to rent there so badly but was turned away due to being a local renter and for the fact I dont have two photo IDs the concierge for this local office called me personally to explain why they require 2 IDs and she was very nice and professional about everything so I understood and I am cool with that.

Took forever to pick me up. you have to take the shuttle to the off-site car rental place and then from there take another shut off to their location. That was my only complain about this place. it took me about 40 minutes total to get the car because Ill call the shuttle changes and waiting around
